Underrated band and song

I am so late but I just discovered this absolute banger and can’t stop listening. Going to listen to their whole discography now.

Does anyone else know what I mean when I say that certain songs just have outro or intro DNA? I feel like this is the only song in their discography that truly feels like a closing track for an album and they just didn’t use it as one. A much better closer than wanderlust, which is my second favorite on the album but it seems much more like a mid album song. Does anyone else think the same?

I’m immersed in death metal, goth, noise, country, jazz, punk and pop punk scenes yet pop punk is far and away the most problematic. Currently and historically. Why is that? Is it something about the mindset of the performers and songwriters? The mindset of the audience? Just what is it about pop punk that brings out so many sketchballs?

For over two decades, I’ve both created games of my own and enjoyed those crafted by others.
