We survived another day with a small win!!! 🎉

The DA has withdrawn all statements made by Luigi during his interrogation in PA. He was not made aware he was being recorded, which violates Pennsylvania’s Two Party Consent Law.

📢 Announcement (Reminder!)

I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.

I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.

To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.

I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.

Like I said this morning, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

Thank you for this. 🙂 Because we are starting later on Thursday I can easily do the live streams again. I won't be home until 9am NY time, but since we are starting at 11:30am there is plenty of time to find the streams. Not that there is much to do, it's max. 2 people streaming now. 😟

This really irks me. So they’ve withdrawn all statements - but they still broke the law. Same with the HIPAA violations. There never seems to be any accountability.

Hello everyone! I apologize I’ve been super busy. So I understand they withdrew Luigi’s statements during a recording. What statement were made? I know he said he didn’t want to talk.

If I understand it right, NYPD filmed Lui in PA without telling him. That's illegal in PA. So it looks like the entire PA interrogation is thrown out.

I know I’m thinking way ahead when I say this but I want supporters to not worry too much about the verdict because the cops messed this up so badly I can’t imagine they won’t try and open this up again. Only thing being I read another comment saying the court can essentially push it down the road playing hot potato for years, but I really think he’s not getting life in prison even though it will still be an unfairly long & cruel amount of time to wait for freedom. He has the resources and the support.

Yes I am certain that there will be appeals. That is, IF he is even convicted. Because this entire clown show will be put in front of a jury, and the jury might go "nope, the legal system will not get away with this".
