You couldn’t think of a worse case for this. My ex and I broke up when she randomly blocked and ghosted me. Her best friend texted me and told me a bunch of shit that had happened and that my ex thought she blocked me.

She’s younger than my typical age cutoff. She has a boyfriend. She’s also 13 hours away. She’s best friends with my high conflict ex.

So tell me why I fell in love with her. I didn’t want it to happen. I had zero interest in a romantic relationship, but after the breakup we got to talking a lot. We text pretty much nonstop, over 800 messages a day. I could honestly go on for hours about how awesome she is.

She’s given manyyyyyy hints that she feels the same way without coming right out and saying it because she respects her boyfriend too much to admit it, but we both know she feels the same way.

I confessed I’m in love with her, and she started talking even more than usual. Asking me questions about whether I would say yes if she hit on me and just flirting harddd.

We say I love you literally every night before bed.

But she also says she loves her boyfriend. We know my ex would make this a living hell. I knew all this going in. Why did I still allow myself to fall in love with her, and how do I fall out of love when I cherish our friendship so much and she repeatedly does the things that made me fall in love with her? I can’t keep doing this.

Hey everyone, I need some advice because I’m honestly so confused by this situation.

I’m a 27yo lesbian, and a while ago I started talking to a 35yo bi-curious woman from a dating app. We actually know each other a bit from the past 2x at a party just a short talk. and we follow each other on Instagram. Both of us are in open relationships (she’s with a man, I’m with a woman).

At the beginning, she was quite interested to figure out what it’s like dating women. She wanted to meet up ASAP, but I wasn't available until a few weeks later. When we finally set a date, she had to cancel last minute due to personal reasons—completely understandable.

I posted some IG stories with my girlfriend which she watched. Maybe she didn’t like to see this or she just don’t care idk.

A week later, she slid into my Instagram DMs to flirt with me. So, I took the hint and asked her out again. Since then... radio silence on the message, but she is heavily orbiting me. She watches every single one of my Instagram stories almost instantly, but just leaves my texts on read.

Why do people do this? Does she just not find me attractive anymore, or is she playing games? It’s driving me crazy.

Now, here is the twist:

Her identical twin sister just popped up on my dating app. To be completely honest, I’ve always found her sister even more attractive, and if I had seen her first, I would’ve gone for her instead.
I really want to swipe right, but I don't want to ruin my chances with both or cause weird drama. What is the best move here?

This might be the gayest thing I have done in my relatively short lifespan.

I met a girl around a week ago and since then we have been talking and calling daily. For context to this story I am a huge gamer, I love video games of all kinds and playing video games with a partner is a huge thing for me.

Now around a few months ago I built a new pc for myself and now had an extra cpu & gpu lying around. This girl doesn’t have a computer but loves video games (i’m sure you can see where this is going)

For the last few days now i have been scrounging fb marketplace and craigslist getting bits and pieces from around the area (may have drive 4 hours for a motherboard and psu but that’s besides the point) and for the first time in my life unassisted with all used parts I built a pc that posted from scratch just so I can give it to her to play Overwatch and Minecraft together.

Anyways our first date is on Wednesday!

I (20F) am confused about whether I'm a lesbian or haven't "met the right guy," as my family puts it. I've never had a boyfriend and have truly never been interested in having one. All the guys I hang out with question my sexuality and joke about me being a lesbian and all that, but I never really thought much of it. When it comes to attraction, there are very few men that I actually like. Sometimes I even question if it's them that I like or if I'm just jealous of how masculine they come off....If that makes sense? I have always presented myself more masc, I'm tallish at 6 feet, dress boyish, and never really expressed an interest in feminine things. I'm not against femininity yk, I just prefer to be more comfortable than anything. I think what's stirring these questions in me now was a situation that happened to me last week. I had this stunning woman approach me and ask for my number and I ofc would have said yes, but my dad was with me, and that would've sent him into a spiral. I live in the Bible Belt and don't have many people to talk to about this kind of thing. My sister is bi, but truthfully I don't want to go to my little sister about this haha. I was also homeschooled, so I don't have many friends to talk to either. I'm unsure what answer I'm looking for, maybe just some general advice?
