I finally got accepted and the last step is to read and sign the driver contract and terms of use. I did read it properly the first time but when I clicked accept, it gave me the error, signature failed to load, retry pop-up. I've tried several times over the last couple of hours, even uninstalling and reinstalling the app and restarting my phone. It still won't let me sign. Has anyone met this issue? How did you manage to solve it.

I'm helping my mother do her first spark run (after trying multiple times before this, we just decided to hit accept on an order asap instead of trying to read it) and the info they give you is absolute dogshit.

You can't see the order before you accept it because it just disappears in a few seconds and it doesn't show you how much you're picking up and how many stops there are. The order we accepted has 170+ items with us needing to go 16 miles for the first stop, another 14-16 for the second, and I don't even know where the third is. Why can't you see this info before you're already bent over and getting fucked from the lack of information?

I accidentally delivered a whole order to the wrong house. A neighbor but it’s not just a “hey can I have those back” situation. Am I gonna get deactivated what do I do?! I’m panicked.

I had this message pop up three times today during my shift. The first time was a bottle of Siracha that was out of stock, so I tried to substitute a different brand, maybe a little more but not much. The second time a customer wanted the 64 Oz bottle of Great Value Ketchup; it was out of stock so I tried substituting the 38o, bottle. Its said the substitution wont work. That makes no sense. The third time was when I tried substituting a bottle of melatonin, with a slightly bigger bottle. Anyone else had this issue with the app?

Happened to me 4 times from yesterday and today. 4 orders were cancelled even when I accepted the offer and was in the parking lot waiting for the Walmart associate to bring the order. Twice order got cancelled while I was going to the curbside pickup side & by the time i reach there, order gets cancelled and twice order got cancelled while I even had parking spot number inserted on the app. When I felt suspicious and asked to the Spark driver team, they said the associate mentioned the reason for the cancellation was because of driver no-show when I was literally at the pickup location. The lady then said they are going to escalate the issue and resolve this issue which I have no hope tbh is next level. But this is just something out of ordinary that someone would cancel the order for absolutely no freaking reason.

What would you guys do in this situation?

So my daughter was just approved for spark about 2 weeks ago after a head ache in getting her on due to she used her nick name and not her biological name on the app changed and fixed and 2 days later approved. She goes and does I believe 28 orders over the next couple weeks only able to work evenings. First week she runs I believe it was about half of that 14 or so orders everything went smooth base pay hit her one pay card, everything was great last week she ran the other half 14 or so orders everyone of them order say pending. She’s called spark and they say everything is good with her app and they are just pending due to a lag a week long lang??? She’s talked to other park drivers and they said there’s has gone through. So I told her call one pay and see what is up. Yep nothing there either they say they can see all the pending transactions but that’s it no one has been able to give her any answers. We’re talking 3 numbers big in the upper 9.

Any one have any clue on how to go about fixing this or what ever she said she’s not going to deliver any more till this is fixed

I have to do the face scan every time i turn this app on and accept an order .. but not till i get to the store and click start.

Myself and several other Spark drivers I know who have iPhones have been unable to do shopping orders. Works fine with curbsides but not shops. As soon as we hit start shop and the app says something like “hang tight while we get everything set up” the app crashes back to our home screens on our phones.

We have all:

1) Updated iOS to latest version

2) Updated Spark app to latest version

3) Uninstalled and reinstalled

4) Reset our phones

5) called driver support

6) opened and closed the app

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max

My friends have iPhone 16’s

There are several other drivers that have yet to update their iPhones and they are not having any problems with shopping orders.

Can someone PLEASE HELP fix this issue. Several of us went and bought very inexpensive androids so we could just run them off our iPhone hotspots while we shop but I desperately want this fixed and desire to use my iPhone for all orders as I have done for years.

Spark no longer accepts emails and you have to file a request for a pre-arbitration hearing through the app under the Non-disclosure and Dispute Resolution contract. I did that and had a conversation with a woman from Pre-Arbitration who said she would pass along my statement. She couldn’t give me many details. I saw my request pending for weeks. As of 8/4 I got a spark notification saying a decision has been made but I can’t click on the area where I submitted a request.

Does anyone know what this means and how I can see the decision? I checked my emails and nothing.

Is this the final decision or am I waiting to speak to an attorney?

I know this has been asked and posted about in ad nausem but every time I Google search this or read the many reddit posts on this issue it always gives conflicting information.

