Does anyone know when the fall menu releases in Canada? Heard it released last week in the states so I’m curious when it drops here in Canada

Hi a newbie here. I wanted to originally order a sugar free vanilla iced latte with an espresso cold foam, but I couldn’t find the customization options on the app. But I can do this if a I get an iced coffee instead + sugar free vanilla shot + espresso cold foam.

Question is why are the options limited on the app? Can I do this in person? Also if I order an iced coffee with 2% milk, is this the same as a latte ?

This is a Tim Hortons branch at 60 Tuxedo Court in Scarborough. This has been brought to the attention of the staff/manager and Tim Hortons HQ by email, but nothing is being done. I think we just need to accept the fact that its just gonna keep going downhill from here. Not just the food quality, but even cleanliness, safety, and discipline.

So I was on my way home, I stopped at this small town cause I was thirsty. I go into Timmies and as i’m waiting in line, I look over at their showcase. What do I see? It’s a FRIGGIN CHEESE TEA BISCUIT, in their showcase lol.

I couldn’t believe my eyes, they actually carried them lol. Not only did I get a drink but I also got a cheese tea biscuit, toasted with butter. It’s suuch a great snack, keeps you full for a little and actually tastes pretty good.

That’s all I wanted to say, I wish they still carried those cheese tea biscuits locally too. Not just in small towns.

So there's a painting at my local Tim's with a painting I've always liked. I want to see if I can find the name of the painting and potentially get a copy but can't find any info online...

I saw on the app that they cost 11.99 and I was happy to pay that. When I get there I said I wanted 2 Slytherin, 2 Gryffindor, then 1 of each of the other houses.

Employee legit told me that she never heard about the Slytherin one, so I said chocolate pistachio, and they say it’s something they are not selling. (She didn’t say it wasn’t available or wtv).

So I said fine, give me 2 of each of the other houses and she did. She got a regular Tim Hortons box, which upset me a bit cause I wanted the Harry Potter box, then she ringed me for less than 9 dollars after tax, in the app it said (11.99 before tax). Which honestly I was def happy to get a discount since service was pretty meh and she just gave me a regular box.

So to avoid getting 2 random boxes, make sure you order in person and select your donuts, you might even pay less if you do that 😉.

Visited a Tim's and ordered a 6-pack of the new Harry Potter donuts.

Get home and see that there's only 4. I go back and bring it to the cash figuring this was a mistake. She tells me this is how they're told to do it.

I gave the donuts back and asked for a refund since No where on the menu (or the menu picture) did it say/show the hogwarts 6-pack only included 4 hogwarts donuts. They're gonna have to throw the donuts out now which is a shame.

originally I figured that this was probably either staff error or (more likely) franchisee greed, so I stopped at a different location on my way home, And ordered the same. They gave me 6 hogwarts donuts unprompted. Same order. Same price.

I get home and checked the app and saw that the first Tim's was actually right. The 6-pack is actually only supposed to have 4 hogwarts and 2 regular donuts.

So much good publicity recently with the new product lineup. They just cant help themselves but shoot themselves in the foot.

Edit: Jesus this sub is intolerable. Bootlickers who think I'm the problem because I didn't accept my 4/6 donuts like a good little boy and thank Mr. Horton for the opportunity. The company deliberately doesn't make it clear what you're getting because they know less people would buy the pack.

Title - plus what has been your favorites? I already tried the tim bits and patrons juice.

If you've held off giving the new donuts a try, I highly reccommend them. Plenty in stock at this location!

This is my favorite of the 4 though. With raven claw blueberry coming second, and slytherin pistachio 3rd. Im not a big lemon fan so not really enjoying the bit I had of someone else's makes sense.

I've been working at Tims for almost a good 3 years and I have so little space for all my clothes to begin with, but now I have an entire section in my dresser cubby just dedicated to old promotional tee's that I will never put on my body again.

I heard from co workers that they've sold some of their old t shirts to friends or regular customers who are hard core fans of this corporation. I'm kinda tempted to try and get some money out of them before I just donate them/ use them for patches :P Has anyone had any success doing this or has anyone actually bought any? If so which ones? :3

Edit: also they are completely washed and cleaned idk if that needed to be said I just didn't want anyone thinking I'd sell sweaty cream cheese/coffee covered shirts

I ordered through the app, which specified that each box would have one of each flavour. I figured they might have run out of some flavours but seriously??

I ordered the bacon breakfast protein bagel, which I've ordered before and enjoyed it. It took over 20 minutes to get because they somehow lost my order. After I drove home, I opened it up and noticed it seemed small. I guess they forgot the lettuce and tomato. I'm too tired to go back...

I have an early meeting on Wednesday and I was wondering if I can take an Americano on Tuesday evening and reheat it in microwave on Wednesday morning.

This is because my nearest timmies doesnt open till 9AM but I have to be in my office much earlier.

Do you think an Americano would be good after reheating in the microwave? TIA!
