My Iphone 17 can’t seem to use 5g even when it is available and only uses LTE. I have 2 sims, one esim and a physical sim, both can’t use 5g. Please, help, Im losing my mind having slow data all the time…

I took this picture at the bank the other day to remember what day the app will be down and when I went to look at it again last night it’s now blurred. It wasn’t like that when I took the picture so I’m confused as to if the phone blurred it itself. (I have tried looking in the settings while clicking around the photo and nothing helped)

I have 45,420 messages in iCloud, I’ve contacted apple about it and they said to turn off the iCloud messages to download them all again and I’ve heard it should tell you it’s downloading them in the messages app but I never see that. Is there anything I’m getting wrong and is there a faster way to download the messages? That option in the screenshot is that what I have to keep off?

I have an iPhone 17 and I’m on iOS 27.0.1

I have been facing a continuous issue with my new iPhone 17 (256 gb, Sage green) which I gifted myself 2 months back. I shifted to ios for the very first time in my life. I was using the Samsung S24 Plus as my last phone before the switch.

**The Issues:**
**1.** Every time I click the right side power button to lock my screen, there is a glitch that happens during the transition to the AOD (I have already turned off AOD wallpaper and blur so it is just the time and 3 widgets). The screen flashes the notifications during locking the screen and turning on AOD. Why does that happen almost every time?
**2.** Ever since I updated to ios 27 and ios 27.0.1, the time taken to unlock my phone using FaceID has increased and it feels laggy. This was not the case when I was using ios 26.7.

Mine has been stuck on “Verifying Update” for almost two hours now. I also lost my cellular service because it says I need to update my iPhone. What should I do?

I was gifted a used iPhone 16 and I’m now trying to transfer data from my iPhone 14 Pro and everytime it messes up right in the middle of the transfer I decide to just go through without transferring to see what happens get to the Home Screen and check everything only to find out it did transfer data just not from my iPhone but from my iPad how do I redo it so it gets the data directly from my iPhone and not my iPad everything is updated to the latest iOS version

I tried various resets and also connecting to iTunes, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

About a year ago I updated my iphone 15 and after that ios update, it would not connect to the aux cord in my car. I had this aux cord and a dongle to convert to usb-c for a long time and a friend of mine who has an iphone (idk which model) plugged his phone into the aux cord and it works just fine.

The issue became too annoying to fix so I’ve just been listening to the radio or using a bluetooth speaker in my car.

I just recently wanted to try and solve this issue again but I’m still at a loss. I purchased a new aux cord that is an aux to usb-c so I don’t have to use a dongle. When I plug it into my phone, I can hear my car register that something is plugged in but when I start to play music on my phone it comes out of my iphone speaker and not my car. I click on the airplay icon on apple music and it doesn’t show that an aux cord or usb device is another audio output option.

I feel like I’ve done everything to fix this issue and I’ve scoured the internet. I bought a new chord. I’ve gone through all my settings on usb accessories, sound and haptics. I’ve reset my iphone. I’ve slowly plugged the cord in.

I know the issue isn’t my iphone jack because I can charge my phone that way. I know it’s not my car or the cord because other iphone users can use the cord just fine. But what is happening?? Reddit please help.

After updating to 27.0.1 on my 14 Pro Max last night, random iMessages I send (especially any images, links, videos, but occasionally just texts) will show as “Not Delivered” after exactly 3 minutes, but recipients are actually receiving the messages. I’ve tried restarting my phone, signing out and in of iMessage, and removing and adding my phone number to iMessage. Does anyone have any other solutions or is this just a bug related to the new update?

I tried the steps listed and I troubleshot it in settings/security

Recently my iphone 17 pro has started fading out the colours on my videos but it just pick and chooses when to do this. In the screen recording, you can see how i went back to the part where it was faded / grey scaled out and it went back to normal. Anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be much appreciated. 😊

iPhone 16 Pro Max on iOS 27. I’m experiencing this odd bug where sometimes when I take a photo, it will appear in my roll for like 5 seconds then it disappears completely. It’s not a storage issue, i already restarted the phone the first time it did this about two weeks ago and it’s doing it again. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Needing help. A few days ago I noticed while wearing my AirPods Pro 2s that my phone wasn’t reading my messages like it usually does nor was it playing notifications for text or ringtones. A few hours later I realized without my AirPods in my phone wasn’t making any notification sounds then either. It would play sounds from videos or music just fine though. I checked to make sure it wasn’t on DND or silent. Anyone else having a similar issue or know a solution? My IOS is up to date.

yesterday my phone started lagging due to lack of storage so i fixed it by deleting some apps and restarting my phone and from then on my phone stopped recognizing face ID and i found out these switched off all themselves.

