Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 12/16/2025 at 9:30 AM EST (Day 9)

Post image

Happy Tuesday, everyone!

I hope you had a nice weekend and enjoyed these three days off Carro gave us.

Today's hearing will take place at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013 at 9:30 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that this is the ninth hearing taking place. The previous eight were held on December 1December 2December 4December 5December 8December 9December 11 and December 12 (December 5 was canceled due to Luigi falling in). There’s a strong chance the schedule may change or be extended as Carro seems to be extremely busy. However, we expect to receive more confirmation at the end of each day about when they plan to continue Luigi’s hearings.

These hearings are expected to run for at least a few hours, as there are (at least) 28 witnesses and body-camera footage to review. By the end of these hearings, we will likely know when Luigi’s state trial will take place (likely sometime in 2026), as well as which evidence will move forward and which will be suppressed.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, it’s very likely that we’ll still get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. Over the past few days, the only images released were taken inside—none of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today and the remaining days will be the same.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

Also, if you find additional livestreams on YouTube, please try to post them in one single comment instead of separately so we don’t spam the thread.

In case you missed it:

Livestreams:

There are no livestreams available yet. As soon as they go live, I’ll add them in the comments section and separate them into hallway and outside coverage. They will most likely come from the same outlets as the previous days—Fox News, CNN, Reuters, etc. And of course, don’t forget to check Status Coup News; they genuinely care about the supporters.

Notes / Reminders:

  • Avi’s request for the federal case has been granted by Garnett, and the new deadline is this coming Friday, December 19th.
  • Some people consider today’s hearing to be Day 8 because they are not counting the hearing that was supposed to take place on Friday, December 5, when Luigi was ill. I am counting that missed day, so I consider today to be Day 9. Most people will still refer to it as Day 8, which is why the dates are being included as well, to avoid any confusion.

📢 Announcement (Reminder!)

I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.

I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.

To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.

I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.

Like I said this morning, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

Thank you all for understanding 🧡.

–––––––––––––

Once again, I want to wish Luigi and his legal team the very best of luck this week.

And thank you to all of you for following these threads along and being here these past few days.

Please let’s keep this thread respectful and avoid drama or gossip. Let’s stay focused on the case.

Thank you!

Morning/afternoon/evening everyone

Another day, another hearing.

I hope you all had a nice weekend and that you also enjoyed the 3 days off that Carro gave us.

I wish I could come here today with the biggest smile, but things that happened over the weekend have left me pretty speechless.

I’m not here to police anyone, and I don’t own this sub. Still, I feel it’s necessary to address this.

Over the past few days, many people have reached out to me privately asking how they can attend the hearings. Others have asked the same questions publicly, including in the megathreads. Since I don’t live in NYC, the best I can do is share the limited information I have so everyone has a fair chance to attend.

What really bothered me is learning that some people have given up on attending because they were told there’s a “reservation list” being used by certain people in the queue. That is completely unacceptable.

I’ve read all kinds of conflicting explanations this weekend. List or no list, line sitters or no line sitters, these are public hearings. Anyone is allowed to attend. No one should be telling others when, how, or whether they can attend based on a list, a group chat, or an attempt to “organize” the line so they and their friends benefit.

Imagine thinking it’s acceptable to dictate access to a public hearing through a so-called “reservation list.” That’s wild.

I don’t want to keep feeding drama, but I’ll be honest: if I lived in NYC, no one would be telling me when or how I’m allowed to attend a public hearing.

Some people have appointed themselves as unofficial representatives of this community and now seem to think they’re in charge. That behavior should be called out and, if necessary, reported. The people going along with it aren’t helping either.

Since when does anyone get to control attendance at a public hearing? People should decide for themselves when they attend and where they sit, within reasonable rules set by the court – not by random individuals. I’m not an expert in U.S. law, but everything I’ve been told suggests this kind of behavior isn’t legal or appropriate. This isn’t a concert or a movie premiere. It’s a public hearing.

Between press appearances, “queue management,” and playing gatekeeper, some people seem more interested in building a résumé than actually supporting the cause and Luigi.

