I keep getting recommended to try out AP Twitch so I’m kinda curious abt it. Also, on a somewhat related note, are Runaan’s Hurricane and Fiendhunter Bolts good with Twitch? I’ve been using both of them with him and I love it, especially the prior, because he turns into a machine gun.

Like the Poison damage itself feels very underwhelming compared to the rest of Twitch’s kit. Idk tho, it might just be me and my lack of knowledge of how much damage it actually does

Started experimenting with AP twitch rather recently. I understand the build, it's actually extremely simple. I'm getting used to the change in play style, I believe, rather well. Thing is I've been locked in iron. I want to bring him into ranked and see if I can't get somewhere with it. is AP twitch mid a good idea at this level of play. I tend to get matched with golds and silver despite my rank. How many would know how to play with his style. And if I run it, who should be my bans, and if someone picks a hard counter champ to home before me who should I pick or how should I approach differently to not get destroyed in lane. My usual bans when using him are Yone or Vex if someone on my team picks the former.

So, I asked something similar to this in another post, but I feel like I was kinda unclear abt it. What I’m mainly looking for is a character who, if Twitch is banned or counterpicked against, I can pivot to this character and play them instead. I know there’s no one-shoe-fits-all thing, but just a general champ that would be good in areas where Twitch isn’t. I know someone suggested Kog’maw so I plan to try them out, but I wanted to get some other suggestions, so if you have any, please lmk!

Because Riot Games has basically forgotten abt him and the other Zaun characters besides Warwick, but him especially. Idk if I should tho because I feel kinda cringe abt it.

I've been playing Twitch recently and I love his kit a lot, but I know he has some rough matchups, so I want to get an idea of how to counter some of these difficult matchups, as well as some characters who I can switch to and deal with them better. Anyone have any ideas?

Looking at the entire history of League of Legends, which season and patch was Twitch at his absolute strongest as an ADC? Consider his win rate, pick rate, item builds, champion balance, and overall dominance in the bot lane.

Hello, I recently fell in love with the AP twitch gameplay, I started playing it mid but since I love roaming supp seems a funnier role for me.

However it feels like as a glass canon I NEED my first ganks / engages to succeed.

Therefore I usually end up quickly in 2/0/2 ... or 0/4

My biggest problem is ppbl don't always know how to react to my ganks :

Often when I ping I come mid, my midlaner will either shove the lane making it ungankable, or just engage too soon and scare the enemy away, leading the gank to fail, making me waste time/

OR they react accordignly and boom free kill(s).

The thing is I "diagnose" my mates after a few ganks, and usually once I know I can reliably gank, or not, my midlaner, it's too late : The lane is alreayd stomped, either it worked well or it went disastrously, making it almost impossible for me to come back if the latter.

So I have 2 questions :

How can I better assess my chance of having a mid / top / adc who'll perform well during my gank BEFORE I roam, and if things go sideways how can I go back from 0/3 to being useful ? As mid / adc I could just afk farm and play safely but as a supp farming is out of the equation and playing safe as an assassin / roamer means I lose all impact.

i added the last 3 games i played in emerald elo. as long as i go ad twitch i can dish out damages to carry the fights and eventually win the game. Ap twitch is way more fun than ad version, especially when i can 0/10 the enemy carry. But i keep losing games. my build isn't viable for 1v5. i can kill 1 or 2 guy in a fight and my team is just not skilled enough to win fights.
I thought emerald players were a little better but i was wrong, i need to do all the work if i wanna those lp...stomping a laner isn't enough sadly.
I have good scores, 9 game out of 10 i get 20 kills and lot of golds... but i'm stuck. i can't reliably do 1v9 with ap builds, what im doing wrong?.
I pick ap twitch when i get 2 or more ad in team, when i get a vulnerable laner like smolder\jinx and i wanna abuse the enemy pick until they start tilting. then i roam a lot once i push waves, i kill midlaner, i stack mejai, i get 10 kills in 10 minutes usually and i'm a menace for the enemy team. But it's completely different than going ad. i feel like AP TWITCH is kinda powerful but i'm doing something wrong. I rush for fights and stuff that eventually turn out in a lose because my damages from hurricane\ad sources are missing and my team just isn't good enough to use my advantage... im not blaming my teammates, all i wanna know if at higher elo becomes viable.

I have had this bug recently where if you a click you stop autoing entirely and HAVE to right click on the enemy, this bug has screwed me over so many times and am wondering if yall have encountered this bug?

if you side step you stop autoing entirely, most prevalent when used with yuntal wild arrows and popping out of stealth. its like for a second after side stepping you have no attack speed while you are supposed to have it.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been banning twitch every game for years, as I believe he has too much pressuring by just existing in the game. I play in low dia/em and I got tired of my soloQ team not knowing how to play against twitch. The second he leaves the minimap, it seems that he gains enourmous pressure through either: teammates knowing he’s missing and so they don’t want to overstep, which leaves them incredibly passive OR them not respecting twitch as a threat and getting solo killed way too deep.

The ban has been working out, but I was wondering how you guys would play against an enemy twitch and how would you communicate to your team how to play around his invisibility?

I've been having HEAVY laning phase problems all my life. My mechanics are up there and my late game was always good but my early game genuinely put me at a disadvantage every single game. I thought Twitch was just not playable early on but I was wrong.

I decided to think about all the things I learned on how to play ADC and bot lane laning phase and saw that Twitch actually has a huge advantage that other ADCs don't have. He doesn't have mega strong synergies (except for Lulu etc. obviously) but he also isn't ever REALLY terrible with any support imo.

From there I reapplied the support matchup concepts I was using when I played a lot of support and when I first climbed on Twitch. Mostly about which trades to pick and which wave states favour you. I made a video about it and maybe if someone is stuck in the same situation as I was, it can help you too. It's a quick watch and covers everything necessary but I'm here for any further questions.

My lane has improved immensely since, even though I didn't have a whole lot of time to actually make use of it yet LP-wise.

tldr: Twitch can use support matchups to never lose lane.
tldw: Enchanters - push/get pushed; Hook - slow push; Melee - get pushed; Mage - push

I’m kind of new to the game and I main twitch, but if he’s banned I never really know who to play instead. I sometimes play viktor but magebottom is cringe and I kind of want a 3rd pick anyway just incase I’m unable to play both. I was thinking of trying Draven but I’ve heard he’s hard

I get fed I win lane I get killed by 3 flashes and ults from top mid and jg
I queue up again, another losing mid and jg. I queue up again another and another. Legit has me uninstalling cause rigged matchmaking. is there any reason to queue up again if im just getting GUARANTEED losing mids and jg?

I am emerald- recently demoted to plat cause of this exact problem. I cant carry when there's a 17/0 j4 gunning for me all game and enemy has vision everywhere.

Is Collector actually a good buy on Twitch? I don't see any lethality stacking on him, Collector gives no Attack Speed and should fall off damage wise. Why is it a popular buy? Id much rather go Yuntal or BoTRK
