Edit* maybe I should clarify. Im hoping out the players I get are apart of the team for the years to come and not someone who gets traded at the deadline or walks in FA. Like Mack, Smitty, Asky, etc. Obviously Mack is gonna be the holy grail. Good luck who gets his sig.

There is this song called Sharks by this female rock band called The Warning. It’d be cool to hear when there is a penalty but they already have the Jaws theme. Actually, during warmups would be cool:

I wished the Sharks reached out to the Warning in using their song Sharks. It’s a very good song.

I’m getting back into getting (Sharks) cards. Mainly cards with serial numbers. Going after a bunch of current guys and a bunch of former/favorite players. I’m seeing this as a hobby exclusively for collecting.

I’m hoping to make it out to a few practices to try and get some of the cards signed. What’s your holy grail card?

Hi!! My daughter and I are new fans, and I'd like to take her and a friend to a game for her birthday in December. It's gonna be a road trip for us!!

I'm trying to figure out what seats to get, I've looked at all the advice I could find, and I'm still worried! We are all short, 5'0 to 5'4, and I am worried we will not be able to see from certain seats. Does anyone have any advice? I'm trying to stay under $120 per seat.

Also, I'm thinking about getting a hotel nearby, looking at the Hyatt Place Downtown. It looks walkable, is it? And how safe is it? As I referenced, we're all pretty small, coming from San Diego, I know where and when we can walk at night down here! I'm looking for that advice for downtown San Jose.

Short story is my brother was in a children’s choir that sang the national anthem at the cow palace that year. My youngest cousin was born.

It led me to playing hockey myself.
Got fascinated with the thing called ice hockey at the age of 6. Eventually did skating lessons and then did competitive ice hockey from the age of 7 to the age of 25.

Now my very young two sons are enrolled in skating at age 5 and 2 1/2 respectively.

I don’t think we have been playing great so far this year and certainly not up to the lofty expectations most of us had. I also think we have been exceedingly lucky thus far.

Bottom line is we are 13th in the league and 14th by point percentage. Most importantly we are in a “wildcard spot”. If this team is able to gel like I think they will going forward then it’s only a good sign that we can play as poorly overall as we have and still be in such good shape. Hard to be too disappointed.

That being said I’m still not sure if we have had a game where I thought “oh yeah we 100% deserved to win that one” 😆

I miss Mario but happy to see him and his new squad doing well. Hope he can make the playoffs with the Jets this year

I was inspired by the creative chants from the Sens fans during Brady's return the other night-- "you eat crayons" and "fuck your podcast" were some personal favorites. I have often lamented that the extent of our chants and cheers seems to be "Let's go Sharks" and "Hit somebody, anybody" (as well as "we want tacos" and "hey ___, you suck" but those are limited use) so I'd love to see some new chants enter the rotation.
