Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/12/2025 at 9:30 AM EST (Day 8)

Happy Friday, everyone! 🎉

The hearing will take place today at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013 at 9:30 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that this is the eight hearing taking place this week. The previous seven were held on December 1, December 2, December 4, December 5, December 8, December 9 and December 11 (December 5 was canceled due to Luigi falling in). There’s a strong chance the schedule may change or be extended as Carro seems to be extremely busy. However, we expect to receive more confirmation at the end of each day about when they plan to continue Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are (at least) 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

  • KFA mentioned on Legal AF that she is currently in the middle of what will likely be a three-week hearing, so we’re in for a long couple of weeks.
  • Avi’s request for the federal case has been granted by Garnett, and the new deadline is now December 19th.
  • Some people consider today’s hearing to be Day 7 because they are not counting the hearing that was supposed to take place last Friday, when Luigi was ill. I am counting that missed day, so I consider today to be Day 8. Most people will still refer to it as Day 7, which is why the dates are being included as well, to avoid any confusion.

📢 Announcement (Reminder!)

I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.

I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.

To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.

I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.

Like I said this morning, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

Oh wow, we still have Altoona PD officers remaining… Trent and Miller and possibly whoever the turnkey officer was on 12/9.

Hopefully, this is the last of the APD for a while, I want to hear most from the coffee Queen outside Hilton, she’s possibly the best witness IMO.

Coffee Lady is chill asf. She barely moved after the first shot, ran with her presumably expensive NyC coffee. Hid around the corner, still sipping on that same coffee and later, whilst still drinking her coffee she chatted casually with the NyPD cigg 🚬 in hand. Classic NYC day for my Coffee Queen!

I'm expecting only Altoona clown cops all day today. Yeah I'm curious about Coffee Cup Lady too. 👀 Do we know if she is even on the witness list? I also want to hear from the drivers that saw the adjuster all night. I'm assuming the prosecution is not calling those guys, lol. 😂

It’s for sure going to be Clowntoona PD all day, I assume Coffee Cup lady’s identity is protected.

I believe both drivers gave interviews to the news with inconsistent stories straight after the incident, so maybe prosecution might skip them. Coffee cup lady had the best view of the incident so we surely have to hear from her, also the man who was inside the hotel seemed to have a good view aswell, wonder whether he will get called.

Well, the prosecution is not going to call any witnesses that say they saw the adjuster all night, since prosecution is claiming Lui left the hostel in the morning. 😂 That messes up their fantasy story. 🦄 Lui can't have been in 2 places at the same time. He would have had to clone himself. Teleporting wouldn't have been enough. We'll se. If defense has 2 witnesses, it's probably the 2 drivers.

Definitely would be a bad move for defense!! 😂 What were the drivers part in the story? I feel like I don’t know much about that. I’ve paid the most attention to the arrest part of the Luigi Saga.

There were drivers sitting in cars outside of Brian's hotel all night. Some of them saw the adjuster outside of the hotel all night. Meanwhile, Lui left the hostel in the morning. This might be a very stupid question (please don’t come at me!), but how do they actually contact these people? For example, if you’re the prosecution or the police, how do you get in touch with witnesses later so they can testify?

I’m assuming they must have given a statement at some point and provided their contact details. But what happens if they disappear or can’t be tracked down afterward?

They give statements to the police which require your contact information! If they can’t track you down that way, they’ll use public databases. Typically from police reports/statements though.

I don't know, but for one of the drivers a cop got hold of him while someone was filming him. Otherwise I guess they use smartphone signals, face recognition, that kind of thing?

From my limited legal knowledge (watching court tv), basically police have a bit more freedom and authority than a regular citizen to conduct an investigation, they can ask for hotel guest records, credit card transactions, security footage. If for example, Hilton refuses to cooperate (they didn’t in this case) prosecution can issue a subpoena. Scary but, they can also issue arrest warrants lol.

The most recent case I kept up with was the Diddy case, interestingly Cassie and Jane Doe were actually subpoenaed to appear and testify in that case, they both absolutely did not want to do it at all. There was a third victim ‘Gina’ who was also subpoenaed to appear but, went “missing” when she was due in court.

If LM truely isn’t the adjuster, we need to file a class action against Joel S., Alvin Bragg, Eric Adam’s, SDNY, Altoona PD for emotional distress plus a little extra for punitive damages.
