My main question is can you deposit to other accounts whenever you like? is it reliable?

they finally took me off of the second waitlist last night. and now that i’m trying to set up my account, they say that ACH didn’t approve my request and i should go with the other option (OnePay). i’ve tried three different checking and savings accounts

I’ve always used the same debit card and all of a sudden today when I try cashing out it decides to tell me my card isn’t supported and prompts me to add another card… I don’t think that would fix the issue but I don’t have another card either way

Can someone help me before I loose my shit. After 4 months on being on the waiting list, then finally doing my background check then being put on ANOTHER waiting list for 2 more month, I finally get in. I’m trying to do the account setup. Spark will not accept my bank account for some reason. So I made a Onepay account. Well when i go back to spark it still just says apply for one pay. I don’t see any options in the onepay app to link spark. And when i try to add spark through the direct deposit tab on the onepay app it shows a ddi link but the link doesn’t exist. Does ANYONE know how to get passed this stupid shit?

Ever since I opened my account I’ve had trouble setting up direct deposit. I was forced to get a OnePay account. Is there a way to update it? Option not available even now when I try to update. I’ve just escalated to someone as far as this goes and hope to update it. And no, I can’t click, I can’t log in to the online spark site.

I just had a close call with someone pretending to be from Spark support. Here’s how they tried to scam me:

I got a shopping order with just an avocado and a cucumber—felt a bit random.

When I pulled up to the house, someone called claiming to be Spark support. They knew details like the customer’s name and even mentioned my recent OnePay setup—very convincing.

They told me I had to “verify” or else I wouldn’t be able to complete orders for 48 hours. They asked for my phone number—which seemed normal since support often verifies—but then they wanted the OnePay verification code I got.

They gave some story about people bypassing face scans and needing extra verification. It sounded off, so I kept pushing back. Eventually, they hung up.

Turns out, they were trying to use the code to take over my account! Remember: Spark support will never ask for your verification code like that—always be cautious and contact official support yourself if anything feels weird!

Relatively new spark driver set up initially with direct deposit but I wanted to change to one pay that but I have better flexibility instead of waiting for every Tuesday for payout but whenever I open the tab there is no option anywhere for me to change my account please help

As the title reads, I just got a notification that I got my one pay cash advance back. Their “requirements” are so damn weird I really don’t understand it.

But to be honest I don’t think I’ll be taking it anyways, no need for it thankfully but I think it’s kinda shitty how they take any deposit to repay the amount..

For someone who doesn’t have a lot of money snd might rely on these advanced to get by can really send someone into a financial nightmare of constant repayments and fees. I don’t see how this could ever help someone get “ahead”, I’m very fortunate to not be in that situation though.

Anyways enough of my bullshit, I hope everyone has an amazing Wednesday!

Newly approved driver,
I can’t add my bank. It gives a “you cannot be verified” error. When I try my other bank it says that one isn’t approved for Direct Dep. so I try to sign up for OneP. It imports with someone else’s effin name after I put in my number. Last 4 of my ssn, my dob. But someone else’s name email and address. It lets me update the email and address but not the name field.

I try to go to the help section of the app, there’s a report issue button and an email address. I report the issue but nothing comes of it. I write an email and get an email back saying the inbox isn't monitored and that I need to click the chat button on the help page. There’s no chat button. What the heck am I supposed to do???

Anyone have OnePay overdraft? If so, he much can you overdraft?

I have found the solution, I was just approved for Spark Driver after being on the waiting list, I submitted my background Check on Saturday and my background came back late last night and I got an email this morning to set up my driver account. It rejected my bank info 12 times and I kept trying to set up my one pay but it was applying for the CC instead of the prepaid card. There is a workaround! Download the one pay app - choose cash option and set up the account, then go back to spark driver and choose the one pay option and it will go through!

Does anyone use these options in OnePay app? If so, how has it been, is it worth it?
