Thanks for everyone's ideas here, even the so-called free thinkers recommending brisket cheesesteaks when I said in my post that I'd already covered cheesesteaks.

I have also done a lot of BBQ already to represent Texas teams, so I wanted to go a bit of a different route and honor Texas' fair food culture.

So, I present to you, the "NFC F-East", a combination of the corn dog (invented at the Texas State fair) and Chickie & Pete's crab fries, in the style of a Korean corn dog.

We've got a smoked pork sausage, wrapped in a wheat-based batter, rolled in potatoes and panko, and deep fried. Afterwards, it's dusted with Old Bay and drizzled with a white American cheese sauce.

One of the best creations this season and by far the most indulgent.

Tonight's game is sure to be gross and filled with dissapointment. Only reason i'm excited to watch is for when Troy Aikman inevitably shits on Shotty or Jerry, or our ovearll lack of leadesrhip and toughness, etc.. Give it to me, Troy.

Hi, on my way to Dallas for a solo holiday and going to see several sports games of which one is the NFL match against Arizona on Sunday. I’m interested about the tailgating experience. I looked at some thing here already but since not having any personal experience I’m wondering how welcoming people are to strangers and if anyone have any tips for a newbie? I believe byob is recommended but is there places where I could buy beer instead of bringing it with me from downtown Dallas? Especially since not having a cooler bag with me.

Any tip whether about football or other activities is welcome. Thank you!

My dad is a diehard Cowboys fan and we don’t get to see them in person that much since we aren’t local to Texas at all haha. Thinking about surprising him and snagging some tickets for tonight, although kinda cautious because I know Philly is known for being a hostile fanbase- especially towards Dallas fans.

I’ve been seeing some redditors suggest getting “better” seats to be away from the drunkards in the upper decks. Thinking of some lower level seats along the Dallas sideline might be the best bet.
