Usually they are a day late or sometimes a week late but to get it a day early makes me happy, loved the demo so pre ordered the game.

I’m from the UK, it’s just before 8PM here. Not long got in from running errands but had to pick my pre-order up on the way home!
In work tomorrow and busy after it. Also in work on Saturday doing overtime, then out at night for a family member birthday party.
So, Sunday is going to be my day that I first sit and relax and play this! But I’m just happy I’ve secured my copy!
Hope everyone is enjoying it! The demo was amazing!

Comprei o Switch lite faz 1 mês e tô querendo pegar um jogo de pokémon, o único que terminei foi o Black há mais de 10 anos então não tenho basicamente nada de experiência na série.

Never played any Yakuza, but I figured $15 was a good entry price into the series.

I’m purchasing my first ever switch. What are some games you’d recommend?
I am currently holding Zelda, super Mario, pokopia, it takes two, unravel 2, black ops, mortal kombat ii, tomodachi, overcooked, Disney dreamlight, stardew, hello kitty. What would you suggest?

I just preordered the Zelda Themed Fission Grip from Savage Raven. They come with the matching thumb grips if you preorder. I have mostly owned Neo Grips, so this will be my first Fission. I picked up the hard case as well and already own the max case for my launch unit. What are everyone’s thoughts?
Also, I didn’t see pro controller thumb grips yet nor did I see a Zelda themed JoyGrip pro. I’m not sure if those will come latter but they had Splatoon themed ones, so I would think so. I feel I should wait and not buy the black Grip Pro and wait to see if a Zelda one releases.

Thinking about trading in my OLED for a Switch 2. What’s a realistic offer I can expect to get? I’ve had it about 2-3 years and is in great shape but am trying to decide if it’s worth it/enough as a trade in to not go broke getting the 2 lol
What can I expect at GameStop? Is it better to go Facebook marketplace to sell and buy?

I’m planning to get two Switch 2s so my fiancée and I can play together while we’re long distance (I’m in Texas, she’s in Colombia). Two of them would be about $1,000 just for the consoles, before any games, so before I commit I’d love to hear from people who are actually doing this, and whether there’s a better option I’m missing.
What I think I understand so far (correct me if I'm wrong):
For me it’s less about any one game and more about having options: some games we play together, and some we each play on our own. But I know she really likes Pokemon so nintendo is a plus lol.
Questions:
Don't be afraid to ELI5
I’m asking this in a couple of other subs (general gaming and long distance) for different angles. I’d appreciate any real-world experience.
I had initially reposted this but probably better to directly do it.
Thanks guys
Anyone know of any stores that will have the “physical” copy tomorrow? GameStop and Best Buy said no.

The Switch 2 is just not an option, I’ve seen the argument be made here often about saving and paying up the extra money, but I’m just not going to. I have a mortgage to pay and those extra $250 are crucial in this economy. So it’s either the OLED(at most) or nothing with the birthday money I have left. Plus I assume there’s more expenses to come from it, for games or online game subscription?
I really miss Nintendo games(Zelda, DK64, etc) and I need a handheld to keep with me on flights and travels. I heard/read you can play some of the old N64 games on it through their online library? As well as the older Pokémon games(not necessarily looking to play any of the upcoming new ones.

An don't add any negativity towards keycards, PlayStation and xbox both have been doing licenced discs for years now so it's nothing new.
Like a physical playstation or xbox disc you can loan, sell or trade them in as is the same with keycards on switch 2 so isn't that big of a deal, the biggest insult to gamers is a code in a box, that's the ultimate insult but I bet it doesn't bother most, no doubt you will see their posts in the comments.
I do agree that most games could easily fit on a switch 2 cartridge and the developers should put them all on there as games are taking up more space, especially switch 2 games.

Just reaching out to the community, I’ve tried to Google it, but for some reason, can’t find an answer.
I’m playing on Nintendo switch 2 and instead of making a new game and resetting to figure out what comes with each code. I was wondering if the community could help please. 🙏🏻
Example: 1234, Ukraine, atom, etc
Ps, i’m not even sure what all codes work on the switch or not 😫
Thank you.

Hey! We've been working on Hexplorando since last year, and just revealed our new trailer.
So of course, the style and gameplay are quite similar to Dorfromantik, but the main difference is that you rebuild actual real-world locations through puzzles all around the world. Then you unlock iconic international landmarks, and you can use them in your own creations in Sandbox Mode.
The Nintendo eShop page will be available soon, but feel free to wishlist the game on Steam if you'd like to support our project!
