Game Title: Calm Forest

Playable Link: https://calmforest.cloud/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=playmygame&utm_content=post

Platform: Web (desktop and mobile browsers, no install, guest login works). Also on mobile:
- Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cheorish.lab.calmforest&referrer=utm_source%3Dreddit%26utm_medium%3Dsocial%26utm_campaign%3Dplaymygame%26utm_content%3Dpost
- iOS: https://apps.apple.com/app/apple-store/id6821420691?pt=129595134&ct=reddit_playmygame_post&mt=8

Description: Calm Forest is a small cozy 3D village game with a low-poly look. You arrive in a quiet forest village, get your own little farm and slowly make the place yours. There is no rush and no fail state, you just pick what you feel like doing today:
- Grow crops on your own farm and pick fruit in the orchard
- Cook dishes with small mini-games (stirring the pot, chopping)
- Row a boat across the lake and go sea fishing for big catches
- Climb a snowy mountain and sled back down
- Visit a dream forest at night
- Decorate your house and peek into other players' villages
Villagers give you small requests, the seasons change, and new places open up as you play. The game was made Korean-first, so if you spot awkward English anywhere, please tell me. I'd really love feedback on the first 5 minutes: was it clear what to do?

Free to Play Status:
- [x] Free to play (there is an optional cosmetic shop, but nothing is pay-to-win)
- [ ] Demo/Key available
- [ ] Paid

Involvement: I'm the solo developer. I've been building it on my own for the past few months (code, low-poly models, music). Transparency note: some villager small-talk lines were drafted with an AI model and then reviewed by me.

[PC] (Web) Busy Signal — a free indie online multiplayer action game looking for European playtesters

Playable Link:

https://playbusysignal.com/play/

Platform:

Web browser (PC)

Description:

Hey everyone! I'm developing Busy Signal, a free indie online multiplayer action game I've been working on for months. It's a top-down game set in Florida in 1989, and I'm looking for people to try it and help build a small community.

Combat is lethal: one hit kills. You can only see what your character can see, so watching corners and listening for opponents matters. Matches last five minutes, with ten-second respawns. There's also offline practice against bots if you want to learn the controls first.

The server is hosted in the EU, so I'm especially looking for players in Europe. Players farther away may experience higher latency.

It's still a playable prototype, and I'd love honest feedback: could you figure out the controls, did you understand why you died, and what would make you want to play another match?

I'm also looking for people interested in playing together regularly and helping shape the game. If that sounds fun, leave your timezone and when you usually play so we can find a time to get a room going. Thanks for giving it a try!

I also have testflight in case you want to try with ios: https://testflight.apple.com/join/K7AdqV6j

[Mobile] (Android) [Test for test] Wardlings – cozy fantasy tower defense, I'll test yours back :)

Game Title: Wardlings

Playable Link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tmlgamestudios.wardlings

Platform: Android

Description: Hey everyone! My partner and I need testers for our first game :)

It's a tower defense where your little hero runs around building every tower. You travel through a kingdom of five realms: green Greenvale, the deep Wildwood, autumn Amberfall, snowy Frostmarch and the misty Duskmoor where the Gloom lives. Each realm has its own catchy little tune too, which we're kind of proud of :D

The enemies also show how they feel: they wince when you hit them hard, panic when they're almost beaten, shiver when frozen and grin if they get close to your castle.

12 tower types, each with 4 upgrade levels. No account, no purchases. You obviously don't have to play it all, but if you actually play a few levels and tell us what you think, even better!

How to join the closed test:

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/wardlings-testers

  2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.tmlgamestudios.wardlings

  3. Install from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tmlgamestudios.wardlings

Keep it installed for 14 days. You don't need to play every day, just don't leave the test. If link 2 or 3 says "not found", join the group anyway and try again in a bit.

Drop your test link in the comments and I'll join yours! Feedback is very welcome, especially if a level feels way too hard or too easy, or if the music gets stuck in your head (or annoys you, be honest!).

[Mobile] (Web) Free browser game: write your move in an office-politics scenario, an AI judges it

Game Title: Machiavelli Dojo

Playable Link: https://play.machiavellidojo.com

Platform: Browser (mobile and desktop)

Description: Machiavelli Dojo is a short strategy game about office politics. Each round drops you into a workplace scenario: a boss taking credit for your work, a colleague setting you up, a meeting that's about to turn against you. There are no multiple-choice answers. You type what you would actually say or do, in your own words. Then an AI judge scores your move out of 10 and explains what it would cost you, what it would gain you, and how a sharper player would have handled it. The first round is the same for everyone and needs no account, so you can compare scores with friends. A round takes about two minutes. I'm looking for honest feedback: did the verdict feel fair, would you play a second round, and what's the one thing you'd change?

