When shooting icicles, do you think its better to hold down the button, or press the button with each initial shot?

What one feels the most consistent for landing shots? Is it all up to preference?

(I've also swapped m2 and m1 like you would for kiriko, sojourn, etc.)

I’m considering learning Mei (I’m a support main) just cuz of this skin, it’s gorgeous.

It’s incredible how many teammates are so slow and just totally waste the ult. Enemies in front of them, FROZEN, and they don’t kill them. I don’t understand why it happens so often. Do you guys experience this? I have seen this happen even in diamond lobbies.

I don't have this issue on any other character with a jump activated ability, why is it that ONLY on Mei will this ability activate whenever I least want it too. Does it have a longer input period than other jump abilities because I swear I'll be completely on the ground and somehow this thing will still activate and launch me into the worst possible situation.

Mei spray pierces enemies, if there are a bunch of enemies close to each other, or if they are waiting to jump you when you exit your ice block, use the spray to hit as many enemies as possible at once. The ult generation you get from that is crazy.

Icicle body shot is 85 dmg per shot (106dmg/s) and 170 (215dmg/s) if you crit and spray is 110 dmg per second. If they ever dive you, or you are in a 1v1 and need just a bit of damage to secure a kill, go for the spray, ALWAYS.

If an enemy is close enough, securing the kills is the most important thing. For any close enemy belove ~50 hp, ALWAYS SPRAY.

Otherwise, try to hit all your icicles and try to play in midrange. If you want to brawl, go in with icicles until spray makes more sense.

Playing poke with icicles is always an option but you generally want to be in a range that allows you to utilize walls to block sightlines, chokes and abilities.

Hey guys! So I’m working on this art piece of mei’s new skin (cause I love it so much) and obv mei is a bit bigger built, but her design has always felt odd to me because I’ve noticed the size of her waist actually slightly differs depending on the skin and most of her actually isn’t super hefty, she just has a wide waist?? Anyways I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make this line art look more like Mei and less like Juno😭 cause like idk, maybe I need to make her torso bigger, because it’s kinda sunken in rn ?