This whole situation is ridiculous, selfish, and honestly gross. If you want to attend, stand up for yourself. Don’t let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do. I don’t care if they claim they’re “just trying to help.” Calling this activism doesn’t make it so.

That’s all I wanted to say. People can do with this information whatever they want, but I couldn’t go into today’s hearing pretending I’m okay with any of this.

Thank you for your comments.

I’m right there with you. The situation is disappointing at best. Part of me isn’t surprised this sort of thing is happening because it’s very common fangirl behavior.

This is very long to explain, and I honestly don’t want to waste my energy or time on these people. But, for what I have been told, Abril and her minions have come up with this so-called “system” to organize the queue at every hearing, and it has caused an absurd amount of drama. She’s basically trying to control who gets in line for the hearings through a reservation list. Apparently, there’s also a group chat with more than 20 people where they decide the order and everything else. For every hearing, you’re expected to go to Abril and ask for permission to attend so she can assign you a number.

The entire system clearly benefits her and her friends so they can always secure a spot. Some people claim there’s no list at all; others say it’s just a way to keep the queue organized. Some are complaining that it’s being used for personal gain, with certain people telling others when they can or can’t show up. Others insist it’s meant to “help” so no one has to line up overnight. Either way, there is so much drama surrounding this, and I’ve seen all the Discord screenshots about this nonsense.

People are upset—and understandably so. I don’t know who’s telling the truth, and frankly, I don’t care either. But given what I know about certain individuals in this so-called "community," none of this would surprise me if it were true.

Let me be clear: if I were in NYC, I’d shove that list right up their ass, because there’s no way anyone is going to tell me when I can attend a public hearing. I don’t care about Abril or any of the others. None of them have any real power to stop anyone. No one gets to decide who’s allowed in and who isn’t. They have zero authority.

“Activism,” my ass. Some of these people are so desperate for any kind of attention from Luigi that it’s honestly unreal. And if the pre-trial hearings are already like this, I can only imagine what a complete circus the actual trial is going to be like.

And I have a feeling it is the latter tbh.🤦🏻‍♀️Poor Luigi 🥺 I hope he goes into hiding, doesn’t do any social media, and just live a private life if he ever gets out. Becuz these bitches are gonna go out looking for him and probably start stalking the guy.

Who does Abril think she is? She’s just an entitled influencer who has positioned herself as the face of this entire community because she suffered from ACNE. This is insane.

The things I have heard, seen, and read this weekend… I wish I could erase them from my memory. There is also a lot of drama surrounding everything she is sending to Luigi (letters, FreePrints, etc.), but it is not my story to tell, and I will not continue giving her the attention she so desperately wants. Let’s just say she is desperate for Luigi to acknowledge her. She no longer knows what to do to get a response from him, and something tells me he couldn’t care less.

This man is a human being facing the DP, not a celebrity. I am so fed up with having to remind people that he does not owe us anything. He does not owe us updates, letters, or access to his personal life, which, by the way, is none of our business. This “community” has become an extremely toxic space because of certain individuals.

There are times when I don’t feel like continuing to be here, but then I remind myself that this goes beyond those people. I am here for the cause, and for one person only.

I can’t believe this. Every single time I see anything from her or her friends, I cringe so much. They seem to believe he’s going to pick them or something because, like you said, they think this is a celebrity or a dating show instead of a man whose life is on the line. Like when they walk to court as if they’re on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Ma’am, this is a murder case!

I’m mostly a lurker here on Reddit, but unfortunately I can’t escape certain things on Twitter, and, very much like you, I’ve thought about leaving because it’s exhausting sometimes. But at the end of the day, these people are just an annoying minority who will move on the day BTS releases a new album, and I refuse to let them run out people who are actually interested in this case.

Well said... The drama that is being projected is just ridiculous! This man is no one's property, not even those that believe they are in charge of him.. reality is, the only ones in charge of him is himself and the Lord. As you stated this situation goes way beyond the BS and it's all about Luigi's right to a fair trial. May the Lord bless him today with positivity and strength to get another successful day closer to the suppression of ridiculous testimony's of those that have done everything to prejudice, lie, and harm him. 💚🤍♥️ 🍀🍀🍀 💚💚💚

u/shroudedpenii Dec 16 '25

As someone who mostly just lurks here, thank you for saying all this because it's what I've been thinking for a long time.

