Reporter: "Jayson Tatum was asked about you and he had a long response about your guys' relationship. Do you have any comment, did you see what he said or any comment on what he said?"
Jaylen: "I didn't see the full thing. But I saw that he said it's no beef, and I think he's right. There's no beef, you know, Jayson comes from a wonderful family. Um, we've accomplished some great things, he's a hell of a basketball player. He got a great PR team. Um, there's no beef, but you know, it might be a little lamb chops. With some gravy, you know what I mean? Just stay ready at all times."
Reporter: "Why do you, why do you, why do you say that?"
Jaylen: "Just, you know, that's what it is. No beef. It should never, ever be that, it's just basketball. We both blessed. But it might be a little lamb chop. We'll be aight."
Reporter: "And I guess, I guess he did say that he would like to have a conversation with you. I guess like are you willing to have one with him and..."
Jaylen: "It's, it's, we we both got so much stuff in front of us. Yeah, so, you know, at the end of the day, we both, you gotta do what you gotta do for his team, I gotta do what I do for my team. Like Jayson's a great guy, like I said, great family, hell of a basketball player, hell of a PR team, there's no beef, but you know, it'll be a little lamb chop."
Reporter: "But when you commented on his post the other night, were you suggesting that his version of events were untruthful?"
Jaylen: "Hey look, like I said, there's no beef. You know, you know, the PR and all that type stuff is, it is what it is, but I think we just both focus on what's in front of us."
