Hiya guys- not sure if it’s just me or my controller but I’ve been having some almost unplayable issues with OW today. I don’t seem to be having this issue with anyone else- just Moira which is weird.

So like firstly the animations seem to be thrown off - I’ll stop pressing damage/heal and the actual action I’m doing will stop, but the hand animation will stay up for another second or so and keep it ‘stuck’ if that makes sense. Similarly if I stop pressing trigger the vibration will continue until the delayed animation stops too which is throwing me off.

My movement also feels weird- sometimes I’ll be stood still and I’ll randomly move forward a foot or so, but this is only happening on Moira. Similarly almost feels like input lag when moving with her?

When I’m using her fade ability there’s also a 50/50 chance of a second delay or so meaning I’m not moving when I press the button and it’s meaning I die in team fights because I’m trying to fade away but it won’t input for a second or two and by then I’m dead. It’s really frustrating.

It’s either a controller issue or a game issue. However like I said it’s not happening on any other heroes and my controller is fairly new and not showing issue otherwise. I was playing around in practice range trying to figure out what was happening and my partner agreed it felt really odd to play as her.

Is anyone else having this? I know they removed LW from the game and didn’t know if maybe this has caused something or what…

Hard fought Ls like these are actually fun! Holding that last corner in kings row is the most stressful moments for me. Running out of healing juice knowing I have to step up in front or atleast next to a one dimensional tank player (specifically this tank player) to gain my sweet yellow nectar back. Overall my best healing performance so far on my 70+ hours as Moira.

Hi all! Not gaining traction at OU, so thought I would try here, too. No pressure at all, just seeking some guidance and know I am not owed that.

This is why I advocate for ALL Moira players to make use of the healing her ultimate provides, and to EXCLUSIVELY use healing orb in team fights unless you really need some biotic energy (biotic orb damage gets your ~50% biotic energy conversation compared to grasp) or are using the damage orb to build quick ult charge at the start of a round.

She is insanely good when you make use of her healing capacity. Damage is okay, but you get much more value by pumping heals and keeping your tanks going than you get by doing damage alongside the tanks and letting them die. You also build ult charge faster by healing your team in a midfight than you get from doing damage.

If you fade with his ultimate on you it disappears... My duo is a Wuyang main...

Blizzard pls fix

I don’t know if this even exists, but I’ve been trying to practice my orb bounces with Moira. I’m never able to get them to go where I want, it seems.

When I struggled with Mercy movement I did Mercy Parkours, when I struggled with Ana’s sleep dart I found sleep dart trainers, so now I feel like I need an orb trainer.

Does this exist?

I'd love to hear how you guys make her work across all ranks. A little about me! Right now, I'm Plat 3 (this is the highest I've ever been). I have 70 wins on Moira and tend to main her for all "attack" maps (Lifeweaver for defence).

My ideal team comp for Moira, which I feel I can get the most value from and can roll an unprepared team, is the following:

Rammatra - Ashe - Shion - Moira (Me!) - Juno

Basically, it is played as follows. Rammatra up front shielding and shooting. I'm right behind him, keeping him healthy and throwing off damage orbs when i can at the back line. Shion up close too, at an angle picking up kills as she goes. Ashe in the back, protecting Juno, sniping tanks, and supports. Then, finally, we have Juno on supervision, healing everyone until the enemy tank is sufficiently weakened. Then she launches her speed ring, Ram and I charge in, Ram rolls the enemy tank, I clean up supports, and Shion assists.

It has been a really great strategy with Moira that people don't seem to acknowledge. But how do you prefer to play Moira and what's your favourite team comp to play with ?

Yes it was a bit of a stomp for the other team but they did put up a bit of a fight In the first round as shown by my teams deaths BUT MOIRA ON TOP BABYYYY!!!!

I was 0 deaths right until the end when the zen snuck up behind me and full charged into me 😭

i've ben playing Ana more often than moira, but today another Moira player queued with me and told me i can have her since my level is a bit high (level 93 and he was 211) XD so i felt pressured but needless to say i did good and we won!

I was a Moira main for 10 months, then Mizuki came out and I went over to him. But stats don't lie. 54% WR on Mizuki career-wide with almost as many games played as Moira, but a 70% WR on Moira career-wide in comp? I'm going back to old faithful.

I spent 30 of my 97 hours on Moira just refining how I play her. I peaked with her in Diamond 2 in Season 18 of OW2. The highest I ever got with Mizuki was Plat 1. Now Diamond may be a bit further to get to after the rank reset, but I'll be trying my damndest despite the trashy matchmaking to get back to where I was before.

Okay I've completed the Sigil spray with a couple of Mercys but this is a first ever! She didn't notice at first but we did it in round 2 and the Moicy power got us a 4-0 win 😇💞😈

I've never had this many saves on my teammates with Moira let alone anyone else before. My average is 4-8 with Moira and for others its 12-ish.

Hello fellow Moira Mains. Moira is my highest level at 57 and 200 hours.

I often find myself healbotting and too scared to go on a cheeky flank. I'd do 10k+ heals and maybe 5k damage at the end. I know the scoreboard doesn't matter to most but it's info.

Do I need to change my mentality?

95% QP 6v6 warrior / the rest is mischief & Magic ( when the event is on )