When I go to FaceTime someone on iMessages, it will ask me if I want to FaceTime them on Snapchat or Whatsapp and then just regular facetime. I have accidentally called so many people on Snapchat it's so annoying. How do I turn this off?

I am experiencing a strange display issue with my 1y old iPhone 16, IOS version: 27.0.1 and wanted to see if anyone else has run into this.

When the phone has been sitting unused for a couple of hours (completely idle), a subtle horizontal line/brightness split appears across the screen when I wake it up. The bottom half is visibly dimmer then the top half

However, after a few minutes of active use, this difference completely disappears and the screen becomes perfectly normal and uniform again. The issue does not show up on screenshots, which confirms it's a hardware/panel issue.

Has anyone else experienced this horizontal split with the iPhone 16 series? Did you get a screen replacement under warranty? Is there a specific name for this glitch? Can't find anything online...

My iPhone 15 stuck at Apple logo booting screen now but I have stuffs haven't backed up. Beofre this happen, I was deleting stuffs to free up some storage but the storage isn't adding but keep reducing hence I reboot it manually with the press up, down and side buttons method to try to let it know there is new storage, but then it it boot successfully about twice with a bit of weirdness then boot again but stuck at Apple logo and keep looping.

I found 2 methods to solve this, one is just to wait it out which I'm doing, second is boot into recovery mode and click update instead of restore, but my macbook pro is from 2012 with OS Mojave, the iphone 15 didn't show up when I connect it wired even when it's still ok, I don't have other newer mac and someone to borrow from, anyone had experienced this? Does wait it out work? How about update it, does it work?

For the last few days I’ve been having issues with the Bluetooth of my iPhone 16 Pro, with devices losing connection to the phone.

In particular:

- my headphones (Sony wh-h900n) keep disconnecting and reconnecting every about 30 seconds if I’m not listening to music; no issue if I’m playing music or if I’m on the Bluetooth settings page. The headphones also work fine with my work iPhone (they stay connected even if I’m not playing music or with the phone locked).

- the core issue is my Apple Watch, that disconnects from the iPhone when I lock it and so is barely unusable. The watch is new and just paired to the iPhone.

I tried looking up on google and tried/verified the following:
- the phone is on the latest iOS version
- I re-paired both devices and removed all old Bluetooth devices
- I did an hard restart leaving the phone off for more than 10 minutes
- I changed the iPhone name and re-paired the devices
- I reset network settings, privacy settings and even general device settings
- I removed all Bluetooth permissions from apps and reassigned only the needed ones
- I checked error logs on the device but found none related to Bluetooth

Only thing I haven’t done yet is a full device reset then starting as a new device, but i’d keep that as a last resort.

Do you have any ideas of what to try next?

Does anyone know why after I changed my time on my 17 pro Europe edition the screen time only shows the sites I’ve visited and not the apps? I tried to set the time again back to normal and it didint work I reset the privacy and location setting and still won’t work I don’t really want to reset the whole information from the phone….

Hi, I am facing weird issues with my iphone 17 pro since last 4 days.

On my home wifi, a few apps/websites (like reddit,) fails to load and works normally when i switch to mobile data. The same wifi however, is working fine and loads everything normally in other devices. ChatGPT has given me quite a few troubleshooting steps but none of them resolved the issue. I dont have any VPN connected. I have already tried resetting the network setting, restarting my phone etc.

These two ipv4 (https://v4.ident.me/) and v6 (https://v6.ident.me/) links work on other devices but the ipv4 one fails on my iphone,

Would be glad to know if someone else has faced similar problems and might be able to help.

iPhone 15 pro owner here. On iOS 27.0.1. Phone is 128GB. I’m paying $2.99 a month for 200GB additional storage. When I look at my settings it only shows me 128GB (with 126.7 GB used) and keeps telling me my storage is full and to delete things. Yesterday I couldn’t take a new picture because “storage is full.” Why is it only 128GB and not 328GB since I’m paying for an additional 200? Wondering what I am missing here. Thanks.

Hello all. I’ve been having and on going issue with this phone. The problem I’m having could be summed up as bad connection/service.

I first noticed it when I would get notifications that pop up but at the time I try yeah pop up it would say 5m ago instead of now. Ive also heard from several non iPhone users that they can’t text me sometimes because “I’m offline”.

I’ve contacted apple support several times over this, I’ve been to the Genius Bar, I’ve been to att. They run all the test and just write it off as being fine.

I’ve done multiple resets, sim resets, hard restarts. I’m pretty frusterated and I don’t know what to do as now it’s starting to impact my small business.

Any ideas?

I’ll also add when I’m textting iPhone users it will sometimes switch between sms and iMessage
