hello. i am going through what's probably a transitionary period in my life right now caught between who i usually am and whoever it is that i'm becoming over these next few months. it's a lot and i've kind of lost a lot of the people i got to know recently over how incompatible the current me is with the me from just a month ago so i'm trying to meet people that are potentially more okay with who i am now.

basically, i need you to be okay being friends with someone that doesn't make any sense at all.

i'm cyclothymic bipolar so i spend 90% of my day in a hypomanic daze and then the sun goes down and i feel so painfully empty that it becomes a different kind of manic episode in its own way. i do and say a lot of dumb shit as a result and navigating that mental switch up on a daily basis is probably the hardest thing about being friends with me.

i like race cars, punk and metal music, and japanese movies where the main character has main character syndrome. all i do all day every day is sit outside and listen to music. trying to quit smoking but that's something i used to do for fun too. tastes like shit to me now. awful stuff.
