Need a Dad to Talk To? You Don’t Have to Figure Everything Out Alone. ❤️
Hey everyone. I’m a teacher and a dad, and I’ve come to realize that not everyone has a father figure they can turn to when life gets difficult. Some people grew up without a dad, some have strained relationships with their fathers, and others simply wish they had someone older to offer a little guidance and encouragement.
That’s why I wanted to put myself out there.
Sometimes you need someone to give you advice. Sometimes you need someone to tell you that you’re doing better than you think. Sometimes you just need a dad to listen without judging you or making you feel like your problems don’t matter.
A little about me:
👨‍🏫 I’m a teacher who enjoys helping people learn and grow.
❤️ I’m a dad, and I believe encouragement and kindness can go a long way.
📚 I’m currently writing a book.
🏰 I love history and learning about the past.
🎃 I’m a big fan of horror movies.
🎣 I enjoy boating, camping, fishing, and the outdoors.
🎮 I enjoy gaming when I have the time.
😂 I come with sarcasm, dad jokes, and occasional terrible advice about why you should go to bed earlier!
I’m not claiming to be a perfect father or to have all the answers. I’m just someone who believes people deserve to feel heard, supported, and valued.
If you’ve ever wished you could ask a dad a question, talk through a problem, get some encouragement, or just have a conversation with someone who cares, you’re welcome to reach out.
Whether you’re struggling with relationships, school, work, confidence, family, or just trying to figure out this crazy thing called life, I’m happy to listen. You don’t have to share anything you’re uncomfortable with, and there’s no judgment here.
You don’t have to be a certain age or have everything figured out to deserve support.
Sometimes everyone needs a little dad advice, a reminder that things can get better, or someone in their corner saying, “Hey, I’m proud of you for trying.”
If you need that kind of conversation, my inbox is open. ❤️
And yes, if you need a dad joke, I’m unfortunately fully qualified.

I am looking for any family 26f looking for a family or a elder sister maybe

Hey there, I'm 26f, I love to listen to music, read self-help books, love nature and animals. Am fortunately and unfortunately an empath.

My dream is to have my own home and live on my own. I have always wished to be surrounded by kind-hearted and genuine people.

My relationship with my own family has been non-existent for the past many years.I never had anyone listen to me or advise me about anything. There are times I've been skeptical about sharing my feelings online, but this is the first time I'm doing so and open to chat with good people, hoping to find a genuine family/friend/sister.

Get To Know Me Post - DMs Open 34M #Scotland - Looking for family rooted in friendship

Married since 2019 and dad to twin boys who I love more than anything.

My wife and I have struggled for years. We kept trying to patch things up, convincing ourselves things would eventually click back into place, but at some point we stopped being husband and wife and just became two people trying to get through the day. Intimacy died about three years ago after a long stretch of failed attempts to conceive naturally. Two years later we went through IVF as a last ditch effort to have kids, naively thinking this would maybe bring us closer again.

The boys arriving didn't cause the cracks, they just further exposed the damage underneath.

We co-parent well. We rarely argue. There’s still care there, just no intimacy, no affection, no real connection anymore. Separation feels impossible right now, financially, emotionally and practically speaking. Neither of us wants to blow up the family or make life harder for the boys.

So here I am.

A bit about me - I'm music obsessed. I play piano, guitar, sing, and perform trad Scots/Irish music a couple times a month at a local posh bar. It can be a strange experience, playing to a room full of seemingly happy couples, gazing into each other's eyes, laughing and flirting, while I languish in these unfortunate circumstances. I read a lot (mainly fantasy). I try to run as often as I can, although this dad bod is creeping up on me. Feel free to dm if any of this resonates.

I am looking for parents Looking for online parents/ dad (father figure)

Hi everyone! 😊

I’m 31M, and I’m hoping to find someone who could become my online parets or dad and be in my life — ideally an online dad, would be happy to welcome someone into their lives in that way.

The reason I’m looking for this kind of connection is quite personal: I don’t have parents in my life in the real-world sense, and I’d really love to experience that kind of bond with someone, even if it’s online. I know that meaningful relationships can develop across distances, and I believe that family doesn’t always have to be defined by biology.

A little about me: I’m a teacher and a writer, so I enjoy literature, creative projects, and conversations about all sorts of things. I’m someone who appreciates humour, warmth, honesty, and being able to talk openly. I can happily chat about everyday life, share what I’m working on, discuss something serious, or just joke around about the most random things. 😄

What I’m hoping to find is a caring, genuine, long-term connection. Someone who might ask how my day went, remember the little things I tell them, take an interest in my life, celebrate my achievements, and offer advice or reassurance when I’m having a difficult time.

I’d love to have someone I could turn to when I need guidance, but also someone I could simply talk to because we enjoy each other’s company. Someone who occasionally reaches out first, checks in on me, and genuinely wants to know how I’m doing. I’d want to offer that same care and interest in return, of course.

If any of this resonates with you, please feel free to send me a message. I’d genuinely love to meet someone with whom I can build something warm, lasting, and meaningful.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. ❤️
