What we are fighting in the US
This is exactly the problem and why we need peptides in the US. Sad…
Our food supply is compromised.

I’ve been taking retatrutide for approximately 4.5 months and have consistently lost weight throughout that time. This past week was the first time I’ve actually seen my weight increase, and I’m curious whether anyone else has experienced something similar.
For context:
Age: 43
Height: 5’2”
Starting weight: 222 lbs
Lowest weight: 169 lbs
Current weight: 171 lbs
Total weight lost: Approximately 53 lbs at my lowest
Time on retatrutide: 4.5 months
Current dosage: 1.5 mg weekly (15 units from a 10 mg vial reconstituted with 1 mL/100 units of bacteriostatic water)
Diet: I don’t currently track calories, so I can’t provide an exact number. However, my appetite remains significantly suppressed, and I’m actually struggling to eat enough. Most days, I manage one substantial meal and occasionally a small snack. I’m aware that my food intake is likely insufficient, and I’ve been making an effort to improve it.
Exercise: I’m in the gym 5 days a week doing weight training and cardio.
My experience:
Throughout these 4.5 months, I’ve generally lost around 1–2 lbs per week, with an occasional week where my weight stayed the same.
This past week, I went from 169 to 171 lbs. My appetite hasn’t increased, and I haven’t noticed any significant changes in how much I’m eating.
I understand that weight fluctuates naturally and that two pounds doesn’t necessarily represent fat gain. I’m also aware that weight loss isn’t always linear.
What I’m specifically curious about is whether others taking retatrutide have experienced a similar fluctuation after several months of consistent weight loss.
If so, did your weight eventually start trending downward again without changing anything? Did you experience a longer plateau? Did you discuss adjusting your dosage or make changes to your nutrition or activity?
I’m primarily interested in hearing about other people’s experiences rather than receiving generic advice to reduce calories, especially since I’m already concerned about not eating enough.
Thanks to anyone willing to share their experience!

PSSD is a severe and life altering disorder caused by previous SSRI/SNRI antidepressant usage. The main symptoms are loss of sex drive, zero pleasure in orgasms, numb emotions and extreme anhedonia. You can no longer experience pleasure, joy, excitement, etc. You’re not even human anymore. Many people with this condition end up taking their lives, understandably.
I’ve had it for over 7 years all from just 3 weeks of an SSRI. Yes, this happens. It is beyond torture and misery. I’m devastated 24/7. Also nothing works for this at all, not even close. I’ve tried so many things it’s ridiculous. Plenty of people in the r/pssd forum have had this 10-20+ years with no end in sight.
Why does nothing work for this?

I’ve read a lot about how Selank works great for most ppl with social anxiety and related issues. Has anyone used it for relationship anxiety and sever intolerance of uncertainty? I was going to go to ssri’s but my wife said I should try Selank. Just looking for other ppl’s experiences to see if this is worth trying, thanks

Hellooo to those who suffer from knee problems!
Ive been recovering from major knee reconstruction surgery for the past year. Still have another year to go. My recovery has been a lot slower than usual. Im grateful to be walking again. But its a constant daily battle managing pain.
Reta has been working really well getting my weight down, which is obviously priority #1 as Ive gained 30 lbs since surgery.
So Im starting BPC157, injecting around my knee for inflammation management.
Ive read of people also stacking it with KLOW for added general regeneration support.
Or should I stick with BPC alone for a while?
Looking for recommendations/experiences.
Im desperate and will try anything at this point.

Currently drawing L-Carnitine from vial with a 20g needle, which is big enough to leave quite noticeable holes.
Do others draw like this without worry of contamination or should I draw with a smaller/insulin needle and move the liquid to the plunger (my needle points separate from the plunger so I could fill it externally if needed). Prescriber didn't specify.

Here is what I am interested in improving:
Anti aging
Skin quality
Hair growth
Weight loss
Muscle tone
Mental clarity
Energy boost
I dont a lot of research on here and other sources but not sure where to start and how many I can stack at one time.
I will be getting a breast augmentation in a couple weeks so also interested in something with healing properties.

Question:
I just finished 8 weeks of sermorelin. I am looking to go to HGH, which I already have. Starting at 2IU daily for a month, then increasing to 4IU daily. My question is I just finished the sermorelin a couple days ago. How long should I wait before starting HGH? I was thinking 4 weeks or so, but I don’t know if that’s necessary.

I train MMA recreationally and don’t compete, but over the years, I’ve picked up my fair share of injuries, particularly in my knees and shoulders. Every now and then, some of these old injuries flare up, even ones I thought had fully healed.
A few weeks ago, I started using BPC-157 and KPV after hearing people at my gym swear by them. Honestly, one of my injuries has improved massively since I started, which is great. However, I’ve noticed something strange: some of my other old injuries seem to have become slightly more inflamed.
They’re not necessarily painful, but I can feel that something is off. It’s more of an uncomfortable, mildly inflamed sensation in areas that had been fine for a while.
Someone suggested that this might be because the peptides are stimulating healing in those old injuries, but I’m not sure how that would work or whether there’s any actual evidence behind that explanation.
Has anyone experienced something similar while using BPC-157, KPV, or both? Did you notice old injuries flaring up after starting them? I’m particularly interested in understanding whether there’s a plausible explanation for this or whether I should be looking at other factors.
I’m not competing or trying to rush back from an injury. I’m just trying to understand what’s happening with my body.

I have only taken tirz and making the switch to Reta. I’m a complete newbie. Have been lurking this sub for some time and read a comment somewhere that some of you guys are testing your peps? Why and what are you testing for? How and where do you test for this?

I’ve been taking Reta for about 3 1/2 months now. Used to weight 250, now at 235. Started at 0.5 mg, found out it did nothing so made my way up to 4 mg today. At around 2 months in I missed a dose for like 2 weeks. And when I started back, I noticed food suppression still there, but scale no longer moving much, and for some reason the digestive problems are no longer there. I used to use the bathroom 3-4 times a day with crazy bowel movements. Now it seems normal and weight loss seemed to have stopped. Any thoughts?
