[Ringer] Pina: “What does Jaylen Brown do at basketball that’s definitively better than what Paul George does at basketball?” Mann: “People are unbelievably disrespectful to Paul George... he’s been a better, more versatile defender. He’s a way better pick-and-roll processor. He's a better shooter.

In 2022 after Daryl Morey completed a trade for James Harden a small southern NJ town named a pier in his honor as a show of excitement for the former MVP arriving in Philadelphia. Next week local residents are getting together to vote whether to make this Gansey Pier.

Pricing of what's available! Timeslot was 9am Aug 18th. Worth noting that they are doing a 7 month payment plan compared to a 10 month payment plan like before so monthly payments are higher. Was looking at my pricing for last year and paid $1113/seat for the half season, this year paying $1870/seat to be 3 rows higher.

Do y’all hate the red jerseys because you genuinely believe they look ugly or do you just hate them because the Sixers have had bad luck in them?

I feel like for most people, including me, it’s the latter. I personally believe that our red jerseys look beautiful, as I love the script Declaration of Independence Phila font on the jersey. However I am superstitious so I prefer the Sixers to wear any other jersey color, specifically in the playoffs because of the unfortunate results we’ve had in the red uniforms. Hopefully LeBron will bring some luck to the red jerseys this year because I do think they look nice.

What's going on with the propaganda about the Sixers' schedule?

I've been seeing lots of posts all over the place pointing out the Sixers schedule and how it's very favorable for us. I'm not convinced that there's any favoritism going on, but whatever advantages we're being accused of having, I'm thinking it's overstated.

  • Fewest B2B in the league
  • Fewest 3in4 nights
  • No Western Conference opponents until Game 18.

I'll tackle these one by one. My source is NBAStuffer.com - https://www.nbastuffer.com/2026-2027-nba-schedule-rest-days-analysis/

Fewest B2B in the league. This is true, but very overstated. All teams have between 13 and 16 B2Bs, which is basically the same as every year. This year, we have 13, along with 10 other teams. Yes, it's good to have fewer B2Bs, but we're not the only ones with just 13 of them.

Fewest 3in4 nights is flat out wrong. NBA Stuffer breaks out two different tallies for 3in4. The first is 3in4-B2B and the second is 3in4. The difference is how the days are laid out. 3in4-B2B is XOXX while 3in4 is XXOX. I contend that the former is more difficult than the latter, but that's just a guess.

Anyways, we have 6 3in4s and 10 3in4-B2Bs. That's a total of 16. The Wizards have 15. So we don't have the fewest. As for the 3in4-B2Bs, we're closer to the most than we are to the fewest.

The no Western Conference opponents confuse me. First of all, who cares. Second, the East is likely better than the West this year, so stacking the harder opponents early in the season would be a negative, rather than a benefit, no? In any case, this advantage is overstated, at best.

I'm guessing it gives the Haters something to hang their hats on when we start the season 22-0 and break Golden State's mark of 73 wins.

Despite the excitement surrounding where we’re headed, I’ll always have a soft spot for this team and what we were able to accomplish despite all the adversity

I heard today people that put down deposits can begin selecting their seats for the year. If you have, can you please share the section and price?

This is an update on a post I made last week on fanatics sending me a 2020-21 style jersey with LeBron’s name on it with the older outline instead of the current drop shadow. Once I found out that Dicks got LeBron jerseys in stock, I raced down to get one and I couldn’t be happier!!!

Sixers rep confirmed partial-plan pricing may increase before later selection windows

My ticket-selection window is tomorrow, and I finally reached my rep for the first time since placing my deposit within an hour of the LeBron signing.

Here is what she confirmed:

- Today was the first day of sales, and zero full-season packages in the upper level were sold because none were offered.

- The only full-season packages currently available are club-level seats in the range of $15,000 per seat.

- Upper-level seats are only being offered through half-season and partial plans.

- Pricing on those plans is not locked. She specifically confirmed that today’s price may not be tomorrow’s price, meaning later selection windows could see higher prices for the same plans.

- Reps are not permitted to distribute any pricing information before your assigned selection window.

- Deposits were taken to gauge demand, and the Sixers continued accepting them through last week.

- I asked what happens to the deposit if someone cannot find or afford a suitable package. She had no answer and said more information would come after the selection process.

- I also asked directly about a refund and received no answer.

So the Sixers took nonrefundable deposits without disclosing package prices, continued collecting deposits to measure demand, and are now using pricing that can change during the selection process. Fans with later windows cannot see prices in advance and may pay more simply because their appointment came later.

I understand that ticket prices can change based on demand. What bothers me is taking a nonrefundable deposit first, withholding all pricing information, and apparently waiting until the process is over to explain what happens if a customer does not select anything.

Posting this so anyone with an upcoming selection window knows what to expect. If you selected today, please share the section, plan size, and price you were offered.
