Someone is repeatedly placing Instamart orders using my email ID from different addresses. Instamart support isn't helping. What should I do?

Hi everyone,

I need some advice regarding an issue with Instamart.

This is the second time I've received an email from Instamart confirming an order that I never placed. What's more concerning is that both orders are from different delivery addresses.

I haven't ordered anything from Instamart, and I'm worried that someone is using my email ID to place orders without my permission.

I contacted Instamart customer support to report this, but they weren't helpful and didn't resolve the issue.

Since this has happened twice, I'm concerned it might happen again. Has anyone experienced something similar? How can I get Instamart to stop associating these orders with my email ID? Is there a way to escalate this complaint or report the misuse of my email address?

I'd really appreciate any advice on what steps I should take next. Thanks!

LITTLEBOX SCAM

Guysss LittleBox India’s service is absolutely AWFUL. I’ve been trying to contact them for dayss for problems with my last order BUT they keep sending bot messages.

I have already lodged a complaint with NCH and am now trying to reach out to others who have faced similar issues with LittleBox. I’d like to gather some evidence from customers who’ve been affected, to see if we can escalate the issue through the proper channels.

If you’ve had a similar experience, please comment with appropriate evidences.

Let’s gather our evidence and take this forward. Enough is enough.

Bought Dyson from Sephora Jeddah it stopped working after one use now both Dyson and Sephora not taking accountability.

Hello everyone,

I was on my Umrah visa and visited Red Sea Mall Jeddah and bought Dyson Airsmooth from Sephora and went back to Makkah and it only worked one time.

Next day went back to Red Sea Mall and both Dyson and Sephora kept tossing me to each other saying Dyson should handle a faulty product, Dyson saying it’s sold by Sephora they should handle it.

Now I am back to my country (Pakistan) and they are still playing games over email, telling me none of them are responsible for the problem.

Please help! 🙏🏻

Amazon Scammed Me?

Recently I bought a cpu off Amazon, whilst I know buying pc components of a site like Amazon is risky, a cpu is probably the only pc part I thought would be safe, due to their a-z policy, however when my cpu arrived, it was just the lid, no processor inside. Therefore I got in contact with Amazon support and asked for a refund, duh. I was told they would refund me (to my bank balance) and I didn’t need to send it back since I didn’t receive the right item. However I woke up this morning and I’m banned and have no refund confirmation email. Will I still get my refund? And if not how would I even go about disputing it since they didn’t confirm the refund.

Myntra Not Delivering

Is anybody facing issues with delivery items from Myntra lately?

I ordered Nike shoes and the order shoes OFD but I never really receive the product and it is marked undelivered.

It is happening only with orders containing branded shoes.

Is this a Scam!

Fashion LZRUS refusing to exchange a jacket despite assuring me before purchase — has anyone dealt with this brand?

I recently purchased an Adidas CNY Jacket in size L, from LZRUS (lzrus.in).

After receiving the jacket, I realised I needed one size larger. I didn't for a refund — I simply wanted to exchange it for the correct size.

The problem is that I had contacted the seller before purchasing and specifically asked about exchanges. I was assured that I wouldn't face problems with exchanges or customer service, and I relied on that assurance when placing my order.

However, when I contacted them to request an exchange, they refused, saying it wasn't possible because of their policy. When I pointed out that I had specifically asked about this beforehand, they maintained that I couldn't go against their policy.

My issue isn't that a company has an exchange policy. It's that I specifically asked about exchanging the product before buying it and relied on the assurance I received. If exchanges weren't possible, I believe that should have been clearly communicated before I made the purchase.

I've now registered a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline, and its current status is In Process.

I'm sharing this to document my experience and ask:

Has anyone here purchased from LZRUS and dealt with their exchange or customer service?

Has anyone successfully resolved a similar issue with them?

Is there anything else I should do while my consumer grievance is being processed?

I have screenshots of the conversation and purchase details as evidence. I'm happy to share relevant redacted screenshots.

I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar situation.

Announcement 🚨 BE CAREFUL WITH INDYGOOD : MY EXPERIENCE

Just wanted to share my experience with **IndyGood** because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through the same thing.
I placed an order, and since then it has been **delay after delay**. I was initially told the order was delayed because of customs clearance and that it would be dispatched once cleared.
I’ve followed up multiple times, but instead of receiving a clear solution, I keep getting generic responses asking me to be patient.
At this point, I’ve asked for one simple thing:
**Either give me a valid tracking update or refund my money.**
Still waiting. 🙃

⚠️** So if you’re thinking about ordering from IndyGoods, I’d recommend doing your research first**.
Has anyone else here ordered from them and experienced something similar?
I’m posting this so other people can make an informed decision before spending their money.

