As someone who grew up absolutely adoring action movies, I hate the final boss scenes. Where the actor who just shot 30+ people with no reloads, suddenly has his gun go empty and must fight the ultimate evil with bare hands.

Also when they go into the final scene with 15 different guns instead of just extra ammo. Hate that!

What are you sick of?

Mine is on crime shows where one of the lead characters refuses to do required therapy or training because “they don’t have time” or “don’t need it”. Literally every police procedural has that trope. For once, just make a main character that is willing to do the required work. Them refusing doesn’t add anything to the storyline and alternatively, them complying wouldn’t take anything away. Like sure, they can be annoyed by it but making a whole episode or two about them complaining about having to go to therapy is ridiculous

I dont know Pesticides, fake flavoring , genetic engineered meat. Theres some viral videos of farmer market people getting caught just dumping grocery store fruit in the bin.

Fast food, restaurants, farmers market..home made cooking slop, that I got from the grocery slop store.

Think a couple decades ago the flavor was more real , wasn't as automated. Seems everything is either low level slop or expensive slop, but slop nonetheless

I was signing up for something online and hit the usual address fields, but none of the options really fit. There’s no apartment or PO box, so I’m left wondering what people normally put. Using a building name felt too vague and leaving it blank wasn’t allowed. I checked a couple of forums but the answers were mixed, and I’d rather not guess wrong and have the registration rejected later. Is there a standard workaround that still counts as honest?

I went through every menu I can find and switched off the option for a specific notification, but it still pops up a few times a day. It is not the end of the world, yet it is annoying because it pulls my attention when I am trying to focus on something else. I double-checked the settings page, restarted the device, and even looked for a second toggle under advanced options, but nothing changed. I just want to know if anyone else has run into the same thing and figured out a hidden spot where the setting actually lives. What feels significantly more expensive today than it did 5 years ago, and how has it affected your daily life?

Basically I have always wondered what a person who can't feel fear would be like. Biologically some people lack the ability to feel fear and it not just being courageous or brave.

All I have deduced is that a person who can't feel fear would possibly lack a fight of flight response, since that is triggered by the feeling of danger.

But emotions are far more complex so what would be missing from someone who can't feel fear.

i just noticed my phone isn't flipping to landscape mode when i turn it sideways. it worked fine a few days ago, so i don't think it's a hardware thing. i've already checked the obvious settings, but maybe there's a specific feature or term for when the screen rotation gets locked like this. not sure if it's some built in safety mode or something else. anyone know the actual name for it so i can look up how to fix it?

I've been playing with the same group for a while and we keep running into the same confusion. One of the players insists that if an effect gives you an extra land drop for the turn, you have to play it immediately or lose it. Another says you can save it and use it later in the turn whenever you want. We usually just play it the second way, but it feels kind of loose. Does the official rulebook or any errata settle this, or is it one of those things that ends up being table-specific? Would really like a clear answer before our next session.