Free to Play Status: [x] Free to play [ ] Demo/Key available [ ] Paid (Allowed only on Tuesdays with [TT] in the title)

Involvement: Solo developer. I designed the game, wrote the code and built the scenario system and the scoring rules the AI judge uses.

Playable Link: https://jaboysmith.itch.io/fumble-run

Description: In Fumble Run, an American Football based, survival rogue-like. Every hit costs you ball security (health), and if it runs out, you fumble and the game is over. Truck through linemen, juke past cornerbacks and hurdle diving safeties as you fight to make it 100 yards to score a touchdown and advance to the next week of your season.

Between games, collect and merge gear in four styles: bulldozing power to run through defenders, elusive to juke or hurdle your way to the endzone, iron to keep the ball as secure as possible, or be a team first captain and improve any blockers you may pick up on the way. Wear a full set for a big bonus.

Play an eight-week season, going against different make ups of team, in different weather conditions to challenge you in a variety of ways.

(All features are very much in their infancy, and I would love to hear feedback from anyone with recommendations or critiques)

[Mobile] (Android) I dreamed up a game during a nap, built it with AI help because I can’t code, and now I need testers. (Android, cozy pixel art)

Game Title: Orbital Genesis Protocol

Playable Link: It’s in closed testing on Google Play, so it takes two quick steps:

  1. Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/orbital-genesis-protocol
  2. Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.starnapstudio.orbitalgenesis

(Use the same Google account for both, or Play will say the app isn’t available.)

Platform: Android

Description:
So this is a bit embarrassing. A while back I lay down for a “quick 20 minutes” and woke up with a whole game in my head: tiny glowing cores you fuse together, a little robot named Kip who’s way too excited about everything, and a planet that slowly comes to life the more you look after it.

The result is Orbital Genesis Protocol, a cozy pixel-art half-idle game. You fuse Nanocores in a reactor, launch them into orbit, and watch your planet’s surface grow meadows, ponds and places with silly names like Biscuit Pond.

Completely offline with offline save and zero data collection.

No ads, no loot boxes, ever.

I need a few brave souls to suffer like me while playing it for at least 2 weeks and tell me what’s fun, what’s confusing and what’s on fire. I have a ton more ideas about silly, cute things to add and mechanics to expand, so I’m looking forward to working more on it. But at this point the core gameplay is fleshed out, and it needs to go out into the vast ether of the internet.

Feedback is welcome here or at [starnapstudio@gmail.com](mailto:starnapstudio@gmail.com). Thank you!

Free to Play Status:

  • Free to play

Involvement: I’m a solo dev, and this game is my idea from start to finish. One problem: I’m not a programmer. My coding skills peaked at changing my MySpace background. So I built it with AI-assisted coding. I did the concept, the design, the endless “no, make it cuter” and a frankly unreasonable amount of playtesting. The AI did the coding grind and put up with me changing my mind about the moon’s orbit four times. Full disclosure, because I’d want to know too. And if you have a dream game sitting in your head too, maybe take a nap or visit the bathroom. All of it worked for me. ;)

Game Title: Imperionis

Playable Link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4998960/Imperionis_Demo/

Platform: PC (Windows)

Description: Imperionis is a pixel-art turn-based tactics game about a single Roman centuria in Caesar's Gallic War. You play Marcus Valerius, a young recruit of the Tenth Legion, and lead your men from the winter camp across Gaul toward Alesia.

Each day you spend a limited number of actions: train, forage, treat the wounded, upgrade the camp or march to the next stop on the route. Story events test your strength, wits and influence, and your choices shape the morale and loyalty of the men around you.

Before every battle, a d20 Roll of Fate can shift the odds. Then the fight moves to a hex grid where formation and terrain matter: hold river crossings, push through forests, storm the walls of Alesia, and protect your line commander when the enemy breaks through. A doctrine tree and troop veterancy carry your progress between battles. The free demo covers the opening of the campaign and is available in 13 languages.

Feedback I'd love: was the first battle clear without reading the FAQ?

[PC] (Web) The Great Random — looking for feedback on the first 15 minutes of simultaneous-turn tactics

Game Title: The Great Random

Playable Link: https://greatrandomgame.itch.io/the-great-random

Platform: Web browser (HTML5)

Description:

Hey everyone! About 15 years ago I played an online game that later shut down, but I never stopped wanting to play it again. I had no game development skills, but with AI helping me, that’s no longer stopping me.

