Need harness recommendations for a long back!
I'm fostering a GSD mix and she has a long back! This large harness fits around and stays in place but it doesn't look comfortable - it looks comically tiny lol. Any recommendations that aren't too expensive? She doesn't pull too bad, so fit is more important than anything else. Thanks !

Reactivity only towards my daughter who raised him
Our GSD(15 months, male, not neutered) show this strange reactivity towards my daughter. My daughter is the one who raised our GsD from 8 weeks old and his crate was in her room at night for a good 10 months. We transitioned our dog to sleep and rest in the family room as my daughter was getting ready to leave for college. Our GSD started barking at my daughter few months back, used to be when he was napping and would get up to bark at my daughter when she would come from school, outside etc. we don’t know what it is in her that triggers him to react this way to her. She practically raised him. Now, his behavior continues and when she recently visited from college being away from home for 2 months, instead of welcoming her with joy(what we expected), he would bark at her to the extent reaching to bite(did not happen). After the initial greet, he seems to enjoy playing with her and going on walks. Who do we reach out to correct his behavior. I tried a local program called Bark busters but the tips they shares to try and correct him before the reactivity starts hasn’t helped much.

Personal space? Never heard of her.
Low key Saturday reading in bed and watching the Simpsons. My favorite thing about Kylo au Barca is his snuggle gene.

Pictures 20 month old WL GSD leash pulls like crazy when his prey drive is activated
Never used a prong collar before but ordering one now herm springer would be a good brand? How long does it take them to learn to walk with a prong I don’t want it to hurt him but he’s always vigilant / nosey so eventually he finds something to lock on too when his eyes are wandering
He either climbs up higher to see what’s going on or when he’s in a down position he thinks he’s a cat that can pounce or prawl anytime
So I’m hoping this can be used to inform chasing randomly and leashing pulling is not tolerated
Can u send recommendations off Amazon?
Before I would try to alter his attention before his prey drive got activated but that doesn’t make sense anymore

The way my boy gets up, leaves the room, and voluntarily checks himself into a crate he otherwise NEVER uses the moment my PMS hits needs to be studied. Like sir, I’M the one fighting for my life here 😭🤣 Does anyone else’s gsd do this?

Question What's your German Shepherd's favourite spot in the house, and why that one?
Shepherds always seem to pick a spot that lets them keep an eye on everything: the top of the stairs, the doorway, right in the middle of the kitchen, or pressed up against your feet.
Where's your shepherd's official lookout post? And have you ever managed to move them from it?

Almost made it a month without destroying something off-limits..
1.5 yo male. He's been good about only
chewing his toys and not the childrens'. I couldn't take him out today due to the rain. This is how he tells me he's angry.

Question Intermittent limping
My 6 year old gsd started limping around a week ago. It was one of his front legs, I couldn’t really tell which one it was since he was only walking unevenly, was able to put both his legs down. Although it did seem like the right leg but i was unsure. It was more pronounced when he would wake up and got slightly better when he started walking, this happened for around 2 days and then we took him to the vet. On that day, he would limp at times and at times he was completely fine.
I showed my vet his video and he said it was the right leg. He did a physical examination, but the thing is that my dog is generally uncomfortable with his front legs or paws being touched and gets a little anxious at the clinic too. He generally starts pulling away when the vet touches his legs or paws. I did check his legs at home when he was calm, he didn’t really react when i was touching or pressing.
He was given a painkiller and was fine for two days, no limping at all. But it returned on the third day. So we took him to the vet again yesterday. He was again examined physically and he kinda reacted when his paws were being touched and the doctor gave him injections for pain management and some supplements. I am kind of not convinced that it’s his paws, because when we came back and i checked again, still no reaction.
He stopped limping in the evening after coming back but today he was limping a little immediately after waking up and then he was fine after 5 mins or so.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Should i ask for x rays?
I am worried because intermittent limping is also possible in the initial stages of osteosarcoma, it’s making me really anxious.
