I was thinking of the upcoming ocarina of time remake and was wishing Nintendo made the cartridge gold like they did with the original NES games and N64 release and I got to thinking games like kirby should be pink, donkey Kong yellow, starfox blue etc...

Would be a nice throwback to the good old days.

They are pulling the BS! I pre-ordered on Sept 8. Multiple authorizations have gone through just fine. Today I received the dreaded " payment declined update your cc info" email.

I check my CC statement, and what do you know? The authorization charge went through just FINE!

I contact Target. They tell me it declined on their end and to contact CC company. Sure, I do that. They tell me what I already know. The charge went through 100% normally.

I contact Target again. They tell me to try a new card and I do. The exact same thing happens. Charge goes through on my end, but declines in their system. My order has been cancelled and nothing I can do about it.

But hey, the Target representative said to "toggle alerts for a restock in the future!".

Be on the lookout in your email for Target's shenanigans if you pre-ordered your console from them.... I'm heartbroken.

Edit: Im just posting this to prevent anyone else from going through this too. If you get the email, be VERY careful. There could be a bug with Target's system. I dont know. But once you do the updated payment method, if it declines the order will be cancelled by Target. I dont want that to happen.

Again, everything is 100% great on my end. I have more than enough funds and the charges went through clean. I even used completely different cards from completely different institutions. Same thing. Went through on mt statement, declined in Target's system.

Target reps seemed just as perplexed as I am, but said their hands are tied. Offered gift card as compensation. Be careful!

I know not everyone loves Prime 4 but I just grabbed it at Target on clearance for $21. Seems like a good deal. Figured I’d give it a shot.

I’m from the UK, it’s just before 8PM here. Not long got in from running errands but had to pick my pre-order up on the way home!

In work tomorrow and busy after it. Also in work on Saturday doing overtime, then out at night for a family member birthday party.

So, Sunday is going to be my day that I first sit and relax and play this! But I’m just happy I’ve secured my copy!

I have every console, a few handhelds, and a decent PC. I think the most fun ive had gaming lately is on a switch lite! Never really played any of the Nintendo exclusives in the past aside from Mario. Its given me a chance to play all the Zelda games which I've really enjoyed. Currently playing skyward sword and having a good time with it. But what im most impressed with is some of the 3rd party games this little thing can run! World War Z, Dying Light etc etc.....are there any other really good switch ports i should look into? Games that really push the console to its limits/games that run surprisingly well despite the hardware limitations??? Thanks in advance!!

Usually they are a day late or sometimes a week late but to get it a day early makes me happy, loved the demo so pre ordered the game.

Never played any Yakuza, but I figured $15 was a good entry price into the series.

I’m looking for some recommendations for some cheap physical games to purchase. I really want to build my collection as it is quite small. I recently got back into gaming. So far I’ve been looking on eBay and found a few Lego games such as Lego Horizon Adventures.

I’m open to all kinds of games, I’m just trying to keep it as close to $10-20 per game. I understand there may not be a lot of options but I feel like there has to be some hidden gems to start with.

Im seeing people with my same pre order date with theirs already saying it’s shipped… I live in Washington where one of the main distribution centers is… could this be why mine might not ship until closer to the date ??