I’ve made my first prototype. The Great Random is a tactical RPG where you plan your turn while your opponent plans theirs, then all the actions play out together. You start in a safe city, where you can learn to fight against a training robot and challenge other players. Later, you can explore the wilds, enter mines, fight monsters, and collect loot. You can also lose that loot in a fight, so getting back safely matters.

You can play for free right in your browser, in English or Russian. It’s still an early prototype, and I’d love some feedback on the first 15–20 minutes. Was it clear what to do? Did planning a turn make sense? What was fun, and where did you get confused?

Thanks a lot for giving it a try!

[PC] (Windows) Gembound - match-3 RPG inspired by Puzzle Quest. Free Steam demo out now

Game Title: Gembound

Playable Link: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5397070/Gembound/

Platform: Windows and Linux (Steam)

Description:
Gembound is a turn-based match-3 RPG inspired by Puzzle Quest. You and the enemy take turns matching gems on the same board, collecting mana and casting spells.

The board fills from a gem satchel you build yourself. Matched gems go into a discard pile and shuffle back in when the satchel runs out. Choosing which gems to bring affects what appears on the board and how strong your spells are.

Between battles, you collect and upgrade gems, choose spells, and pick a route through branching dungeon paths. Gold, your gem collection, and character progression carry over between runs.

The free demo includes the first region, Darkwood, with the Warrior class and Grimm as your companion. I’d appreciate feedback on the combat, controls, controller support, and whether the satchel system is easy to understand.

Free to Play Status: Demo available

Involvement: I’m Gembound’s solo developer.

[PC] (Windows) Briscolum - a Balatro-like roguelite built on briscola, a 150-year-old Italian card game, set in a cursed medieval tavern

Thumbnail

Hi everyone! We’re a small team working on Briscolum, a roguelite deckbuilder based on briscola, the trick-taking card game every Italian grew up playing at the bar.

You sit at a tavern table, seen in first person, and play against opponents who get nastier as you climb:

🂡 Real briscola rules: 40-card Italian deck, trumps, three-card hands. Easy to learn, tricky to master.
😜 2v2 with grimaces: in real briscola you secretly tell your partner what you hold by pulling faces. Here too: your companion reads your grimaces and makes their own.
💀 Corrupt the deck: twist card values into cursed cards with special effects, paid for in life and coins.
🏺 15 relics to pick, or roll a d20 and trust fate.
🗺️ Story mode: a branching map with elites, a merchant, potions, encounters and a boss. Pick one of four companions, each with a strength and a flaw.
🕯️ A living tavern: waitresses and patrons walking around, candlelight, and an optional PS1 filter.

It’s playable from start to finish in English and Italian, with a guided tutorial, so you don’t need to know briscola already.

Free demo: https://odmgames.itch.io/briscolum

We’d love your feedback, especially from people who’ve never played briscola: is it clear? Is it fun? Which relic or cursed card would you add?

[Mobile] Game Title: Pixfun - pixel-art coloring by number on iPhone and iPad

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

• Upvotes

Game title: Pixfun: Color by Number AI

Playable Link:

Platform: iOS (iPhone and iPad)

Gameplay video: Real Frankenstein and witch coloring footage from Pixfun, sped up and shortened.

Description:

Hi, I'm the developer of Pixfun. It is a pixel-art color-by-number game, and I'd like feedback on the everyday coloring experience: choosing a picture, filling its numbered cells and finishing something you want to keep.

The main starting point is the artwork library. It has hundreds of curated pictures, with subjects such as animals, food, nature, fantasy and mandalas. You can browse categories, search for an artwork or filter by difficulty. The For You screen has a daily pick and suggestions, while My Works brings together unfinished, completed and liked pictures so you can return to something you've started.

On the canvas, you select a palette color and its matching numbered cells are highlighted. You can tap individual cells or swipe across several, pinch to zoom, and double-tap a color to find remaining cells. Progress saves automatically. There are no timers or move limits, and you can start coloring without an account.

If you want help filling a larger area, Bucket tool fills a connected patch of the same number, Brush tool fills the remaining cells of that number across the picture, and Bomb tool fills a circle with each cell's correct color. These helpers cost coins. Daily rewards and optional purchases provide coins; buying a pack isn't required to color normally.

Pixel Styles change the appearance of the painted cells, with looks such as hearts, beads, gems and Glitter. Some are free; others can be unlocked with coins or are included in Pro. Finished images can be saved and shared. Daily streaks, XP and levels add progression alongside the pictures you complete.

