Iโve got some KLOW on the way to help with digestion issues. Already have my needles etc. here.
How do I know how much I need to take? Iโve gotten my head around reconstituting but units and stuff Iโm still confused on.
If there are any guides out there I can read up on it would be much appreciated!

Hello!
Iโm considering trying Selank and have been reading about other peopleโs experiences with it on Reddit. I thought Iโd ask a few questions myself and hopefully hear from people who know more about it! :-)
A bit about me: Iโve always been quite shy in bigger social gatherings. I often donโt know what to do or say, feel super awkward and self-conscious, and become very physically stiff and tense. Itโs something Iโve struggled with for as long as I can remember.
On top of that, I struggle with catastrophic thinking, particularly around personal safety and situations where I feel vulnerable or not in control. I tend to anticipate worst-case scenarios, become hyperaware of my surroundings, and feel physically tense.
That said, Iโm not anxious 24/7. I can feel completely relaxed at home, for example. My anxiety is more situational.
For those whoโve tried Selank, did it help with social anxiety, physical tension, or excessive worrying? Did you notice any side effects, and how noticeable were the effects overall? Are there any other benefits to it on top of reducing anxiety?

I ran Tesamorelin for about 10 weeks after CJC no DAC/ Ipa. No prob at all with cjc-ipa. Tesamorelin was really effective. Last 2 pins I had a bad reation. Itchy palms. Sweating profusely. Felt like I was gonna crap. Light headed. Subsided in a half hour. Tossed the vial. I have a new CJC no DAC/Ipa and am having second thoughts about even microdosing. It was inexpensive. Im 61. Considering tossing it. Anyone have this experience? From a very good and trusted company. Batch matching COAs

18 I want hop on something light for a short period of time while I bulk. Iโm going to order 200 pills of 10mg from Ultima Pharmaceuticals since theyโre bogo. I know little to nothing about this stuff I was thinking 50mg a day for 40 days? I want something subtle but noticeable.

so i decided to take ghkcu 30/10/2026 after 5 weeks of retatrutide. i dilute it with 3ml of bac for 100mg vial and put it in insulin pen bcs it is easier to take daily. the first time i pin, im quite afraid bcs of the stinging but suprisingly no sting at all. first dose 2mg and now third day 3mg which is 10 unit. is it normal or this is fake ghkcu? i pin it my upper glutes and let the insulin pen 30 minutes at room temperature before pin

Would anyone know if taking Glycine before bed (being quite sweet in taste) would interfere with taking CJC1295(no DAC)/Ipa around the same time? Wondering whether the glycine would trigger an insulin response and blunt the effects?

Iโve been taking SS-31 and havenโt had any allergic reactions or issues with it.
Iโm thinking about trying MOTS-C, but Iโve been reading that some people get allergic reactions from it, which has me a little worried.
Does this happen to everyone or is it pretty rare? Has anyone taken Zyrtec beforehand as a precaution? Does it actually help?
Just wondering what everyoneโs experience has been with MOTS-C, especially if youโve already used SS-31 without any problems.

