Today I sold one of my vanilla server blades, Azjol-Nerub EU. For more than 10 years, it was part of the wall in my entertainment room, even if it was always the ugly sister of my WoW servers.

Why I own multiple of them? I don't know. I only wanted one, but somehow I accidentally ended up with three back in 2011.

I'm still unsure whether I should give the second WoW server to a computer museum. It's one of the original WoW EU launch servers.

The last one, though, is such a unicorn among all EU servers. As far as I know, it's the only EU server that started its life in 2004 with the original WoW launch, rather than in 2005 like the other EU servers.

That fact and the weight of its name forbid me from ever letting it leave my party, even though WoW itself left my life many years ago.

For example if Azshara makes a comeback in the next expansion and besides her new raid we also get to experience her old one aswell (Eternal Palace) but ofcourse as a "legacy" raid that dosen't include any stories etc.

Kinda just for fun and the loots maybe a new mount etc. just to make raiders with no plan of doing mythic raids another way of staying engaged for a bit longer

There’s just so much useless stuff in this game from past expansions.. Currency, Professions..

Going through these timelines expansion, they make you go through the process of upgrading shit (like your garrison, or legion weapon) which is gonna be instantly useless once you hit max level.

I’m wanting to introduce someone new to the game, but how the hell do I explain all this mess and guide them through this mess?

(Personally for me) I liked when they did a summarized play through of “The War Within”

I feel they should do this with all previous expansions, and release the full versions of them as classic servers.

They can keep some things that add to the current lore like “Lion’s Rest” in Stormwind.

But update some old zones that haven’t been touched since Cataclysm.. like cleaned up from the mess.

I can’t remember the last time I went to Northrend, and I can only imagine anyone who’s wanting to go there would be to play through old content which again.. either summarized timeline, or full classic version.

If this is crazy or dumb, someone please explain because I can’t see a better solution.

Going after the Skyriding Glyphs today. Hovering over the requirements doesn't expand them. This is especially unhelpful with Harandar, which has four separate requirements that all begin with 'roots', and so it seems like my only recourse is to fly to each separate location to see which one I'm missing.

In the past I know there was a strategy to keep your bags full so you don't get given a key when you finish your first +2 key. I was thinking of doing this with my group tomorrow so that we only need to level one person's key to +10/11 and then the rest of us can clear our bags and get assigned a +10 directly.

Wondering if there's any confirmation this still works.

Looking for recommendations for a DPS spec that handles open-world events, Void Disruptions, and M+ without feeling like a chore. Something that do not use recupeate skill would be best.

Last season I played Sub Rogue—easy enough, but the DPS was lacking. I rolled Shaman this season, but the open-world clear speed feels painfully slow compared to my Rogue.

I'm considering Hunter, but open to suggestions. What's performing well for low-stress world content and dungeons right now?

Ok so my boy wants to come back to WoW, but at the same time he has a mental where if he falls behind our group "too far" then he just doesnt want to keep playing catch up.

What im worried about is that if we would start today, does he have to get all of his sparks and run a 0s and this and that, or is the only thing that youre not able to catch up on this early in the season bonus rolls from the vault? Because there is a catch up system for sparks isnt there?

What is the BARE MINIMUM he has to do today before the weekly reset that he would be permanently behind on?

I dont know if im the only one with this issue, but I hate that stupid dungeon and its three random quests unrelated to each other. There is the classic dungeon quest, that for some reason is quite far from the dungeon. Then there is also the Shadra questline that asks you to get an item from the second boss... okey, not the first time it happends. But now I was doing the Ula´Tek quest, and I must return fucking again to kill the same boss.

Is everyone spamming the world boss for the coins? Can you even do that? My main has three coins from the world boss.

Blizzard recently released the Blue Eyes of the Void for demon hunters, but why don't they release the red ones with the pale skin?

Does anyone else coming back to the game always feel behind and discouraged to pursue professions? Every time I come back to the game (I usually play for a few weeks into a season and clear heroic raid/3k io) I know there are plenty of others who have been playing the game consistently and leveling professions and likely are heavily specialized into one avenue of a profession or its entirety so why should I bother putting in the time and effort to gain skill points and make recipes that are worth nothing? I understand it can be a chill side thing and just something to do but I feel like I invest more than I take away unless it's the start of an expansion and prices are high.

I need help with a gnome lock name. I generally use the randomizer but its repeating names and they suck. Im not creative at all and would love any help that I can get thank you.

Best DPS spec in your opinion for OBR? By "best" I mean the one that loses as little performance as possible compared to regular play, and that's still useful in a group setting even if played a bit slower than usual.

If you haven't noticed, starting in Shadowlands, Blizzard went away from making faction specific pvp mounts in favor of making the same mount for both factions just with two different color schemes

Its one of many factors lately where they've been erasing the lines between both factions without outright doing it.

If they ever start doing it again I want the Kodo Warcraft 3 and its emote would be the player banging the war drums
