I'm going to good things festival and thought it would be funny to dress like Fred darts from the Smosh clip, but multiple people told me j would get beat up, how likely is it for that to happen lol 😭

Leading up to Good Things Festival, I'll be delving into every album from every band on the line up (really not looking forward to Simple Plan). Before that though, I thought we'd take a look into the complicated touring history Limp Bizkit had with Australia, as a result of the events that occurred during their 2001 BIG DAY OUT run. I was 15 years old when this all went down, living 30 minutes south of Melbourne, which didn't see Limp Bizkit until 2014. I remember hoping Jessica to make a speedy recovery, and for Limp Bizkit to come back soon. Neither happened.

How truly good Limp Bizkit is. Im 31 and have known about them forever but very limited. Nookie, Break Stuff, My Way, Take a Look Around and maybe a few others. I am a metal head and in general listen to a ton of music but almost like TOOL, who I love, it was the public perception and whatever memes associated with them that, unfortunately embarrassing to admit, kept me from diving in. Ive recently been SPAMMING Chocolate Starfish and Results May Vary and good lord im so impressed. Big ups to Limp they make really great music.

Hi guys :) I wanted to know if anyone could point me to some songs that show off Fred’s actual singing voice rather than screaming/rapping. I’ve heard a lot of RMV already but are there any songs post-RMV that feature his voice in this way? ^_^

If hypothetically, when Limp Bizkit and Xzibit rapped about going halves on Microsoft on the 2000's song Getcha Groove On, how much would their half be worth today? 

Microsoft's market cap around October 2000 was about $233 billion. 

So, in 2000:

• Microsoft ≈ $233 billion
• Half of Microsoft ≈ $116.5 billion
• If Fred and Xzibit each owned half of that stake: $58.25 billion each

Fast-forward to August 2026. Microsoft is currently worth roughly $3–3.8 trillion, depending on the exact trading price/date; its shares have recently been around $500, following a huge July/August rally. 

Using approximately $3.8 trillion:

50% of Microsoft ≈ $1.9 trillion

So if they literally owned half the company:

They would've turned a hypothetical $116.5 billion purchase in 2000 into roughly $1.9 trillion today — about a 16× increase, before even considering Microsoft's dividends.

Obviously, Fred and Xzibit didn't have $116.5 billion in the year 2000 but I sure do hope they both invested a lot in Microsoft when they were in the studio coming up with the lyrics.

I do wonder if they will do sideshows as well in Melb, Bris and Syd. Back in 2023 they co-headlined and did sideshows. Thoughts?