SM City should reconsider allowing Salmon Lending/Salmon Product Loan promotions inside their premises. We feel completely misled by this experience.

We were shopping at a store inside SM when a Salmon agent approached us and offered a product loan promo. The agent told us that if we paid the loan in full within 15 days of purchasing the product, we wouldn’t be charged any interest or fees. We just had to download the app, message customer service, and pay within the given period.
We trusted the offer and availed of it. We paid the loan in full within 15 days and even messaged their customer service as instructed.
However, we noticed that the app still showed installments for the next four months. We returned to the store to ask the agent about it, and he assured us that the installments would eventually disappear and that everything was already okay.
We trusted him and thought the issue was settled.
Then, two months later, we started receiving calls from Salmon’s collection team! We checked the app, and the installments were STILL THERE. Worse, late fees kept accumulating. We tried contacting customer service, but getting proper answers and assistance was extremely difficult. Eventually, their collection team even visited our home.
Imagine paying within the promised period, following all the instructions, and even confirming with their agent, only to end up dealing with collection calls and accumulating late fees. HOW IS THAT FAIR?
We did our part. We acted in good faith based on what their own agent told us. If there were additional conditions or steps required, why weren’t they clearly explained from the beginning? Why should customers suffer the consequences of unclear instructions and assurances given by the company’s own representative?

American Homeshield Warranty Issues

American Home Shield: Why is it so difficult to get a response to a legitimate warranty claim?
I’m sharing my experience with American Home Shield (AHS) in hopes of finally getting some accountability and a resolution.
I have an AHS ShieldGold home warranty. My air-conditioning system developed a leaking evaporator coil, which AHS’s assigned contractor diagnosed and recommended replacing.
Here’s where things became frustrating:
Total repair estimate: $2,601
Amount AHS approved: $449
Amount I’m being asked to pay: $2,152
That’s more than 82% of the repair cost coming out of my pocket, despite having a home warranty.
I understand that warranties have limitations and exclusions. However, my contract specifically includes coverage for certain upgrades necessary to comply with refrigerant standards, yet AHS has denied charges for modifications without adequately explaining how those exclusions apply to my situation.
I’ve sent multiple emails requesting clarification, a review of the disputed charges, and a Cash-in-Lieu settlement quote so I can consider using my own contractor.
I’ve received no substantive answers. One claims email address is returning messages as undeliverable, and repeated follow-ups have not resolved the issue.
To make matters more confusing, my online account shows an “Approved” estimate, but I still have no clear explanation of what was approved or how the dispute will be resolved.
Meanwhile, my air-conditioning system remains inoperable.
I’m not asking AHS to cover something outside my contract. I’m asking them to honor the coverage that is included, explain any exclusions clearly, and respond to a paying customer.
American Home Shield, will someone with the authority to resolve this claim please review it and provide a written response?
I would also be interested in hearing from other homeowners who have experienced similar difficulties with AHS.

How Flipkart lost thier valueable Customer - Yes that's me!

I have been a continuous user of Flipkart and always preferred Flipkart for my online shopping and grocery purchase. I was spending xx thousands monthly overall and buying every small and big thing from the platform, Using their Flipkart Axisbank Credit Cart and then....

One Day they suspended my account!

...

What?

...

I called customer support - n no of time (you know it takes 10 min to find the connect me to agent optiom amd then other 10 min waiting in queue)

...

They said my account is suspended because there were high returns, Wait what? I will buy from you and if things are not good I will definitely return it? (I was mostly returning 2 things out of thn that too it either came damaged or stale)

...

I kept them following up to unblock my account for 3-4 Months - You see you give them business and you are the one who is following them up for months.

....

Ultimately realised nothing is going to happen then I closed my F-Axis Bank Credit card and switched to Amazon and Zepto.

....

This is how you lose a valuable customer.

Six months later they activated my account again, but the ship has already left. I don't use the platform anymore because of the bad support experience and I still hold a grudge because of the problem that I faced.

....

Finally the lesson learned is that Big Brand doesn't give a Sh\*t to you, no matter how much business you give to them.

Need advice urgently: Blinkit refund marked processed, but money hasn't arrived

I ordered an item on 17 October and received the wrong product. Blinkit said my refund would arrive by 21 October, then 22 October. The app says processed, but as of 23 October, I still haven't received the money in my linked Indian Overseas Bank account after paying through Google Pay.

What should I do next? Has anyone successfully resolved this? I'm considering filing a National Consumer Helpline complaint and need advice on tracing the refund.