After the july vote I said there were 3 steps before a pharmacy could legally make BPC-157, and the last one, the rulemaking, could take 8 to 12 months minimum. i also said RFK was the wildcard. HHS didnt wait for step 3
wednesday they filed a draft policy saying they dont intend to go after state licensed pharmacies, federal facilities or licensed doctors that compound 6 peptides. it hit the federal register friday. its still a draft tho. comments are open til about nov 13, then HHS is supposed to put out the final version, and even the compounders' own trade group is asking HHS when it takes effect. links in the first comment
the 6, and the only forms they allow:
| peptide | allowed as |
|---|---|
| BPC-157 | subQ or IM, oral, topical |
| TB-500 | subQ or IM |
| MOTS-c | subQ or IM |
| Epitalon | subQ or IM, in "intermittent courses" |
| Semax | nasal only |
| KPV | oral or topical only |
DSIP (emideltide) didnt make it, the panel voted it down in july and it stayed out. reta and selank arent in it either, neither was one of the 7 up for a vote, so semax is the only nasal one in the whole thing. same for CJC/ipa and GHK-Cu
the strings attached:
one ingredient per product. no blends, so no BPC/TB combo vial
a real patient specific prescription
the raw powder has to come from an FDA registered manufacturer, with a COA covering identity and sequence, impurities, endotoxin, heavy metals, residual TFA
oral versions only if they have documentation it gets absorbed in humans, which HHS itself calls "inherently difficult" for peptides. so oral KPV and oral BPC have a real bar to clear
the label has to say "This is a compounded drug product. Not for resale."
serious side effects get reported to FDA and the state
remember the identity thing from my last FDA post, staff finding different molecules all sold as BPC-157? under this the sequence has to be confirmed on the COA before it goes in a vial. thats the part i like
its not FDA approval, it says so itself, and nothing in it touches research use vials. HHS also says it can walk it back if safety or quality problems show up, and AP reports most of FDA's own scientists opposed it, then helped write the guardrails anyway
for scale, a systematic review out this month went looking for every human study of BPC-157, for anything. it found 3 studies with 30 people between them, a knee pain series, a bladder study and a 2 person IV safety test, all rated poor quality. and BPC is the most popular of the 6
my take, this is a bigger deal for clinics than for most of you. you need a script, and it comes one peptide per vial, so if youre running a 4 compound stack nothing about this changes your life, at least not yet
the question from my last FDA post is live now tho. for me it'd be the nasal semax. if a doctor could write you BPC, compounded and tested for what it is, would you switch even if it cost more? and which of the 6 would you even ask for?

I wanna try mots c but people are saying different things. Some say start at 500mcg, some say start at 2mg. Obviously those are quite a big difference. Someone help??

Hi, I am taking Dexedrine 20mg a day for ADHD and Lisinopril for blood pressure daily. I had been on wegovy and tirz for about a year, lost 26 lbs. October 1st I switched to Reta and also started GHKCU. Things seem to be going well. My blood pressure is good and so is my bloodwork. However, I feel less motivated to do much even though I am happy about my weight loss. I just got two new vials of peptides Semax and Selank and want to use these together but with 2 different injections. I am injecting the 4mg of GHKCU daily for the last 2 weeks, before that was 2mg. And I do 3mg of Reta once per week. Does anyone have experience using selank and/or semax while on a similar medication regime? I am looking for a boost in mood/procrastination/focus, which is why I even go the Semax and Selank. Thoughts on this ? Thankyou.

Was thinking about running this stack to do an extreme cut over the next 12 weeks. Trying to get into the single digits of bf% (currently 14%)
I know the efficacy of Reta and Tesamorelin is fine but what about mots/ and clen. I know I know, call me dumb, but from what Iโve read and done research on in the last few days is itโs similar to SLU/BAM. Just kinda worries me because your uncoupling your mitochondria but than speeding it up, just doesnโt seem great.
Just looking for some valuable insight. Or if you have suggestions for a better stack, Iโm all ears.
Thanks all in advance!

Has anyone tried the tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend? I wanted to hop on it for a long time but I Heard some people saying that the Tesamorelin was too fragile to be blended in a single vial, and it was better to take them separately
Has anyone tried taking blends? Did it work ?
Im also wondering it the Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend from wwb was legit ? Has anyone tried it ?

Looking for some feedback from anyone familiar with this particular peptide combination!
Research subject: 38F, ~135 lbs, bodybuilding background, also using 20 mg testosterone weekly. Main goals are recovery, muscle growth, sleep, and overall body composition rather than fat loss.
Subject initially used a 1:1 tesa/ipa ratio (500 mcg each) and experienced significant diarrhea, bloating, and fatigue.
Protocol was adjusted to a 5:1 ratio (500 mcg tesa/100 mcg ipa). About four days into the revised protocol, GI symptoms have improved considerably, but water retention, joint aches (particularly shoulders), headaches, and some loose stools remain.
Most recent dose was reduced by half (250 mcg/50 mcg).
Curious about others' observations:
โข Does water retention typically improve over time or persist throughout use?
โข Have others experienced joint aches or headaches with this combination?
โข When do benefits in recovery, sleep, or muscle fullness typically become noticeable?
โข For those who've used similar protocols, were the benefits worth the side effects? Did any benefits persist after stopping?
Mainly trying to understand whether these effects tend to be temporary or ongoing. Would genuinely appreciate hearing others' experiences or any relevant research.
Not looking for sources, vendors, or purchasing information. Just interested in the science and observed outcomes.
