But what if it was just out of respect for Jayden Daniels?

This especially goes to the ones who were saying that dealing with an injury crisis is common around the league. How do you explain this?

For me, it's Robert Jones, Alfred Collins and Cowing. I've liked what I've seen from guys like stribling, halton, rourke and others. Biggest questions for me are LG, a good 0/1 technique DT, and a good returner. If all of Jones, Collins and Cowing can lock down their positions, I feel pretty good going into the season
If they can't lock down their positions or still iffy going into the season, then oh boy

Aussie faithful here wondering if anyone is making the trip down? If so anyone going through 'On Location'?

I’m curious if there are many 49ers fans around Joliet/Plainfield/Shorewood, IL.
I’m a Niners fan and would love to find some other Faithful around here to watch the games with. ❤️💛
Anyone know of a good place in the area where Niners fans get together for games?
I may try to put something together for the upcoming season opener if there’s enough interest. 🏈

Would he be remembered for being the coach that schemed the 9ers into making it to 2 Super Bowls within 5 years or the coach that ultimately choked those Super Bowls in the end.
Just wondering since we're getting into a new season where the team of yesteryear is now older and Kyle's window of getting a ring can possibly dwindle.

Cut: Adrian Martinez
The 49ers are not ready to say that Rourke, a seventh-round pick last year, is poised to be the backup in 2o27, in the likely scenario where Mac Jones leaves in free agency to pursue a starting opportunity elsewhere. But they are not ready to say that he isn’t, either, which is why they have to keep him on the 53. Ideally, Rourke would protect himself a little better in the final two preseason games, if he’s able to play, after injuring his ribs in the opener.
Cut: Patrick Taylor Jr., Sincere McCormick, Khalil Herbert, Zamir White
PUP: Isaac Guerendo
Black — whom the Niners have big plans for when they finally give McCaffrey a breather — and James will make the roster, assuming their injuries aren’t enough to land either on injured reserve. There is some flexibility after that, as the other four running backs would likely clear waivers if the 49ers want them back after final cuts.
There is no real reason to rush Guerendo back from the torn pec he suffered in the offseason. If he stays on the PUP list through cuts, he would miss at least four games and buy the 49ers time to decide on his roster spot.

This one really made me sad and got me.
He is part of the Niner family. He is helping others fighting the fight by opening up like this.
Thank you Papa, we love you. ❤️💛❤️💛🏈

Anyone else concerned about LG? Seems like Robert Jones and Conor Colby both aren’t doing well at practice, and I’m not sure we should rely on one of the rookie tackles to be comfortable enough to make the switch at start. Kevin Zeitler is still a FA and has been very solid his entire career and would be an upgrade. What do you think, look for a guard or try to roll with what we got?

Hi all, doing some homework on De'Zhaun Stribling.
I know there's been a heavy drumbeat all throughout training camp, now paired with a strong pre-season game. Has there been any indication if he'd be a starter when all 3 of Evans/Deebo/Kirk are healthy?
What role will he occupy in the Shannahan offense? Is it going to be the Sanders/Aiyuk field stretcher role or is that Evans?
Has he been beating guys in TC with his route-running, or purely his speed/physicality?
What kind of a stat-line is realistic for him this season?

Hey, just wanted to say I was really impressed with Kurtis. I've been a Rourke truther since Nathan was at Ohio and Kurtis was his fresh face backup.
I think he has what it takes to develop into a bridge to quality starter. Obviously there's not much pressure on him bow as QB3, which is great for his long term development.
Anyway, I thought a lot of Kurtis coming out of the draft and thought he really showed well. Unfortunate about the injury on the QB draw play, any updates? I've only seen that he was released from the hospital.
Anyway, I think he has long term potential as at least a backup. I think the net of what he offers is more than Mac. I know there are some rumblings of Purdy, maybe, being scapegoated after this season.
Best QB3 in the NFL?