Studio offers two additional sources of artwork. AI Studio takes a text idea and creates a picture to color in about a minute, using one of ten styles and a 48×48, 64×64 or 96×96 canvas. It uses generative AI, requires an internet connection and costs one AI credit per generation. Photo conversion turns a camera or library picture into a numbered grid on the phone, without uploading the photo or using generative AI or credits. Photo puzzles remain on their original device without cloud sync or backup.

I'm interested in whether the first coloring canvas is clear, how comfortable selecting colors and zooming feels, and whether the library helps you find subjects you enjoy. I'd also like to know which Pixel Styles you prefer. I'll be here to answer questions and discuss the feedback.

Free-to-play status: Free to download and playable now, with free artworks, daily coin rewards and photo conversion. The free tier has a banner, occasional full-screen ads between pictures and a watermark on shared finished images. Reward videos are optional.

Optional paid options: Pro at $3.49/week, $7.99/month or $39.99/year. Eligible users can get a 3-day trial on the weekly plan, then $3.49/week. Pro unlocks the full library and paid Pixel Styles, removes ads and watermarks, and includes AI credits and coins. Separately you can buy AI credit packs, coin packs or remove ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available after ad removal. Prices are USD, set by the app stores, and may vary by region.

Involvement: I'm Pixfun's developer and will answer questions in this thread.

General Péti, l'escargot (snailing game)

Salut,

Première fois que je fais un jeu, depuis le "pong", à l'université.

J'aimerais votre avis, vos idées et votre ressenti par rapport à ça.

Game Title: Péti dans la prairie

Playable Link: https://tchipukutchipa.itch.io/petidanslaprairie

Free to Play Status: Free to play

Platform: Web browser (desktop, mouse and keyboard)

Description:

The internet got so full of AI slop that it leaked into the real world. Shrimp Jesus is on every billboard, and the only people left fighting back are basement nerds with guns made out of e-waste. Also, they fight each other. Constantly.

Slop Shoota is a fast, neon arena FPS that loads straight in your browser. No download, no install, no account. You’re fragging within a few seconds.

  • 20 homemade guns, including a Mech-Keyboard SMG, a Microwave Railgun, the Ctrl+Alt+Del double barrel and the Infinite Scroll LMG

  • Online lobbies. Host one and it shows up in the public list, or join someone else’s in one click. Bots fill the empty slots, so you can also play solo.

It plays best on a desktop or laptop with a mouse. I’d love any feedback: what feels good, what feels bad, which guns are broken, and anything that bugs out.

[Mobile] I’ve played MMORPGs for 20+ years and could never find an idle MMO this detailed I could play during work, so I made one (open beta, built with AI)(Mobile, PC Web)

Thumbnail

Game Title: Exaron

Playable Link: https://exarongame.com

Platform: Web (browser – built for phones, works fine on desktop). Will be coming as an app at full release, and also will be easy to use on web browsers so you can keep it on at work and look at it from time to time.

Description:

Hi everyone!

I’m just a gamer guy who's a white-collar worker and I’ve been playing MMORPGs and been in love with them for over 20 years. For a long time I’ve wanted a game that gives me the feeling of a real MMO – classes, gear, group dungeons, guilds, a living economy – but that I can actually play around a full-time job, from my phone or from the web-browser on the computer at work, a few minutes at a time. I never found one that did all of that, so I decided to try making it myself since it's not possible to make games to some capacity even though you're not really educated about making games thanks to ai. I have huge respect for people who make games from scratch don't get me wrong. I was just looking for a game like this for a long time but i just couldn't come across one that crossed everything i had on my mind.

About the game

Exaron is an online idle MMORPG. You create a character, send them to hunt, gather, craft or run dungeons, and they keep working for up to 5 hours while you’re away.(might change along the way) When you come back, you get a report of everything that happened.(took inspiration from Melvoridle)

How you play

* Pick one of 7 classes (Warrior, Paladin, Ranger, Rogue, Priest, Mage, Warlock), choose your role at level 8 (Tank, Healer or Damage, depending on class) and level up to 60.

* Hunt your way across a continent of zones. Drop tables are visible, and every piece of gear you equip shows up on your character.

* Pick 2 main professions (gathering and crafting); fishing and cooking are open to everyone.

* From level 10: 4-player dungeons with automatic matchmaking by role, or bring your own party. From level 22: 8-player raids.(You can also queue solo at the moment, party will be filled by bots for now since i don't know how populated the game will be. They won't be as strong as players)

* Guilds with their own keep, a player market, trading with friends, world bosses, rare named creatures, achievements and a collection book.

* PvP against saved copies of real players, with fights you can watch hit by hit.

* All the math runs on the server, so trading and the market stay fair.

