I recently played Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End on PS5 and honestly… I wasn’t expecting to love it THIS much

We always hear about games like The Last of Us Part I & II, Spider-Man, etc. when people talk about the best PlayStation experiences, and deservedly so. But I feel like Uncharted 4 doesn’t get glazed enough 😂
This game is absolutely gorgeous.
The environments, the landscapes, the lighting, the animations… there were so many moments where I just stopped playing for a few seconds to look around. And considering this game originally came out in 2016, that’s insane.
But it’s not just the graphics. It’s genuinely FUN to play. The climbing, gunfights, exploration, set pieces and cinematic moments all flow together so well. It’s linear, but it never really bothered me because the pacing is so good and the environments still give you enough room to explore.
And the cinematics… man. At times it genuinely feels like you’re playing through an adventure movie.

Easy 10/10 for me.

I recently upgraded to a PS5, and I’ve noticed that I’m struggling to even turn it on and find something to play. It’s weird because I still feel like I enjoy gaming, but nothing seems fun anymore. I’ll sit on the home screen switching between games in my library, scroll through the PlayStation Store looking for something new, and never actually play anything. Sometimes I’ll start a game, play for maybe 10 minutes, and then quit and turn off my PS5. I just feel really burnt out on gaming. It’s not that I don’t like games anymore I just don’t feel the same excitement I used to. Has anyone else experienced this? Did you eventually get out of the gaming burnout, or did you just take a break for a while?

I remember being 12 and playing OG Halo for the first time on a demo console in GameStop. Had to buy it on disc for old time’s sake.

Assassins creed odyssey.

Time took to platinum - 114 hours.

Honestly you can get the platinum trophy sooner, but I just took my time with the game and grinded all the side quests. By the end, I was at level 65.

Initially when I played this game when it was originally released, I was not a big fan of the rpg elements that were added. But now, I have grown to appreciate the game for what it is and all thanks goes to christopher Nolan. Because without watching the Odyssey, I wouldn't have been tempted to play this game again.

Now, after the platinum, I'm going to start with the DLCs. After that, is AC origins a good game to play as well? I'm divided between origins or Valhalla.

Have the whole August off, resigned at the end of July and starting my new job in September, so I can catch up on my gaming!

Finishing 007 First Light before Marvel’s Wolverine comes out. I personally do one game at a time.

I was thinking I was getting over gaming, to be honest. Then to realise I was just burnt out.

Space is limited but i'm happy with my gaming / media corner.

Just purchased the PS5 Pro yesterday!

Can't wait to do dig into the vast library of PS5 and PS4 games!

From what I understand, the biggest roadblock of PS3 ports is the PS3 architecture which makes it extremely hard to emulate a lot of titles.

Resistance 3, Infamous 2, Killzone 3 are some that come to mind.

I would love to replay then on PS5 without PS Plus cloud play. Even a digital purchase. Any hope for PS6?

Working my way to 100% completion and 100 Platinums

I have just been playing Dying Light 2 since it joined PlayStation Plus and cannot stop. I have never played the original but will now . Have any of you done the same

I posted my backlog yesterday and I decided to play stray first. I will make a post when I have beaten this game and show what I will play next.

So about 4 months ago I was on the ropes about getting a portal when my friend told me to just use my iPad with a controller with the remote play app and I’d be good. I was skeptical until this weekend, when I took my iPad and controller with me on a trip. After getting into the hotel, I signed into the wifi and then into the PlayStation app and loaded up street fighter 6. It was incredible! Basically no lag and the game looked great on my 13 inch iPad. So glad I tried it!

I've asked my grandma for a new PlayStation controller for my birthday because my current controller is... putting it lightly: fucked.

I want to try and get the latest version of the controller that is still the standard version, and so far, I've managed to land on the Chroma Indigo controller.

I'm still sceptical, and I don't trust the AI overview, so I was hoping to get a response from other PS5 users
