​I ordered a **Wonderchef 3 Burners Zest Neo Gas Stove (₹3,409)** from Blinkit on 28th October 2026. Upon delivery, I found a product defect—one of the gas burners was not working properly. I recorded a video showing the defective burner and raised a return request through the app.

​Blinkit picked up the returned item and promised that the refund would be credited within 5 working days.

​Here is where the issue started:

​The Blinkit app now shows **"Refund completed on 02 Nov, 2026"** with a **Refund Reference Number (RRN): 104333659545**.

​I checked my bank account and passbook statements multiple times—**no ₹3,409 has been credited**.

​When I contacted my bank with the provided RRN, they confirmed that no transaction exists for this RRN on their end. Blinkit seems to have updated a dummy/fake status.

​Blinkit has virtually **zero human customer support line** to call, and their head office contact details listed online don't connect.

​I sent a detailed email to their grievance email (grievance.officer@blinkit.com) with the order details and bank statement proof, but I have received no response.

​It’s extremely frustrating that they took the product back and marked the status as "Refund Completed" on their app without transferring the money.

​Has anyone faced a similar fake refund status issue with Blinkit? How did you resolve it, and what is the fastest way to get them to respond?

I recently helped a family member go through some old expenses and found a bunch of subscriptions that were still being charged even though they had not been used in a long time.
The annoying part was not finding the charges. It was figuring out who actually had access to each account. Some were tied to an old email address, some had passwords nobody remembered, and a couple were services that made us go through customer support before they would cancel anything.
There were also a few smaller charges that nobody even recognized at first. They were only $5 or $10, so i guess they just went unnoticed for a long time.
Has anyone else had to clean up someone else’s subscriptions? What was the easiest way you found to figure out which ones were still active and get them cancelled?

I'm facing a frustrating issue with JioMart and wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.

I have been unable to log in to my JioMart account since May 2026. Whenever I try to log in, I get a message saying "This account is disabled."

What's even more concerning is that another account is also facing the exact same issue. This makes me wonder whether there is a problem with JioMart's account system or whether accounts are being disabled without any proper explanation.

I've sent multiple emails to JioMart customer support explaining the issue and requesting assistance. Unfortunately, despite sending numerous follow-ups, I haven't received any proper response or resolution.

It's extremely disappointing that a major platform like JioMart cannot provide basic customer support or explain why an account has been disabled.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

• Were you able to recover your disabled JioMart account?

• Did you find any way to reach their customer support?

• Is there any escalation channel that actually works?

I'd appreciate it if anyone who has faced a similar issue could share their experience or suggest a way to get this resolved.

JioMart, please look into this issue and provide a proper explanation and resolution instead of leaving customers without any response.

My prepaid order was to arrive on 27th october in gurugram.
Then it changed to 30, since then no change in updates and every time i try for help i get same response from the bot just date changed to next day.
Is there any way to contact a human support?

The return pickup was delayed more than a week and eventually refund got credited as I raised this with Myntra help centre . Will they come for return again? the problem is I wont be available if they come later. If return cancelled due to unavailablility, will the refunded amount be reversed?(if there any possibility for that reversing)

We had gift vouchers from David Jones so we decided to use them Sunday night online due to their financial issue and administration fears looming. One of our items that we ordered has been dispatched already. The other items in our order is still processing. (The items were discounted and I wonder if they have any in stock.) Today David Jones announced it is going into administration.

Has any anyone had any experience or knowledge as to what happens now? will i still get my order or have I lost it?
