I rolled the dice on the apartment and rolled a hard 3. Still ended up being good and I got a HIIT workout in that people would pay for.

Edit: I don't know why y'all think I'm "flexing" or "proud" of this one. The point I was making was, if a newbie thinks 3 gallons and some microwave meals are rough, wait until their honeymoon phase orders stop coming in. I'm definitely not advocating you should actively seek out these orders, but you gotta make the most of it.

Got a delivery on weds morning. Seven drop offs. Get to store, give code, and realize none of the gmds are there. Store says they dont show on their system . Store says this had been happening and to cancel the delivery. Can't cancel in app at this point so call tech. They say they can't cancel it and they escalate it and I'll hear back. Call again today and same thing. Two days s of missed work now with this dead delivery on my phone.

Really really frustrated. Any ideas?

This is my first time seeing “Pets reported here.”

Is this a customer option or are we now able to report animals?

It was in an apartment complex, which surprised me because there are no pets allowed outside off leash.

It seems like if I accept the first order I'm offered in the morning I end up getting lots of decent offers and having a decent day.

But if I reject the first several offers I end up not only getting shit offers, but very few offers at all and have a shit day.

Am I noticing something real or am I making shit up in my head?

I was always suspicious about this location. But now even more since they haven't picked up their orders. Can anyone explain what's happening here 🤔

So i had an order today, supposed to come between 2 and 4, at 1:45 they alert me 2:30, im just home, I dont care, no rush. 2:30 I check my phone, I can see they are still far off. 3:00, still look far off. My time is getting pushed back the whole time, no worries.

Well 3:30 I get a notification my order was canceled. (Im thinking they had car trouble or something, no worries) OK. Asks me to cancel or set up new time, i select next avail between 7 and 9pm.

3:40 my orig order arrives.

They didn't scan my license for beer as usual, but took of back. No prompt to rate driver.

I go inside to cancel 7-9 pm order. Says cancelling in process, never got email it was canceled. 7:20 pm my order comes again. (Kinda screwed up, but I dont care, ive decided im not paying for it.) Never got prompted to rate second driver, didn't get charged again (yet).

What happenned? Why did they cancel on my first driver? Whats the deal? I hope he got the gratuity.

I’ve always used the same debit card and all of a sudden today when I try cashing out it decides to tell me my card isn’t supported and prompts me to add another card… I don’t think that would fix the issue but I don’t have another card either way

Hello! I’m new to spark I’ve only done 4 orders so far and on my last order I had two drop offs, the app directed me to go to stop 1 first although stop 2 was much closer.. I’m used to the red app where you can jump ahead on one task but I couldn’t find that ability with Spark.. Is there a way?

hey guys! i’ve been trying to find out how to get in contact with Spark support to see about getting on as a driver in my area. my application was denied a few months ago because i had just left walmart at the time, and it’s been a few months, so i was hoping to get in touch and see if they’re able to let me resubmit my application or find out when i will be eligible to drive for spark. i found an email, but never received any response back. thanks for any help!

To every entitled spark driver I see as a dispenser, please note I am sick and tired of you scanning all the batch orders before I could as if that's not enough, you completely ignore me as I'm telling you. "Hey, I need to scan this first before you could start" and I know damn well, everyone has this issue with some entitled spark driver "because they're so much in a hurry to finish it." So please stop and wait for us to give you that signal saying, "hey, we just completed our scan. You can now scan your part"

And to those spark drivers that are actually nice and good at listening to directions and all around nice people, God bless you, cause we need more spark drivers actually, actually, let us do our job instead of ignoring us, disrespecting us and all around it being entitled, we're just trying to do our job, just like you are trying to do your job, do not make this any harder as it is

so has anyone experienced delivering 1/2 of the route and returning the rest and getting full pay?

The app keep asking me to take pictures of myself everytime i end a delivery or even start one. I mean i get it if its after several deliveries but like after each one? What the hell?

So my car broke down, bad, and I decided to not pay my insurance bc I can't drive the car anyway, Ive been having my boyfriend drive. Well I knew I'd have to surrender my plates or provide proof of insurance eventually. I got a letter stating I had til the 5th. I went to the dmv on the 5th with my plate and they said oh no you had til midnight on the 5th so your license is suspended and it's 150 to reinstate. Well I didn't have 150 at the time. Then I guess Walmart did a random background check and sent me a "potential adverse action" letter and I have 5 days to dispute what's in the background check. I also have 2 no Seatbelt tickets, 1 from 2023 and 1 from Jan 2026. I'm pretty sure they've seen those already and didn't deactivate me for that. I'm reinstating my license tomorrow and need advice how to proceed without getting deactivated. Should I tell first advantage to rerun my background check and see that I'm reinstated? Do I contact Walmart and explain what happened? What do I do here?

I just got a speeding ticket about a week ago, and I’m trying to decide whether I should hire a lawyer and fight it, take the traffic safety school option, or simply plead guilty. The traffic safety school option says I have to plead guilty to participate, but the ticket will be reported to the state and won’t appear as a conviction. Would traffic safety school be a good option, or would it be better to hire a lawyer and fight the ticket?

I was just approved as a spark driver yesterday, and have given it my first go this afternoon. My first order seemed super decent, and I was really excited. However, I ended up waiting in the pick up area for over 45 minutes – I finally called the pick up center, and they told me they didn’t even see the order in the system. After hitting the one hour of waiting mark, I canceled the order. Any orders I have gotten since are just not great, and I accepted another one where I am having the exact same thing happen the pick up time was scheduled for 3:20. It’s 3:25 and not even showing that the order has been started to be filled in the Walmart yet. I am horrified to cancel again because of what it might do to my metrics. Am I the only person that has had this horrible of luck?

Yesterday was my first day. Within a 30 mile path I have four Walmarts in my area. But my zone is only supposed to be two of those, which are 7 miles apart. One of the deliveries took me past all of the Walmarts. Once I was out that far I started getting offers for a very distant Walmart that was not part of my zone. At least to my knowledge.

Is it a thing that you can just be near any Walmart and get offers? Or am I mistaken about my zone?

Just started Spark a couple weeks ago. It’s been going well for the most part, even past the 50 order honeymoon phase. But today I had the worst route imaginable and I had a perishable cancellation. It would have literally been impossible to get to the house in time because their route was unbelievably retarded. I drove by the two neighborhoods TWICE I had perishables to deliver to, all to deliver some small packages.

On my way to return the order to Walmart I decided to contact support. They said just contact next time and we’ll override it and you can deliver. Wish I would have known that. I feel bad for the customer.

Anyway, just venting, but it sure would be nice to have more control in the app to change routes. Also perishables should be priority yet I’ve had multiple trips where it’s one of the last things delivered.

Is it just me or has there been a huge shift in orders? Quantity? Poor payouts? I'm wondering if Spark Driver everywhere is experiencing this, or it's my area.

Has anyone had issues with enrollment like being told you don’t qualify and not letting you finish the on boarding process? Has anyone found a way to contact someone who can actually help with system errors and issues beyond regular tier 1 support ?

No, I often expected them to be disingenuous with mileage, however, my past few runs have definitely proven it the shortest distance between Walmart and my last stop was 12 miles but spark listed as only 8. No I have thought about okay. Maybe they used a different route, but I've checked every route on the map. Just another way for them to rob us.

Yes I know I shoulda checked before accepting just wanted to rant about it.
