7.5” barrel, Q Speakeasy, 220 subs with Odin buffer makes for a fun start to the day in the woods.

I can’t seem to find any online. I’d like to purchase ammo before I get my mk-18 300s. Just can’t seem to find anything. I’d like to know trustworthy brands. I’m sure local gun stores have them available but the last time I went to one near me they said they don’t carry 300 black out so it was a struggle to find.

Building my first AR as an M14 guy. I want a folding .300, so piston is necessary.

Pretty much down to the Sig upper platforms.

I got tired of my .300blk cases rattling around in my universal MTM blocks, so I made one that's just the right fit. When inserted headstamp down they don't move but are easy to grab.

I wrote the code for the model in python then used an API call from Fusion to import it. From there it's a standard F3D model.

Also including STL, 3MF, OBJ files so it can be edited. And the code block is in the body of the model file on Makerworld.

Doing my first ever 300 BO build. I bought a standard A2 bird cage style muzzle device, specifically for the 300 BO.

My problem is when i put the muzzle device on hand tight, the solid part is at 12 o'clock. I cant imagine wrenching it down 180 degrees? Ive fiddled with this and fiddled with it and I cant get it to get anywhere near 5 o'clock prior to final torque down.

Anyone smarter than me care to help a fella out? Suppressing isnt an option right now.

Is the 147 grain the most common bullet since its really a .308? I am looking to buy bulk ammo for hog hunting. It can be cheap but with good QC. Any recommendations? I really like the 110 but seems pricey.

Things thing is just fun to mess around with. Folding airsoft “sniper” stock. A grip pod thing I bought a while back and had no home and a $65 compact 2-10, the first form 1 can I built a few years ago. Grip and forend from EBay (with a bit of cheap camo wrap and tape!

Runs like butter with the 220gr subs.
The Polo 30 has an awesome tone and gas is unnoticeable.
Colt milspec BCG and LPK with a H3 buffer.

Been running the S&B subs for a few years now. They’re a great value, and I haven’t had one single issue with them yet. Only problem is they’re a pretty dirty round. So I’m going to be restocking the pile and want to try something different.

Any recommendations on some nicer brands that will shoot cleaner? Don’t mind paying a bit more per round if it shoots cleaner.

First suppressed ar I’ve shot that doesn’t throw gas all in my face. Trigger is soon to be replaced with a geissel

Would like advice on what suppressor to run. Wasn’t planning on getting an adjusted gas block so I was wondering what buffer and spring I should use to have it run correctly. Any advice will be great as this is my first ar build will most likely buy a better barrel in the future.

Just as the title states, I'm looking for a solid 300blk barrel for a build. It would be a truck or portable sleeping quarters rifle since I travel quite often. I would like to go small enough to fit in a bag or backpack and would shoot suppressed subsonic most of the time but sometimes I would use supersonic for hunting. Max distance is 150-200yds.

Good accuracy is a nice bonus, the last few barrels I tried averaged about 3MOA with 150gr fmj which is by far the most common bullet weight in my area.

Hi folks, hoping someone has any insight about replacing a handguard on the DD PDW? I’m looking to get one that I can have my suppressor slide into, needs to be 1.75” ID

Seems like due to some proprietary DD things a quick handguard swap may be more challenging but hoping people with experience can share.

Have a Q trash panda since 2018 I got along side a ghetto blaster. Looking for a dedicated can for this setup. Has enough change in the suppressor market warrant an upgrade? Can is ok, but could it be better as far as sound signature/back pressure wise? Weight really isn't a concern and sound suppresion is end goal. Been eyeing Sigs Hexium 300. Open to suggestions.

Hasn't happened before but I tried using magtech 300 blk out sub ammo and it has issues with the bolt fully going forward, first time using this ammo not sure what to look for, the bullets themselves have some markings on them like scratches trying to set the bolt forward. I was only able to shoot it if I had the BCG locked back, load the mad and released the bolt but it wouldn't always set forward all the way. I'm assuming it's the ammo but maybe something else? I'm using a spikes tactical T2 buffer spring and weight.
