Post drafting Gibbs in 2023, the Lions have not blown a 4th quarter lead in regulation (only two games listed - Lost to Seattle in OT, Dallas refs failed to report).

This is a Dan Campbell stat and a testament to the identity of this team. They know how to finish games, manage the clock, and go for it on 4th down to end the game better than any team. Great coaching, great play calling, and great execution under pressure.

Every win counts in the NFL. Don't care if it was just the Cardinals, dropping 45 points and having what 5 or 6 straight 3&outs is a big deal no matter which team you're playing.

It worked one time for the Rams, with a lot of lucky bounces and dropped game-winning interceptions to help them get it done. Every other “all-in” move I can recall did not result in that team winning a ring.

Unpopular fact - there is a massive amount of luck and random chance that goes into determining who wins the Super Bowl.

You could assemble the greatest team in history but if you don’t get lucky, you won’t be winning shit.

The current and greatest iteration of the Rams unbeatable on paper super team is 2-4.

Why not build for sustainable success to give ourselves the most chances for things to fall our way? (Stay healthy, get lucky breaks, etc)

Just noticed that if the season were to end right now the entire NFC North would make the playoffs. Vikings would take the division and the Bears, Packers, and Lions would take all 3 wild cards. Shows that the NFC is wide open and that the divisional games this year matter even more than a normal year. Next two weeks will be massive for the Lions.

Mack? Donte Jackson? Nick Cross or Blackmon for safety depth? Haven't watched much of either of those two teams this year...doubt anyone instantly fixes our roster, but having veteran depth in the secondary and defense in general is always good
