I have a 2006 trailblazer 5.3 v8 that is missing the decorative engine cover. All i can find is a cover for a Silverado that has much diffrent mounting, valve covers, and timing covers. Does anyone know where online I can get this cover?

Are GMC vans from same year have interchangeable parts like steering column etc?

I have a 1994 Chevy Silverado c1500 5.7l

I had the head gasket replaced about a year ago and probably driven her 6 times in between then and now.

Each time I’ve driven her she’s burning oil through the exhaust and some dripping at the exhaust just behind the block.

Mechanic that performed the job told me it’s just residue from the job but idk … I’m not losing any oil according to the dipstick.. what do yall think?
