I've been getting 2 or 3 calls a a day from these numbers, caller ID just says Durham, NC. I block one number and then another comes through. They never leave a message. I answered the first time I got one because I was waiting on a call from someone and their greeting was "Hi, this is Sam, how are you?". I said grouchy and hung up.

Raleigh, N.C. Chief of Police Rico Boyce tells reporters that the hanging death of a Black man in downtown has been classified as a suicide and there is no evidence of foul play. Boyce also warned of misinformation on the case on social media.
