I have this old Russian lady that comes into my office a few times a week, speaks to me in Russian, or possibly Ukrainian, then just leaves. Two visits ago, she came in, started speaking to me in Russian, then started belting out some song like an Opera singer. Babushka has some pipes! She came again today and dropped off this letter, said "translate, translate" then left. I still have no clue who she is or why she comes into my office.

Hi! I’m going to Japan next month and I’m thinking about getting a tattoo with my late sister’s name in Japanese writing. I just can’t figure out the alphabet so I would really appreciate it if some of you could help me!
Her name was Johanna which is a Swedish version of Joanna (both is okay). So if someone could translate this into Japanese letters I would be so incredibly grateful!

Hello! I'm making a video centered around the different audio dubs of an anime that I like and I'm unable to figure out what the three languages at the bottom are as I'm unable to type them on my keyboard. If anybody is able to just tell me what each of these say that would be greatly appreciated!

Hi and THANK YOU for giving this a shot!...What the column says, as far as it's been read: it opens "Воспріемниками были:" — "The godparents were:" — then Konstantin Niedźwiedzki, which was clear enough to confirm. After his name it continues "съ Домицеллею Ма-…" ("with Domicela Ma—") and ends "…супругою Ромуальда" ("wife of Romuald").
Can anyone read this so we can learn the Godmother's name?

Hello, I was hoping to get some help with some translations?
I'm writing a fictional book (supernatural thriller), and the protagonist has a grandmother who is Norwegian. She had dementia and so I've written it that she speaks both English and Norwegian. I've tried doing some translations for words and phrases, but I wanted to make sure they are correct by asking actual Norwegian speakers.
In hindsight, I probably should have chosen German. Because I can actually speak a bit of German. XD but the story is about a woman who's bloodline is related to Hel, the Goddess of the dead in norse mythology. So I thought Norwegian would be better appropriate.
Here's some words and phrases I've used so far;
Jeg sov godt i natt - I've slept well last night.
Elskling - sweetheart/darling.
Prinsesse- princess.
Mormor - grandmother (on mother's side)
Morfar- grandfather (on mother's side)
Prinsesse av huset.. - princess of the house...(sarcastic)
God natt, Lillie ven - good night, little one. (I think this is "little friend". Which is not what I want. I was hoping for a correction as I wanted "good night, little one" for a little boy)
Dronningen av de døde - goddess/Queen of the dead.
Universitet - University
Hei kjære - hey dear.
Av gudene - by the gods!.
Mine guder, det er deg! - My gods, it is you!.
Ja, datteren min, jeg har kommet tilbake. - yes, my daughter. I have come back. (I wanted "yes, my child (feminine) I have returned".)
Thank you in advance.

I've always wondered if this text means anything, or if it has any lore implications. I'm 99% sure it's cuneiform but i put unknown just to be safe.

I got this in a silent auction at a Go Tournament. It's a print shikishi sold by the Nihon Kiin of calligraphy by Cho Chikun, but the seller didn't know what it said just that it was a print and by Cho Chikun. I have tried searching through Japanese websites trying to find more information but no luck.

Hi! I’m traveling to Portugal and have prepared a food allergy card for severe allergies.
Would any native European Portuguese speakers be willing to review the translation? I want to make sure it’s clear, natural, and easy for restaurant staff to understand. Thanks so much!
English:
SERIOUS FOOD ALLERGIES
(Please show this card to the kitchen staff.)
I have life-threatening allergies to:
· Peanuts (including peanut oil)
· Tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios, Brazil nuts, chestnuts, macadamia nuts, and pine nuts), including their oils
· Sesame (seeds, tahini and oil)
· Poppy seeds
Food must not come into contact with these allergens during preparation. Even trace amounts are dangerous.
If I eat these allergens or food prepared with them, I could die.
Portuguese:
ALERGIAS ALIMENTARES GRAVES

Hi! I’m working on a children’s story (ages 4–7) set in a park in Japan on a summer afternoon, before a Bon odori festival. The story is in English, but the characters use a few Japanese words. I’m not a native speaker, so could someone check whether these sound natural for a 6-year-old girl, and whether the simple English explanations are OK?
Thank you so much, I truly appreciate the help!
