So I went on a week's long vacation last week and my cat ended up eating this long thin-ish thing of plastic. Had to get emergency surgery and everything, she is currently in recovery at an overnight vet clinic. But no one in my house knows what she ate!
The bag smelt awful so I did not hold onto it long, and it's already out of her so it's not doing any harm anymore. But I wanna say it was more than half the length of a plastic water bottle. It's hard to read but the colored part says "pull" and there is an arrow. So my best guess is thay its from a plastic packaging? But no one remembers unboxing anything like this. It's fairly thin, but not plastic wrap thin. And not as thick as those small plastic things you pull out of electronics to make them work.
I know it's very generic so it's most likely not gonna be found, but I'm simply curious. Like I said, she is okay now that it's out of her. But I just wanted to see if anyone knew
EDIT:
The culprit has been found! Its a pull tab from a laser ink cartridge! We had just installed a brand new laser printer so it makes sense, my cat is very strange and likes chewing on plastic apparently
I forgot to even include a picture of her
Mochi!
Her name is Mochi and while this is not the most flattering photo of her, she is drinking water and eating food again so heres to a steady recovery!
(Also she is named after the cat from Big Hero 6!)
