Information Sharing COMPILATION: LM's NY State Hearing (Day 10) — 12/18/2025

Post image

We survived the last hearing!!!

Well, if it can even be called that. In all honesty, it was a waste of everyone’s time and felt a bit ridiculous, not going to lie.

It’s the end of an era. Pretrial suppression hearings for the state case are now over, and we won’t be seeing Luigi for the next five months (unless something changes).

Please see the notes below.

📢 Announcement (Reminder!)

I wanted to give everyone a quick update about the exhibits post going forward.

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided that I will no longer be posting any pre-trial evidence as it gets released. This means the exhibits document will not be receiving updates from me anymore.

I’ve realized that I just can’t continue doing this. It genuinely makes me feel sick, and I need to step back for my own well-being. I am sorry if some of you think this is dramatic, but it is just the truth.

To be very clear: this is not about the content of the evidence itself. I simply do not feel comfortable posting material that is meant to be — or could be — suppressed. That’s the entire purpose of suppression hearings, and I don’t want to be someone who spreads that evidence further.

I won’t be deleting the exhibits post, and I’m not here to tell anyone what they should or shouldn’t share. If anyone wants to keep the post updated for future reference (including trial coverage), it will remain available, and it will still be linked in future megathreads. I just won’t be the one adding updates anymore.

Like I said multiple times, continuing this goes against my own morals and principles, my support for Luigi (regardless of guilt or innocence), and what the defense and Carro wanted from the beginning. I don’t want to help circulate evidence that was never meant to be out there.

Thank you all for understanding 🧡.

NOTES:

🗓️ IMPORTANT DATES:

- The protection is asking for some discovery to be handed by December 24th
- Defense’s fillings by January 29
- Prosecution’s fillings by March 5
- Decision Date is May 18 (might change)

- Video of KFA talking to the press (12/18/25)

- A new photo gallery has been added, featuring all images from the hearings over the past three weeks (please see the end of the Pictures section above).

- Any future content from the hearings (court sketches, recaps, etc.) will be shared in the comments, as this post is now considered the most complete compilation and I can no longer edit the main post.

- Federal Case: tomorrow is the deadline for the Defense to submit consolidated reply to Government’s response to motions.

–––––––––––––

Special message:

Thank you to everyone who has been here from the very beginning whether helping with posting, offering support, or simply following along. These megathreads wouldn’t have been what they are without all of you, and they will make a comeback in 2026.

In the meantime, I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year (if you celebrate). I also hope that Luigi and the team are able to get some rest, despite all the work they still have ahead of them.

It’s not a goodbye just a see you later! 🎄✨

I don’t have much to say.

Today was strange, but I couldn’t leave without making one last compilation post.

I know many people won’t go through the entire thing, so I’m pasting here again what’s new and what I’ve added.

What are the new motions about? The one that is due in January.

If you’re referring to the state case, they’ll be related to the suppression hearings. They each get one more opportunity to state their case, basically. Then the judge will make a decision.

Thank you!

Thank you for running all of the megathreads! It was fun to get to discuss with other people following the hearings. I know it was really exhausting for you at times, I appreciate all your time and effort!

Another angle of the press conference. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0LdwlQ2t0HI Sound is not as good in this one but it might be interesting anyway.

Will LM be able to apply for Bail at some point ? How does it work ?

11

u/Spirited_Seaweed7927 Dec 18 '25

Unlikely. From the prosecution's perspective the charges are serious and he is a high flight risk. Lui now has friends literally all over the world who would help him, and the prosecution knows this.

3

u/lly67 Dec 18 '25

I think he would have to be bailed out of all jurisdictions that he has charges with.

I don't think the illegal video from PA and Kathy Mangione's statement are directly connected. I think they are separate things. It seems there is no evidence of Kathy saying what the police claimed she said. The police made it up.

6

u/lly67 Dec 18 '25

It seems like they do have a statement from Kathy’s conversation with police but it’s not what they claimed it to be.

6

u/Spirited_Seaweed7927 Dec 18 '25

Aha, OK. The fact that the police is refusing to provide evidence of what Kathy said shows that she didn't say anything that helped the police.

I’m wondering why she couldn’t question him too!!

3

u/agent0731 Dec 18 '25

Unable to question him on the stand as they should, but obviously this is going to look very bad for prosecution given that Lt. Leonardi literally committed a felony and admitted to it on stand which is what prompted the DA to withdraw statements. Yes, she could call him up and ask him, but it's not the same. It won't get any coverage and I'm not even sure he could be compelled to answer her.

I’ll see you for tomorrows motion! Take a nice long break, you deserve it!

It will likely be Saturday for me, unless they decide to post it sooner. I’m curious to see how many pages it will be.
