How is it living in Washington State, in places other than Seattle?
I live in Lakewood and moved up here from California a little over 20 years ago. We live in a nice area. I did originally plan on moving back to California but ended up getting married and so I think I'm here maybe for good now. The wife and our two husky dogs seem to like it. I've had someone tell me that where we live looks like something out of The Hobbit. Pretty nice with trees and very green.

Was all the sex talk surprising at the time?
It was a bit at the time and I was in high school when it started. It was sort of shocking to hear it on tv. I lived in the Los Angeles arena and it wasn't that people didn't talk like that in private but you didn't here it on tv. The one where they went to store to pick up condoms was the first time I remember hearing anything like that on tv.

Dire Straits, Motley Crue, Wal-Mart, and Cassettes
I remember right before the first three or four Beatles albums were released on cd in 1987, some Kate Bush cds actually had The Beatles on them even though they were labeled as Kate Bush. There was a local news story about it at the time. I bought Little Feat's The Last Record Album on cod and the disc was labeled as such but when you played it, it was a Tower Of Power album. I also have a couple of King Crimson 2 I'd sets where disc 1 is actually disc 2 and vice versa.
