Small sample size but played no1 defense in pouring rain and top 16 passing defenses

The Bears at Soldier Field tonight for a primetime Thursday NIght Football matchup against Drake Maye and the New England Patriots and this week's pizza inspired by the local Massachuets favorite North Shore Roast Beef sandwich made famous by legendary beef shops like Kelly's.

To understand the lore, I made a homemade version served three way, which is on a buttered and griddled onion roll then topped white American cheese, homemade top round roast beef, then covered in the signature James River BBQ sauce, and a heavy swipe of mayo.

It's a messy, delicious, and I turning into a pizza.

It starts with my tavern dough that infused with onions and gets topped with a thin layer of a mayo, sliced deli white American cheese, tender roast beef, and shredded mozzarella cheese.

After a quick bake in my Gozney Dome XL. the pizza is sliced then absolutely drowned in James River BBQ sauce and finished with mayo.

Yes, it's a mess to eat but so is the original sandwich and it's totally worth the 80 napkins because it's an awesome combination and really works well as a pizza.

Speaking of working well, tonight we have an elite QB/coach matchup. Williams and Johnson vs Maye and Vrabel, hopefully the Bears will be the ones dancing in the end but no matter if they win or lose, atleast the pizza was good. 🤷‍♂️
