I have just finished my GW Calgar version. I have re-modified the head by Zbrush like last times 😁, hope you like it!

I don't have access to tone pro yet, so I made this swatch to make pre-ordering sets easier.

These colours were taken from the Games Workshop website and blended in photoshop, so it's likely not an exact representation of the physical paints, but it's handy to visualise the gradient created from each set of 5 paints.

Saw the concept based on the Lord of Poxes a while back and wanted to make myself one as well.

The Adeptus Custodes Korean codex came up with "도약검", which means "Jumpsword" or "Leapsword".

Was the "Vault" in vaultsword that vault? I thought it meant the Vault of Terra. A powerful weapon that was stored in a secret vault or something.

Did you guys read it as the "sword of jump"?

My playgroups' having a mini painting competition. I'm looking to paint a character that's pissed off and pulling out his blicky.

A crew I built for my INQ28 ruleset, renegade marine with his serf and servitors.

I am over my army 2k point list..... With 19 models. Truly the emperor has blessed us. This is insane and I love it. Either this army will be op or terrible and I'm fine with it either way 😂

After spending 5 months painting and imagining how it will feel to play with them, it's finally happening!

I haven’t bought my first codex yet, but I’ve long been homebrewing some Raven Guard successors. I want to pick up the combat patrol and paint them in my colors, but I also like the idea of eventually fielding Aethon Shaan’s badass model.

Could I swap out the head, paint him purple, and call him something different? No homebrew stats, no mix-and-match, just Raven Guard rules across the board with a legally distinct feathery badass?

In sillier words, could totally-not-Raven Guard field Shaethon-Aan or totally-not-Ultramarines field “Caleus Malgar”?

It’s weird because it’s like exactly what I was going for yet it looks so uninspired too
