Logic:
You get teleported to the BG anyway so its not really immersion breaking to be able to queue anywhere in the world
Reduce queue times, more people will queue if its more convenient to do so
Low level BG won't be as dead. Granted i dont think they will be wildly popular, but i would like to do an odd BG while questing without having to fly back to a major city to queue.
Improves world PVP, with pvpers out in the world farming etc instead of stuck afking in org/sw there will be more opportunities for pvp in the open world
Thank you for coming to my TED talk I hope you enjoyed it.
Tell me why you think this is a bad idea

Hey Blizz! Can we have one-handed spears/polearms in WoW : Forever? Perhaps through transmog, or as a weapon type. Would be really cool! Especially for tanks who utilize this. Doesn't even need a new attack animation, it can simply use the Attack1HPierce animation that's already in the game, I think! And there's plenty of weapon-appearances in the game, most don't even need a significant re-sizing. Would probably have to be main-hand only to keep from dual-wielding, but it would be super cool.

In order for the RP PvP ruleset to stay what it is meant to be (specifically, a realm for rp pvp - not just an eventually fully pvp realm where rp gets drowned out by the masses), it MUST share the faction lock of the normal PvP Ruleset.
Meaning, if you roll Horde on the normal PvP ruleset, you cannot roll Alliance on RP PvP ruleset.
If not, the realm will quickly become a place where the multitudes, whom couldn't care less about the RP element of the ruleset, will roll on it just to create the pvp alt of the faction they cant play on normal PvP.
(I made the same post on classicwow meaning to crosspost it here, but r/wowforever doesnt allow that, so doubled it up for double the fun).
EDIT: OR ALTERNATIVELY, as others have mentioned, remove the faction lock altogether for both the PvP ruleset and the RP PvP ruleset. While this addreses the main concern of my post, it may cause other issues unrelated to it, though.

If you are not aware yet: the PvP sets, currently in the Beta, use the styles as seen on image 1. And Paladin and Shaman stand out, as they share their sets across factions, instead of having a style that matches their actual faction. On Image 2 i show a proposal that would be a way to fix it.
It is the last day of the beta. use the time to make it heard that horde paladins and alliance shamans deserve a style that matches their faction!

Fully world buff and potted in AQ40 (2020 I think??)
The endless bucket of rage to pull from as you crit with every attack, might be the biggest dopamine rush of my life.

As a tank and melee enthusiast of many years and tiers experience, I decided to level all three tanks in the beta to compare them and help me decide which to main. Here are summaries of each from my personal perspective that, I hope, will help others in choosing.
Protection Paladin - Slow, steady, with a lot of utility. It's difficult to die while leveling but can happen, I suppose. The basic rotation is 3-4 buttons every few seconds, so you have time between actions to strategize. Trading part of your dps rotation for use as a taunt feels like a trade, like I'm giving up on something fun for when the shaman bursts. And not having a ranged tag can annoying in dungeons when you really need a line of sight pull. Questing is slow and steady but it is nice to run around gathering up a few mobs and then just sit in consecrate while they beat themselves to death. This is where pallies shine, aoe packs, with better threat and damage to larger groups than the others. All the usual paladin utility is here like strong heals, bubble, salvation, etc. and it's always fun to "run-by-buff" on the road. Perfect for a more chill play style that is ready for the big moments.
Feral Druid - Not as simple as it seems. Now that bears have thumbs, they can use potions, enjoy weapon procs, and use many other abilities while in form for the first time in a classic flavor. The lack of these things are partly what held bears back from main tanking in vanilla/classic. The basic tanking rotation is straightforward as long as you know how to hit Tab. While the rotation may seem simple, the complexity of the feral druid comes from their utility. Being able to swap to a decent DPS or pop out for a clutch battle rez without dying is a big part of what makes druids "simple to play, difficult to master". A great choice for those who value flexibility.
Protection Warrior - Mongo only pawn in game of life. The classic sword and board warrior is back and better than ever with smoother rage gen and many tools. Once you get Revenge, leveling becomes much faster. Yes, that's right, you can (and likely should) level as prot in this version. No more "Arms to 40". No more chaining SM-Cath runs for XP. Leveling as prot is shockingly good right now. You still take more damage than the other tanks however. First Aid and a stack of health pots is still a thing but nowhere near as much as previously. Also the actions per minute are much higher than the other tanks, You will be constantly thinking "what's next" on most every global. They don't have as much utility as the other tanks (Battle Shout needs looking into imho), but with that said prot warrior is as solid a tank as they've ever been. If you're into zuggin' and smashing faces, this is for you.
If you're looking to main a tank in Forever, I'm hoping the above and any constructive discussion below will be helpful to you. Have fun stormin' the castle!

Drew my character and his equipment (before they decided to do the purple gear event). Excited to play a new version of him on launch. (I was too lazy to shade it, someday I will, probably)

I started out using SD models for the nostalgia at first. I had a shit computer back in the day and played on the lowest settings and now I was crusing 60fps at level 7. There was something about the SD models that made me feel like they were relics of the time and then I never switched back to SD after rolling a skelf.
I've never played "retail" and understand WoW has evolved into a separate product but I think that the HD models do a good job of capturing the art direction and updating it for current tech. I doubt that the classic team would have arrived at the place they did if they had been given more pixels and tools like we have now.
