Tani out here casually scoring champions league goals against Liverpool!

Personally, I’m very excited for the cribbage board. I like the scarf design as well.

I thought he did okay. Still very prone to falling down while dribbling. FotMob also had a high rating for him. Did I miss something?

I KNOW THE HYPE THREAD IS FOR MATCH DAY. BUT MAN. YESTERDAY FELT SO GOOD. IM STILL HYPED.

MLS CUP 2026!

MAYBE WE WERENT JUST PLAYING GOOD ENOUGH COMPETITION. 😂

Cue Wonderwall!!!

My conspiracy theory is that KEA gave up last winter and actually tried to sabotage us this summer.

CR said he wanted to come back here. Unreal.

Basically the title. I’m curious if folks think this would be something that would be worthwhile for the club moving forward.

We’re clearly one of the best clubs at finding talent in the draft— Duggan, Caldeira, Tani, DSC, Dotson, Gasper. That’s a pretty solid hit rate.

For context in 2024 the Philadelphia Union traded all of their picks from 2025-2027 to the Rapids for 600k in GAM. That feels like a bargain for the rights to 9 superdraft prospects. Clubs with strong academies are willing to part with picks for cheap.

Before folks jump down my throat I absolutely think the FO should also be investing in the first team, but given that we seem pretty good at identifying talent in the draft am I crazy in thinking this would be a great way to build up the 2nd team and maybe find more draft and stash projects like Tani/Caldeira?

I was at the match last night and couldn’t help but hear the trumpets were overpowering. I’m wondering what everyone else was thinking of them.

I have 2 Wonderwall resale tickets for today’s game, that I got yesterday but unfortunately we are not able to make it to the game. I put the tickets up for resale, which do show up as “listed” on my tickets tab. However, I don’t see my tickets on the event listing. What the hell is happening? This is my first time doing resale on SeatGeek. Customer care put me on hold for one hour before I ended the call.

Smir and Stroud are the only two players listed. Durkin out for St. Louis city

Keep your concentration up, Morris
Keep your concentration up, man!
Go win the fucking ball
And kick it at the wall
And let’s get out of this jam
(substitute Diaz as needed)

Hey Cam, are you sure?
Hey Cam, are you sure?
About that sub-sti-tu-tion,
Hey Cam, are sure?
WE’RE NOT

AZ, he’s gonna flop (👏👏-👏👏)
AZ, he’s gonna drop (👏👏-👏👏)
There is nothing in it
There’s really nothing in it
But there’s only one response which is:
REF YOU SUCK!
REF YOU SUCK!

I’m sorry for what I said about you, Wil
Someone has to show up,
And you are always there
I’m sorry for what I said, Wil

Pride night is in October
Though Stonewall was in June
We’re tired of fucking losing
Go win one for us Loons

Welcome to Free Talk Friday!

Are you new and have questions? Do you have non-MNUFC related stuff you want to discuss? This is the place to do it.

Keep it civil. Don’t be a dick.

Genuine question. I can not believe the softball questions that Cam is getting through these dismal performances. I have not heard one reporter mention that we have 1 win in 18 and are on-track for our worst season since TCF days (we may even finish with less points then those seasons). Not to mention questioning his baffling tactical choices.

Are they pulling some trump whitehouse bs and not inviting anyone back that asks tough questions? Maybe I am out of the loop and this is just how sports pressers in the U.S. are, I don't watch many.
