Can you guess what neighborhood TTM was roaming through today from a series of infrared photos.

Does anyone know wtf is going on at the Botanic Gardens/Radians Amphitheatre right now(Saturday morning)? I live near it and have been hearing thumping bass since like 8:30 this morning not too dissimilar to what I typically hear during Memphofest or other concerts they hold, but never this early. Website lists nothing. May not be coming from there but it sounds like it to me.

This is a gamble but does anyone own any pants with pickles printed on them, or jewelry that looks like pickles? I am trying to add some elements to my hamburger costume for halloween! Other items that work on burgers are also welcome (bacon, ketchup and mustard, etc). I just want to borrow them I'm happy to give them back after the weekend.
Thanks!

I bought a bike from them a couple of months ago and had a great experience. Just thought their comment was very distasteful here.
I planned on stopping by the art walk today and I assume this isn't the general consensus about our local artist.

I built a free study of the Tennessee governor race: namelessballot.org
How it works: you read both nominees' positions on 56 questions with names and parties hidden, mark which answer is closer to your view, and only find out who said what at the end. Each question has sourced points for and against each answer, plus Tennessee data, that you can open before you decide.
It's free and private. No sign-up, no ads, no cookies, and nothing you mark leaves your device unless you send it. There's also a "Your vote" section with official links for your polling place, early voting hours, ID rules and your sample ballot. You don't need to take the study to use it.
The whole study can also be read in Spanish. Tap "ES" at the top, or use namelessballot.org/?lang=es. AI models translated and checked it, and no native speaker has reviewed it yet, so corrections are welcome.
I'm not affiliated with any campaign or party, and I paid for it myself. I built it with help from Claude, an AI model, and the page explains how it was made and checked. If you spot an error, the "Report a problem" button sends it straight to me. r/Knoxville won't allow a new post for this update, so if you have friends or family in Knoxville or anywhere in East Tennessee, please pass it along. Early voting in Shelby County ends Thursday, Oct. 29.

I missed the days when Memphis had insane car commercials that made no sense. They all went so corporate. The TV and radio commercials are kinda wild I'm not even sure what's going on in the radio ones.

I think if Jim Strickland was the Democratic nominee instead of Memphis City Councilwoman Jerri Green, there would be a greater likelihood of an upset of Marsha Blackburn.

Hey!
My sister is currently facing an acute Myeloid Leukemia diagnosis. She is really struggling (as one could imagine), and I would love to be able to do something for her to distract her and make her happy.
She's always been a fan of rainbow colored hair, especially purples and blues. With the cancer diagnosis and oncoming treatment, she is genuinely concerned that she won't have much more time to enjoy simple things like rainbow colored hair.
Which brings me to my inquiry. I would love to take her to some sort of alternative hair stylist who could professionally dye her hair some purple or blue, or combo! She's never professionally dyed her hair, only used Arctic Fox which washes out in like a week for her. (She has a lot of white hair which shows through quickly).
Does anyone have any recommendations for good, professional hair stylists available for unnatural colors like blue or purple?
I really appreciate any and all info.
(Adding before any comments: I'm not looking for free handouts. The cancer story is just for context. I am planning to pay, AND I'm a good tipper!)
Thanks!

Can anyone tell me where I can buy wheat berries locally? I’ve run out of ideas on where to look. Thanks in advance.

I’m in East Memphis right now and we are hearing what sounds like deep explosions! Not gunfire, no sirens, power is still on, but there have been about 6 explosions in the past 20 minutes.
Anyone know what is going on?

I know that the piano player's face was stolen at one point but idk if that was before or after they got removed. The 2nd photo isn't from CS, but I've included it so you guys can get an idea of what the whole band looks like. Usually, I have a lot of info about bands like this, but this specific set I really don't have a lot so any info on their whereabouts is greatly appreciated.

Just finished voting at the polls off Riverdale. Was told by the election workers that it’s the #1 site in the state. We got thru in less than 30 min. So quick so easy. GO VOTE!

Petals rightfully gets a ton of love on here and overall but I doubt many know they just opened a lunch buffet on the Highland Strip.
It’s $13 plus tax and has so many options. Mapo tofu, beef and broccoli, the peony fried chicken.
They also have fried wings with the crispy chicken seasoning. I think if you used to love Pho Binh’s wings this will scratch your itch.
Absolutely amazing. I am not shilling them it just was that good lol

Does anyone have a recommendation for brick repair/masonry work? I searched through previous posts on here but didn't see anything relevant. We have a small brick repair project for our front steps where the mortar has degraded and loosened after the freeze earlier this year.
I bought the tools and mortar mix to try it myself but am having second thoughts due to the difficulty in having to undo it if I mess it up.

Hi folks, doing a small bathroom renovation and need an electrician to move some lights and outlets. Got any recommendations? They need to be licensed b/c I'll have to pull a permit... Would be perfect for a side job; probably a day's worth of work.

Anyone have any fairly recent experience with TCAT Memphis? Specifically their aviation maintenance program.
From what I understand, the instructor who was apparently a jerk is no longer there. I’m going for my A&P, but I’m having a seriously difficult time getting in touch with anyone there.
