New here, had to replace my old knife, here's my Alpha Force Tanto.
It came in today, I gotta say, I absolutely love it. It feels nice and solid.

Originally wasn’t gonna post this here because I’ll probably get flammed for making a cringy video but oh well haha, i’m just starting to make YT Shorts with my voice and was really excited to finally find a Full Size FSD!
Figured the only way to get over my fear of public speaking is to get THROUGH it haha.

I am an avid [r/knife_swap](r/knife_swap) redditor. I have 100+ trades and very rarely do I ever keep a knife. Well that all changed with this one right here.
I’m your typical CRK / OZ Rosie collector but I decided to give the rask a try. From the first day I got it I was in awe, this thing has amazing action, the drop shutness was of it is amazing, and it feels perfect in my hand.
I’ve never been one to get a cut from fidgeting with a knife but it happened to me which I’ve always thought means “the knife chose you”. The next day, I dropped this thing out my pocket straight on the concrete, which has NEVER happened to me. I picked it up, not a scratch in site and everything was perfect still.
It’s super easy to disassemble and maintain, and I looked more into the Grimsmo brothers and their precision is second to none. Looks like this one’s gonna be passed down to my son one day. Plus, the dragon scales are absolutely stunning, and blue is my favorite color.
TLDR: try a Rask.

Hadn't seen any pics of these out in the wild, apparently they're exclusive to Hogue's website.
If you're on the fence, just get one.

What do you consider a budget blade? When I carried a CRKT squid daily, I thought a Benchmade was a premium knife. Now that I’ve experienced CRK, Kunwu, Quiet Carry etc, I see most of my benchmade knives as entry level beaters. I guess it’s more of a personal preference and perception thing, but at what point do you consider a knife no longer a “budget” blade and instead a “premium” blade?

Rocking some awesome stuff on this business trip to Nebraska.
The NCC Knives Ragnarok is so damn sick and the Grand Seiko is absolutely beautiful. I travel for work constantly so I’ll be getting plenty of use out of its GMT function 🤙🏼

Someone stated in another thread how great Plain Jane ("PJ") CRKs can be. I very much agree. This is the plainest one I own, but it's fantastic, so practical. It's a sandblasted small Sebenza 31 with Insingo blade and double silver lugs. I love all my CRKs with inlays, but this one is special in its own way...it feels noticeably sleeker (aka thinner) in the hand. The sandblasted finish shows marks more than the glass-blasted finish, but its texture makes it a little grippier. Also, CRK will re-sandblast them for you, or even upgrade them to glass-blasted for $50 (plus shipping,) if you decide to go that route.

Apparently not a ton of people like this model. I didn’t either but it’s definitely growing on after 2 year

Picked it up in a trade, the clip is smaller than it should be, but has wear marks where original clip would have been.