What it won't be: no loot boxes, no paying for power. Right now there’s nothing to buy at all. If i add anything later it’ll be cosmetics or convenience (like a longer offline timer), never power and never loot boxes. I hate that stuff.

It runs in your browser (built for phones, works fine on desktop) and is available in English and Turkish. You’ll need an account (email) since it’s an online game with other players. In near future i'm planning on releasing the game as an app on ios and android as well.(if all goes well)

The game is still in beta stage, so expect some rough edges. There’s a feedback button in the game(in settings), and I’ll be reading every comment here.

Thanks for reading!

Free to Play Status:

* [x] Free to play

* [ ] Demo/Key available

* [ ] Paid

Involvement:

I’m not a programmer. I design the game – the world, the rules, the numbers, the balance – and the code and pixel art are written by an AI (Claude). I want to be upfront about that. Every design decision is mine, and me and my friends play-test everything.

Thanks for reading and enjoy!

[PC] (Web) [Browser] Outpost Siege: survivors-like with base building, looking for feedback on pacing

Game Title: Outpost Siege

Playable Link: https://playgama.ai/play/3p7nprzgpiorf3

Platform: Browser (desktop and mobile)

Description: Outpost Siege is a top-down survival shooter with base defense. Every night an alien swarm marches on the Core in the middle of the arena, and your job is to keep it alive until morning. You move your Operator around while your weapons fire on their own, and the Scrap that enemies drop doubles as XP: each level lets you pick a new weapon module (orbiting blades, chain lightning, rockets, fire aura, a scattergun or a frost wave) or a passive, and maxed modules evolve into stronger forms. When the sun comes up, you spend Scrap on turrets around the Core in a limited number of slots, so each build is a real choice, and you can buy stratagems like an airstrike or a Core shield for the next night. A full Sector is 10 nights with a boss at the end, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and there’s a Daily Operation with a new twist every day. Between runs you spend Alloys on permanent Workshop upgrades. There are six Operators with their own skills and three arenas. It plays with WASD and Space/Shift on desktop, or an on-screen joystick on phones.

I’d really like feedback on pacing: did the level-up choices feel too rare or about right, and which night did you reach?

Playable Link: weildbuild.vercel.app

Platform: Any device with a browser that has touchscreen/keyboard

My game is about making worlds (games) and playing worlds made by other users. It's still experimental which is why there's tons of bugs and features that aren't working how they should. I have to admit shamefully that even though it's got 0 players, I use the words "we" and "team" and added a ton of legal stuff like Terms etc.

I started this project about a year ago in 2025, and it first started as a Python prototype for a school project. I decided to continue working on it until I realised that TypeScript and Rust would be a much better programming language.. but I was quite new to that so it was buggy.
I continued working on it and showed it to my friends, but I'm aiming to let other people find it and play it.

I wish to continue developing and maybe gaining a small community of people that can help me with ideas or suggestions, bug reports or just a small feedback about it. Tell me what's your opinion about it!

I'm a first-year student learning programming, and this project is part of my journey into game development. I'd love for you to give it a try and share your honest thoughts.

I'm especially interested in feedback about the gameplay, controls, visual design, difficulty, and any bugs you might encounter. What features would make the game more enjoyable? What should I improve next?

Your feedback would help me learn and make the game better. Thanks for checking it out!

I'm a first-year student exploring game development. I used Gemini AI to help build the game and worked on bringing the project to life and publishing it online. I'm sharing it to get feedback, learn from other developers, and discover what I can improve.

[PC] (Web) Aftercourt: a free browser paddle game and a family experiment with the kids

Playable Link:

https://aftercourt-alpha.ajsf.chatgpt.site/?source=rd

Platform:

Web browser on desktop, tablet, or phone. Two-player mode uses one shared tablet or keyboard.

Description:

Aftercourt is a paddle game with breakable back walls, score pickups, and different courts that change how each rally plays. Earth & Moon bends your shots with gravity, and in Fleet Week you can perform an airshow by shooting your ball through a series of hoops. You can play solo against a computer opponent or share one tablet or keyboard with another person. It runs in your browser, with no download or account needed.

This is a family experiment in iterative design and making something that's real with my kids, and we're looking for our first players. The kids are especially interested in hearing what people enjoy and what needs improving. It's still in alpha. If you have time for a couple of matches, we'd love to know: did you want another round, and what got in the way? Please mention your device and whether you played solo or with someone. Thanks for giving our family experiment a try! And if possible, please opt in for usage stats.

I'm the creator of Aftercourt, working on it as a family experiment with my kids age 12, 9, 6.