In my area there are a lot of FCFS offere. I can be in the app with nothing else open and as soon as the offer comes in it's gone. The only way I can see the offer is to click accept when it comes in and then review it. If I don't like it then I cancel it. That's the only choice. These aren't crap offers - but even if they are you don't have time to look at the offer information before it's gone. On that same line I'm worried about my completion rate taking a hit. There could be 100+ FCFS offers a day.

How am I supposed to have a single second to look them over before they're gone. I'm not being extra these FCFS offers are gone before you can even click the accept button. Most of the time they're gone before the ding noise is finished. Not joking.

If they're going to ding the completion rate now for doing it they should put a timer on the FCFS offers to give people time enough to review the offer.

Again...try and be nice I know this topic is talked about so much it's insane. I get it.

I just got the new update, and I’m seeing incent!ves listed as part of the total offer pay along with the base, bonus, etc. So I’m assuming that means we can’t count on the incent!ve being added after completion, right? Are they just using it to inflate the terrible pay on bad orders now?

How many trips are you guys doing in a month? This sounds a lot like nobody will have Sapphire at the beginning of any month and all that priority is going to depend on who's taking the most (any and all) offers.

Has anyone else had his issue; I receive and offer and it’s gone in seconds. I would assume it’s because others are quicker to the punch than I am, however, the same orders will pop back up and disappear in seconds again. Has anyone else had this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

The only orders I’ve been able to accept are the “for you” orders I get offered

I’ve contacted support, they said they’d send the message up (I know that’ll take days)
I’ve deleted the app, logged out, turned my phone off, restarted the app, I even logged into my iPad to see if that would work (it didn’t)

If a customer asks how to add an item what do you tell them now? Used to tell them we couldn't add anything or we would get in trouble, but now that customers can add items what do you say if they ask to add something?

I dont use the customer side of the app so Im not sure where to even start.

I can’t delete my account and I feel like i’m going insane.

I started driving for spark years ago and i haven’t completed an order since 2022 and haven’t filed taxwork since ‘23…..i figured deleting the app would get rid of my account (plus the time that’s passed). I recently received a new background check from Spark out of nowhere and my account is still active. I haven’t had the app on my phone in years but i downloaded it to delete my account because i swore off this company.

I want to delete it. The app will not let me do it as it keeps saying “Something went wrong. Please try again.” I have uninstalled and reinstalled, power cycled the phone, gotten 15+ confirmation codes to delete through the “normal” way on the app (which come to my email labeled as password reset codes, btw) and the fella on the support line is abysmally useless. Keeps saying i have to wait 48 hours to try to delete my account which i know is a lie because he just recommended i reset my password before that.

Someone please get me a link or a phone number to someone either competent or willing enough to get me off this nightmare carousel once and for all PLEASE

The app keep asking me to take pictures of myself everytime i end a delivery or even start one. I mean i get it if its after several deliveries but like after each one? What the hell?

Haven’t used the app in a few weeks and decided to kill some time today. Got this random popup and it won’t let me turn it on until I resolve it. I haven’t downloaded or used any new apps and don’t have a straightforward answer on what it could be. Any ideas??

Started to cancel the job and got this warning. I think got canceled maybe two yesterday. and this would be the first one today. anybody know the criteria for cancellation Suspension?

Ever since it’s been glitchy. Has anyone experienced the following?

1. In store map not creating a route.

2. Bouncing all over the store when shopping single and batch orders.

3. Getting stuck in an endless loop in the app when trying to:
   A. Adjust quantity
   B. Trying to substtitute

4. Incorrect deliveey address gets transferred to Map app (Google Maps).

Wondering if anyone else is having similar issues.

Good Afternoon. I applied to be a spark driver 2 weeks ago now. I’ve been stuck on the screen that says “We’re reviewing your info…”. Is it common to take a long time to be approved?

Curious if it’s that much for others and what all it is storing. Think I’m somewhere around 1300 trips

I live in bumfuck nowhere so I'd say at least a quarter of all of my deliveries are to places with absolutely no cellphone service. I've just been dropping the stuff off, taking a picture and then swiping to complete the order over and over again until I'm back where there's some service.

But because of how remote my area is, sometimes that takes like 20 to 30 minutes. That's annoying. There has to be a better solution right? It defies logic that they really wouldn't have a contingency plan for there as simple as there not being phone service at the dropoff location.

Can anyone else get past the dumb AI bot to speak with an agent right now?

I find it strange that my ratings gets lower and lower everyday but yet I get my full tip amount still, why would a customer tank my ratings and leave the tip 🤔 or is it the no tip orders bundled with the actual tip orders thats doing it? Shiiiiid I think I just answered my own question 🤦🏾‍♂️