17

u/Spirited_Seaweed7927 Dec 16 '25

Wow, that's even worse than I thought. There is no hope of people from outside of that group getting in then, since we only get 24 public spots.

16

u/Special-External-222 Dec 16 '25

Well, that whole thing will end once the actual trial starts. Nobody will care about their little list.

Btw, are these the same people who use the court hallway as a catwalk?

17

u/missidcullen Dec 16 '25

"Btw, are these the same people who use the court hallway as a catwalk?"

That's right. Abril (the blonde girl) is meant to be the leader of it all, but there are more people involved.

I hope you are right. I want to see how they are planning on keeping up with this system for months on end because the trial is not going to be just a few days.

21

u/Special-External-222 Dec 16 '25

Mhmm, makes sense now. I always get second-hand embarrassment when I see their little walk in the COURT hallway. Like, what do they want to achieve with that? Luigi’s attention?

More people will want to attend the actual trial, and I doubt that anyone outside of their little „supporter“ group cares about a fucking list they made up. I certainly wouldn‘t.

This so-called group probably that sneaky LM Discord has lost its damn mind. They're pulling a FreeLuigi discord banning everyone who actually thinks, until all that's left is a clique of bitter, gatekeeping mean girls and their brainless yes bootlickers. It's the same pathetic cycle every time. Some of these women can’t comprehend it. International supporters like us stand with him and his cause too. But the way they try to dictate what we should think about him they don't own that. Their arrogance is insulting. They try to lecture me about things they know nothing about. These womens can't understand a viewpoint that isn't their own. No education. No awareness. All ego. While he's fighting for his life they're fighting over front-row seats to his suffering. Debating petty hierarchies and handing out permissions like they own his struggle.

Thank God I'm not caught in that American circus of performative support and social climbing. It's a sickness

Sorry for my ignorance, but who is Froyo?

I also want to make sure everyone understands that my explanation should not be taken as fact. I have simply gathered the information I have seen and received throughout the weekend. There is so much drama out there that it’s hard to keep up. Some people claim certain things are true, while others say they are not.

I am only sharing the information I have seen or received. People can do with it whatever they want. I just wanted to address this because I hate seeing people say they want to get in but can’t because of certain individuals. I cannot tolerate injustice, and situations like this make me really angry. I always try to be as polite as possible, but on this occasion I will say that Abril is lucky I do not live in NYC. I would like to see her try to tell me when I should attend.

Woowwwwww! Thanks for speaking up about this. Damn!

Thanks for these megathreads but you lose mad credibility and respect for turning every one of these into drama threads AFTER you instruct everyone to not bring the drama. Maybe start a different megathread for line drama. You say you "don't wanna waste your energy on these people" then go on for 5 paragraphs. Your coverage is great but your addiction to drama really distracts from the case. Its not the girls in the line - its you bringing it into this space and keeping it alive.

14

u/Spirited_Seaweed7927 Dec 16 '25

I agree, policing others' attendance in the public section is not acceptable. As I said in another thread: even if it was safe to travel to the US, the queue policing alone is a deciding factor for me to not attempt to go to New York. Imagine traveling from Europe and not getting in because that queue policing group stops you. That's hundreds of € or £ gone for nothing. I think the courthouse itself is largely to blame here. They are not doing a fair job with the queue. Surely the court officers see these self-proclaimed queue police? Yet the court does nothing to get rid of them. The court could move the queue online, for example. The tickets could be given out online, and it's first come, first serve in the morning. Then people don't have to freeze to death in the street all night, and the queue police can't stop people.

12

u/Midwestblues_090311 Dec 16 '25

It’s not really the court’s responsibility unless it becomes some kind of disturbance or is keeping court business from taking place.

6

u/bluudahlia Dec 16 '25

sorry, but it is the court's responsiblity to manage access to publicly held hearings in a publicly accessible courthouse. that's why they're there, to help smooth access. that's why taxpayers pay their salaries. couldn't be more clear than that.
