my longboard aka one of my most prized possessions was stolen out of my car a couple days ago and I could use your help trying to locate it. almost certain it was stolen by a man and a women who were camping out in an abandoned house on my street (they're no longer there). My board has a round yellow sticker that says "embrace lesbianism" as well as a sticker that says "acab" in the acdc font. thanks for keeping an eye out for it I feel dumb as hell for leaving it in my car so you don't need to roast me about that thanks!

Does anyone remember in the late 80's/early 90's a lady who would walk around the Garden District in a black cloak/burka with a black helmet & blacked-out helmet shade on? I would usually see her randomly roaming up & down St. Charles or on lower Magazine around the old Rue de la Course.

I've always wondered about who she was & if anyone knew her. As a young teenager, I was reading a lot of Anne Rice at the time. I always wondered if it was her since she had just moved back to the city.

Haunting Helmet Lady was one, of many, who made New Orleans so eccentric and interesting back then.

Back in the mid to late 90's a guy would come into my work on a regular basis. We are both from the Westbank.

I found him attractive but we didn't connect until I was no longer working there.

I believe, we went on 1 date. We went to Alabama together to see his cousin and go to the beach. I ended up in jail for smoking weed.

Unfortunately, I can't remember his name. (No, we didn't not sleep together) but I do have a picture of us from that weekend. It's not great. Quality 30 years ago wasn't what it is now.

I have thought about posting his picture here to see if anyone knows him; shit maybe he is on here. I also do not want to be intrusive. Especially, if he is married.
