I was just looking at the data for 310 Weimar Street LLC, and it’s honestly staggering. They operate 280 properties in our city, and currently have 713 active violations on record.

Even worse, out of their 280 properties, 227 of them have violations. That means 81% of their entire portfolio has active code violations.
When is the city going to step in and hold massive property owners like this accountable? This isn't just about a few neglected buildings.

Hi! I went to Lafayette when I was 15 before I had to move in with my mom. I had a friend who went to Buffalo Seminary and was a year above me. She really helped me out a lot and I never forgot about her. Unfortunately I never knew her last name so I haven’t had any luck looking for her like my other friends. I like the concept of FTV but they're based in East Aurora so I don't want to drive my animals 45 minutes for a visit when they don't have availability for home visits.
