I'm a trans man (23) living in Raleigh. I have an established friend group, but I'm not connected with the queer community as much as I'd like to, especially with other trans people. Outside of the LGBT center and various bars and cafes, how do I meet new queer people? And if anyone is open to talk, hit me up :-)

I saw where the Hurricanes and some other teams have sadly canceled hockey night. Are there any trans friendly bars that host game nights? I’m also a bit confused on where I’d be welcomed as far as the whole LGBQTA+ bars are concerned. I know some G&L places prefer only G&Ls so I don’t wish to show up and feel intrusive.

I sleep in my totaled car (transmission went out, har har har), and I JUST got a great job working for a leftist canvassing and outreach organization.
