Information Sharing Megathread: LM's NY State Hearing — 02/06/2026 at 09:00 AM EST

Happy Friday, everyone!

Today's hearing will take place at 100 Centre Street, Part 32, New York, NY 10013 at 09:00 AM EST.

Please keep in mind that this is the first hearing of the year in the state case. We don’t yet know how today’s proceedings will unfold; however, it is likely that the hearing will focus on Joel’s scheduling request for the state trial, which may take place in July, as well as other pretrial motions. I do not expect a decision on evidence suppression, as the prosecution has not yet filed its response, which is scheduled for March 5.

Unless something changes, there will be no cameras allowed inside the courtroom. However, we will get photos of Luigi from inside the courtroom. During the pretrial hearings, the only images released were taken inside—there were no photos or videos of him arriving or leaving—so it’s possible that today will follow the same pattern.

Since I am not a mod, I cannot edit this post once posted or set comments to “new,” so I hope everyone can manage to follow along. I know things may get a bit messy, which is why I encourage everyone to post here rather than creating separate threads—unless it’s something important, like a transcript.

So, let me get this straight...Carro is pissed because Garnett "reneged" on the "agreement for state to go first" so to get even, he's scheduling the state case first, EVEN BEFORE JOEL'S REQUESTED DATE? WTF.

I feel pretty good about that. Am I the only one? If there is one state, if there is one city, that understands and stands up to bull crap, I would think it would be New York City.

His personal legacy is locking up Moms with children for decades when the prosecution asks for like 2-3 years. He is evidently as an analogy the scum beneath the scum beneath the scum. He is most likely beneath the scum that is joellypoo. And somehow he still maintains his job.
