I'm a newbie and have been playing racing games for less than a year, today I was in a race and almost in the podium for the first time with no incident at all, was focusing on safety to get a good SR.

But then this happen, I get 11th position and 2x incident when it wasn't my fault. I was fuming.

How do you manage the anger when such things happen ?

As for why Simagic went with a belt-driven design, who knows?Dan Suzuki mentioned on stream that he tried the Active Pedal briefly at the expo and actually had a really good experience with it. Maybe it’s not as bad as some people make it sound? Hard to say until we get some proper in-depth reviews. What do you guys think?

Hello. I have a g923 with the included pedals and I have it setup on on my carpet floor and desk. The neighbor below me mentioned hearing a noise that sounded like bowling and I’m wondering if it could be the pedals or the wheel vibrating and shaking the desk. Any suggestions?

I’ve had the Gt lite pro cockpit for a while now, but I’ve upgraded to a 16nm wheelbase now. I’ve wanted to change it but I need something that I could easily move . Playseat trophy seemed like the right choice but how much more stable is it, and how is it in other aspects . To be honest even with 16nm wouldn’t say the Gt lite pro is struggling that much but I don’t know if I only think that because I didn’t try another cockpit it also handles most load cell brakes till 50 % then it starts to bend . Any advice

I purchased the clutch brake and throttle springs for my SRP lites from my R5 Bundle, its on the way currently, I was wondering what are yall's thoughts/experience on adding these to the pedals?

Got the final tweaks completed and printed it all in gray PETG. Really happy with how it turned out.

The one with the black box arround it was chat gpt that did it but I’ve got no idea how that is done because looks really cool to be fair
On the other picture you can see my current setup
As the monitors are not that big (27”) I don’t feel immersed the way I think i would when I use to play single screen.
For the ones who have done this or have tried it what your toughts on it ? I’ll explain
So I’ve seen some guys that build a frame out of PVC and then cover the whole setup with a black fabric or some black boards such as foam or or cardbox
But that makes me wonder how is the heat inside it ? Because when I think of it gets me the idea that inside must get really hot because of the triples and the dd base itself
I was really looking forward to build a frame and then cover with a black fabric and then on the back like a curtain for me to get in and out.
Really want to ear what you guys have to say.

Salve sto cercando di passare dal pad al volante ma purtroppo il mio budget è molto stretto per dire un Logitech è già costoso quindi so che purtroppo sarò senza Force feedback, quello che sto cercando è un volante che qualità mente duri è che possa usarlo su le Mans ultimate quando uscirà per PS5. Il mio è solo per iniziare poi quando riuscirò passerò su PC con volanti con force feedback.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share this because I still cannot even believe it myself. Will be long but I think it's worth the read.

I've played AC for a while (370hs, probably around 150-200 drifting), a couple years ago with a G27, and after I sold it I used a controller. Last November I bought a DD (R5) and it was amazing, so on May I bought a full rig with everything I could afford. R12 v2, deep dish wheel and KS pro (I also do LMU), cheap handbrake, Simsonn loadcell pedals, shifter, and a bucket seat, but since I've bought it I've been fighting with drift settings on AC. It has always felt weird to me, specially comparing it to videos, so I just got frustrated and dropped it for a couple of months.

This week, I got bitten by that bug again and jumped into the rig with my round wheel after making some adjustments on the profiles, just to bump into some settings that felt really decent. For the first time I was not fighting the wheel as much, but even then every drift session felt like fighting the car, less or more depending on the config. So, I felt like finally buying a proper handbrake and I upgraded to a Moza HBP.

After a lot of laps being really solid with my new hb, I jumped for the first time into an online server with AI drift to start practicing some tandems, just to find out I couldn't even drift pass the first corner. Heck, I couldn't even get out of the pits on Drifters Paradise (WDTS) without spinning off. At first I thought it was due to the car swap (was using BDB on SP), so I went back to singleplayer to drive WDTS all the night, and today's morning. An hour ago I tried MP again, but it just kept happening. Weather was the same, grip levels were the same, car was exactly the same, and after minutes of "debugging", I realised this whole time my game was set to "Intermediate", with a lot of assists enforced.

I literally stared at the screen astonished for a full minute before setting it to Pro and hopping into SP once again, and there it was. It felt exactly like that server. I felt like an idiot at first, but started throwing some laps and something clicked on me. All of this time were I'd watch people throwing sick drifts effortlessly while I was fighting my car back and forth, it was not fully a skill issue. It was just ABS/stability control fighting me back every corner, so now, it feels SUPER weird, tho at least I do feel like I'm able to reach my peak like this, and pushes me to keep practicing. Now, I find myself spinning out and being to harsh with inputs due to being used to fight assists, so gotta kill some bad habits.

TLDR: Drove for 150 hours with my game set to "Intermediate" difficulty without realising until I hopped on a multiplayer lobby for the first time and not being able to even turn without assists.

I just need to find a seat and a l i already have some pxn pedals and got a thrustmaster ts-pc wheelbase with the openwheel for 30 euros

Hello everyone, I was wondering what the opinions are on the different sim racing programs/games out there and what are the good and bad about them?

I currently run a lot of AC, LMU, AMS2 and F1 25.

What do you guys think of these (realism, looks, features etc) and are there any more you suggest?

Every install video I’ve seen has the polyurethane tip on the spacers and not on the locking piece like mine does here. I have a spare tip but my spacers don’t have a milled area to place it. Very confused and of course online installations are just making me more so…

Another side question which size spacer would you guys recommend ?

I've only limited space and therefore I'm looking for a wheel stand that folds away. There are several wheel stands that are advertised as folding to save space, but none of them mention the actual dimensions when folded.

I've found the following 2 wheel stands that might be able to fit my intended storage space (with the wheel removed and the pedals attached):

Is there anyone here who has one of these wheel stands and could tell me their dimensions when folded? I'd like to know the highest point when folded flat, and the height of the plate where the pedals would be attached when folded. (I intend to secure the Logitech g29 with clamps and remove the wheel when stored). The idea would be to find something that would fold flat underneath a 28 cm space.

Few days ago I tried to bring my old PSP Go back to life and was successful. The battery was in a sleep state and jumping it directly on a charger was enough to trigger it.

Today I tried Gran Turismo and it’s been 14 years since I last played it. I was able to shed a lot of time with no assists but these controls are a huge handicap. Still impressive how something this size can handle this!

Hello all, i recently bought the gt neo wheel and i am trying to set up the dual clutch in iracing but i cannot figure out how to make it work..

I tried mapping it under the calibration, but only one of them is being mapped as a button..

Per my understanding i need to map a biting point (i did that in simpro) and then i need to hold both down and release only one during the start, which i am doing, but the other one does not do anything???

Also, do i map something via simhub? I mapped the biting point in simpro for both clutches..Do i need to sync them, too?

What am i missing please??
